We booked this hotel for our vacation in Barcelona. We spent most of our time on the beach and exploring the city center. We arrived before the designated check-in time, but the staff (that was extremely friendly and proficient in English) prioritized preparing our room without charging any extra fees and even offered us a welcome drink while we waited. The room itself was clean and pleasant, featuring a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a quiet air conditioning system, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I personally didn't try the pool myself, but my lovely girlfriend did, and she said it was great. The water was warm, and the pool was spacious enough for swimming. One major advantage was the proximity of a bus stop, just a two-minute walk away from the hotel. Buses departing from this stop provided direct transportation to both the beach and the center of Barcelona, eliminating the need for changes. This convenience was highly appreciated. Another great aspect was the presence of a large shopping center nearby, offering a diverse food court and well-known chains such as LIDL and Carrefour. On one occasion, we even decided to walk to the beach instead of taking the bus, and it took us approximately 15 minutes, which was quite reasonable. One thing we didn't like was the drinks at the hotel bar. They were expensive, which wouldn't have been a problem if they weren't served in plastic cups. It seemed like the bartender didn't even know what some of the drinks on the menu were. We ordered once, but afterward, we stuck to just having a beer. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel during our Barcelona vacation. We highly recommend it!

Installations were nice and clean. Swimming pool was lovely and having shopping centre near by very handy, specially for eating as the hotel did not have much to offer.

The only thing we were disappointed about was the breakfast. We did not book in advance and they charged more for being a last minute booking. When reception had said the night before, there would not make any difference. So we paid €19.50 per each of us. Once we got there the breakfast was quite poor for what we paid. And had to wait over 15 minutes to get the scrambled eggs (only option for eggs). It is a lot better option to go for breakfast to the shopping centre 5 min away from the hotel. That is what we did the rest of the time. We had to stay in the hotel because we all received a storm alarm…when I asked for any game for entertainment, there was nothing. The lady in reception said, ping pong racquet were broken and she had other options but all sets were incomplete 😳🤔

Great room and we were able to check in early. Reception staff incredibly helpful with directions and baggage storage on check out. Great shopping centre over the road with various cafes and restaurants. Bus to Barcelona just over the road that drops off at top of La Ramblas and short walk to town of Castelldefels and train station to go further up the coast. €20 taxi to airport.

Pool area and the water was not particularly clean with rubbish floating around and pretty murky water. Pool bar staff were not very attentive and I struggled to communicate as a non-Spanish/Catalan speaker bar a few words which she found very frustrating! I would have thought 'Aperol Spritz' was the same in most languages.

Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Gym equipment was well maintained and had sufficient enough equipment to get a nice workout. Swedish sauna room was clean and well maintained during my stay.

Steam room was not functioning during my stay however the Swedish sauna was nice and hot. On my first day and late arrival after midnight, I opened room to see an unclean toilet with "residue" marks on the toilet lid which had to be cleaned up manually upon arrival. This actually affected me emotionally and physically - unexpected.

As not everyone likes scrambled egg. We had a baby with us and the pool was great as she could wear a float and was around. However it was very busy by the pools and not enough beds and the pool needs to be cleaned a bit more frequently during the day. Leafs and grass was coving the surface of the pools. I think every couple lf hours a staff member should us the net you try make it better.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were lovely! It’s a large hotel with an extensive library and lovely places to lounge. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful!

Was told by staff that Breakfast was not included and it was very expensive. Even coffee was quite a bit more expensive than the nearby coffee shops. The pool closed at 8pm which was disappointing. Would be nice if it had more lighting and was open until 10pm for an evening swim like other places. Serving staff were slow in the dining area and we felt like an inconvenience at times. Also it was not a 15 minute walk to the beach, it is 25 minutes at a good pace. And it’s nearly an hour by metro to the sights in Barcelona so not as close as we were led to believe.

The room was large and clean however there were extra twin beds but no sitting area with chairs or sofa. Two bottle of water were provided in the fridge that was welcomed.The staff was very helpful and pleasant helping us plan our bus trip to the airport. The hotel restaurant had a varied menu and I really enjoyed my sea bass that the waiter recommended.

The hotel is outside of the Barcelona city area for cabs therefore we were charged $38.00for a 10 minute trip!! We. chose to take the bus number N99 for our return trip to the airport. The stop was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and cost 5.10 euros and took 30 minutes.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, very clean, good pool area with an outside bar and eating area. Overall good value for money with great facilities and a good breakfast selection. Very close to a main shopping area with a good selection of shops, restaurants, also many fast food outlets and supermarkets nearby. In the main town Centre there are also a good selection of local Restaurants offering a good selection of foods, this is about a 15 min walk away. Great beaches which are a longer walk away, or a €3 bus, or €10 Taxi ride away.

Pool area very close to a busy major road, so lots of traffic noise.

I checked in a little later Rd in the day and checked out very early to catch a flight out of Spain, so was unable to sample breakfast offering that starts at 7am. If there is a criticism, this is perhaps one. The kitchen could open a little earlier. The hotel is truly 4*, offering real value for money spent.

As described above, breakfast could start earlier maybe. The bathroom could also have a body moisturising kit in addition to the dental care kit that was thoughtfully provided.

The room itself was comfortable, and the room was kept very clean. The staff were professional and friendly. The location of the hotel although close to a busy road isn't far from the airport and there is plenty of public transport nearby to bring you into Barcelona. The surrounding area itself didn't feel like a tourist destination, but a normal town, which we liked.

The in room fridge didn't cool enough, it would keep a drink just below lukewarm. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving the room warm. The window didn't close fully letting sounds in from neighboring rooms and the nearby busy road. There was also no obvious child lock on the window or restrictor which would have been a plus as we had a small child with us.
