My stay was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. I had a short getaway with my son, and we had a wonderful time. First of all, we were checked in at 11 a.m., which was a great start. The food in all of the hotel’s restaurants is perfectly tailored for little ones. The pool area is a paradise, and the entire property is stunning. The staff were extremely attentive and professional — honestly, I was more impressed than I’ve been at some world-renowned hotel brands. Whoever is managing this place is doing so at the highest possible level. Thank you for a truly wonderful weekend.

All was just perfect

Location inside the PGA Catalunya Golf Course. Nice Swimming pool. Comfortable and spacious rooms. 2 Golf courses are amazing. Club House is beautiful with great view!

Dress Code for dining. Partly in swim trousers and flip flops. Not adequate. Lots of Men Groups which come for 1-2 days golfing and stay long and loud at the terrace (in front of the rooms with balcony) until 1-2 am in the morning . Breakfast is good but could have more variety for people that stay longer than Ust a couple of days. Payment policy very upsetting. Booked through booking.com after arrival hey immediately booked the amount from my account (I am used that I pay at the end of the stay). At the end of the stay I extended 3 days. Was all good and possible. But on day one they ask me to pay one day and all extras from the days before. As if they do not believe I can pay everything at my check out. Excuse was the “manager said” and “the policy is”. Made me really upset!

The buffet breakfast selection was exceptional in choice & display. The food was wonderful too! The pool was beautiful but the weather wasn’t warm enough for swimming. We had dinner at a restaurant on the golf complex called Bella’s - very tasty Italian food & great atmosphere crested by excellent staff. We were taken there & back in the hotel’s golf buggy - a very good service. All of the hotel staff are attentive & knowledgeable providing first class service.

Absolutely nothing! Everything about the hotel was to our liking. The staff made us feel valued & welcome so no complaints whatsoever.

We Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Guest Services who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The spa team was fantastic, exceptional service. The restaurant and breakfast staff were friendly and made every meal a delight. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Room cleanliness can be improved, and housekeeping staff need additional training.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the breakfast, to the pool, gym and golf facilities - we were blown away and will come back time and again.

There is nothing I’d change about the hotel or our stay.

The breakfast was truly amazing - so much choice including my teenagers' personal favourite, frozen yoghurt on tap ! The service was top notch as well .....

Would have liked a pasta option for the picky eaters on the bar menu. From a housekeeping perspective, I would also recommend that the hotel have women's sanitary products also available in case of emergencies.

Excellent breakfast, only extra for me personally would have been wider selection of fruit. Staff very friendly and personable. Only on one occasion were they slow to serve. Exceptional room service, and I especially liked the emphasis on green issues.

No complaints really, only maybe the pricing on the main restaurant.

Didn’t really make us feel special - was v quiet but didn’t upgrade our rooms (even tho my bday) Some activities weren’t available as promised - obvs end of season and needed upgrading (eg bikes)

We loved our stay here, the hotel is stunning, very chic and luxurious. Every nook and cranny is designed beautifully. The rooms are spacious, well designed. Everything is high quality including the illy coffee pod machines. The breakfast is very good. Lovely fresh fruit. The bars are not over priced as you might expect for a 5 star hotel, 3.50€ for a coffee or 6€ for a glass of wine. If you don't play golf there is a wonderful relaxing pool with comfy sun beds and a state of the art gym.

We felt very ripped off by the taxi service the hotel uses, they cost 2 x the price of a normal taxi. Even the 5 minute trip to the airport cost nearly 40€. It was very bad business and made us feel a bit trapped in the hotel as there is no other method of transport unless you hire a car. You can't use UBER etc it is blocked.

Were there with my family. Perfect nature environment, cozy pool and place for child play. Outstanding experience on special dinner. Everything was perfect. For sure will come again.
