This was my second stay at Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa, and once again I was absolutely delighted! My first visit was in March and the second in early June — both spring and summer stays were equally enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located: just minutes from the airport, steps from the sea, and right next to the beautiful Parc de Can Pastilla nature reserve with breathtaking views. The long sandy beach and promenade are ideal for walks, and the nearby Palma Aquarium is great for families. Public transport to Palma city is very convenient. The hotel itself is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff, a great variety of delicious food, and a relaxing spa center. I truly recommend this place — can’t wait to come back again!

Please read this noting its a 3 star hotel in focus. I have experienced many 5 starts and pretty luxurious hotels around the world and I dont aim to compare this hotel with those. Compare to Hotels with 3 starts this hotel is an excellent value and offers way more than what you pay for in my opinion. But ofcurse there are lacks and thats maybe the reason its 3 stars. The Hotel is generally clean. Staff are extremely friendly, especially the reception. The comunication with reception was super easy and joyful. We got sick and they sent doctors to our room in 30 minutes. Excellent medical support. The location is great. Close to the beach and not much distance to the city.

The bathroom in the room smells terrible like sewage, that was really bad. The lunch is rather boring but great effort is made for the dinner for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is not special but way more than a 3 star hotel. Overall very good value for the money. The pool area and the offered drinks from the bar are bery average but I got similar service even in some 4 star hotels, so again everything is relative.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Illusion Calma (mother and daughter). The value for money was amazing, rooms were extremely clean and cool; we had a balcony over looking the pool with a table and chairs to sit out on. There was a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner including fresh fish, different grilled meats and specials - it wasn’t the most amazing but for the value of all inclusive it was well worth the money! There was activities during the day and the poolside area was calm and relaxing during April! The staff were all so friendly and smiley throughout! The location is great by other local restaurants, bars and cafe and a lovely coastal walk.

The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to use facilities even after check out. the upgrade option for Full board was absolutely brilliant decision as for small additional fee, our foods and drinks were looked after. Events were organized during day and evening so even if weather was not the best we were able to remain occupied. very reasonable rate with small deposit for use of safe in the room.

isnt really anything but if i was to be highly critical - - and this is not much of hotel fault but rather irresponsible guests, there was a few group parties booked and I believe persons may have indulged abit too much in the drinks option because of full board and left a "mess" in one of the trash cans on our floor late at night. hotel cleaned it up early next morning.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were supposed to check in on March 10, but due to a flight cancellation, we arrived on March 11. The hotel was incredibly understanding and even refunded us for the missed night, which was a wonderful gesture. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the bartenders—such warm and friendly gentlemen who made every visit to the bar a pleasure. The food was simply outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes that exceeded all our expectations. Every detail in this hotel is carefully thought out to provide the best experience for guests. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality!

Quite possibly the best 3 star in Mallorca, very cleverly modernised with a very good spa, polite & professional staff throughout especially reception and the older waiter in the restaurant, great location for work and for pleasure, the beachfront & its restaurants & bars are a few minutes away, I was also impressed with the quality and range for breakfast & dinner which I tried once during my stay

If you have a hire car, parking in This area can be a little tricky

The food was very good so tasty and fresh alot of options. Location is perfect 5 min to the beach.5 min to the Airport by taxi(15e) The beds were very comfortable. We had triple room (344)it was very spacious with the town view and big balcony.They had some sweets left on the beds kids loved it. I thought it was very nice touch.We felt very welcome. Definitely coming back here again.

We stayed for two night and absolutely loved it! The room was nice and even tho we were right above the pool, it was very calm. Staff was very lovely, barmen spoke multiple languages to pleased everyone. Thanks to the all inclusive option we enjoyed large scale of drinks at the pool the whole day! The meals were alright as well! Beach was only few minutes by walk.

Antonio, the receptionist, welcomed me – and in all my travels, I've never met such a courteous, polite, and friendly guy with such a smile! He offered me a free upgrade including breakfast. I was speechless. The hotel management should be lucky to have such a great employee! Rosi, the cleaning lady, was also lovely! I highly recommend the hotel!

Large comfortable room could do with coffee making facilities in the room as breakfast was not till 8.30 and as an early riser there is no where to get a drink. The coffee machines in the bar are not switched on until 10. Food good and enough choice for a budget hotel didn’t use the pool or any other facilities as we were only there 1 night.
