Room dated but clean & tidy. Had fridge, microwave & 2 electric hobs . All utilities needed in kitchen. Didn’t have balcony with sea views. Overlooking Salt lake which was full of Flamingos pleased with view. Brilliant location for beaches & right by the marina and Rock. Good price includes breakfast which was good but I like my food piping hot so use microwave. We had evening meal a few times price 15 euros each, includes a large bottle water, glass of Wine 🍷 or small beer. Good food for the price. Had a lovely time & will be back..

Just some English tv programs or English news channel.

Had a lovely stay here for a cycling holiday with a few friends. Room was very spacious, with plenty of room for the bikes. The rooms were also very clean, and the beds comfy. The food was great, always something to choose from regardless of your taste preferences. I especially enjoyed the fruit available. We were staying here when there was the power outage all over Spain and the food was still great. The pool was nice after a day cycling, it was a little chilly to get into initially, but once in, it was very pleasant. Stand out for us was Marina, a Calpe local, who did the entertainment and games. Had a lovely sense of humour and was accommodating for all ages, from us, late 20's/early 30's to the slightly older, and the far younger, all her games are fun and she always has a smile on her face. Bingo was a good laugh in the evening, and got everyone involved, I may be biased though as I did win. We cannot praise Marina enough, a lovely person throughout, I hope one day she can go travelling in the same way we visit her hometown. To conclude a lovely, quiet, reasonably priced stay with great staff. I would say half board was especially perfect for a cycling holiday. Hopefully we will be back, and Marina can give us some more diplomas!

Not much!

Friendly staff. Private parking (€9 per night). Close to sea front. We like the location because its within easy reach of the 2 beaches at either side of the rock. There are also bars nearby but the hotel is a quiet location. We had great lake views too. Food good and value for money

This was our 2nd visit and we are very likely to visit again. There's nothing we don't like.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better with fabulous views of the bay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable - we got an upgrade to a junior suite which to say we'd got a discounted deal to start with, was unbelievable value. Dinner and breakfast were included. Dinner is buffet style and was ok but the restaurant ambience is more cafeteria style - not exactly romantic dining. This s was fine for breakfast though - huge choice and very good quality. Staff members were welcoming, pleasant and very helpful.

Old school canteen dining arrangements - but the food was fine with plenty of choice.

staff were all excellent, very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our stay, I am gluten free and found it very good the options of food I could have, and was good to see the signs to show food which was gluten free, daily cocktails were a good touch to the all inclusive, the only down fall for me was that there was not any cava when I asked, hotel was lovely to stay in, room was very comfortable, everywhere was very clean and tidy,we would love to come back in the future.

We had an appartment overlooking the Salinas and other parts of Calpe. the views were very good and being able to see the Flamingos from the balcony was a bonus. The room was spacious and the location was central for our needs.

The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Unfortunately other items such as food did not meet our expectations in general the buffet was not warm enough even though we went in as soon as the restaurant opened. We found it necessary to make full use of the microwaves provided, as look warm food can be a health hazzard especially items like eggs.

Fabulous location just across from the beach. We stayed in a very spacious apartment which had a huge balcony with views of both the lake and the sea. The hotel and pool area were spotless. There was a huge choice for breakfast and the quality of the food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we're looking forward to coming back again soon.

The coffee in the dining room was practically undrinkable. A kettle would have been useful in the apartment. Other than those minor things everything else was great.

Nice room with a good view of the lake behind and a small sliver of the Mediterranean. The room was clean and the shower was great with excellent water pressure. Balcony was small but very appreciated. A bargain too! Very happy with our stay. Oh yes nice motorcycle parking spots free right across the street. :-)

Nothing the hotel could fix. We were just surprised that our age we seemed to have brought the average guest age down. lol This probably has a lot to do with the time of year. We stayed in January so lots of retirees.

The room/apartment we stayed in was huge, with a really big balcony. Nice big bathroom with bath. Kitchen lounge area was useful for us with a 15 month old daughter. We loved the breakfast/dinner buffet. Children's play area was good, as was the pool, and it was a 20 minute walk to the more lively areas. The tourist train stopped outside the hotel - and there was plenty of free street parking.

Not much, although the coffee from the machine at breakfast was horrendous (all of the machines were the same), it came out very water-like and not strong at all. There was a long line of people all complaining about the coffee, but staff suggested the machines were working fine. We stayed in the same hotel chain the next night in Elche, where they had the same coffee machines, which worked fine. Just a minor niggle, but something that could be sorted easily.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of our favourite restaurant in Calpe. Street parking was easy and free in November a stone's throw from the hotel.. The more traditional feel of the room was nice, and we had a huge balcony with a view of the lake and the flamingoes. The TV hD English channels too.

The dining room had a school canteen feeling. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but the coffee and orange juice were awful. The fresh food was fine, but avoid the mini croissants!
