Good location from which to explore Cordoba Plenty of choice at self service breakfast buffet with helpful staff

Happy with everything !

Our room overlooking the orange tree courtyard was very clean & quiet. The breakfast was excellent & the Roman remains in the basement were interesting. The hotel is well located for exploring Cordoba on foot.

The ground floor with it’s lovely courtyard & basement with it’s Roman remains are beautiful however we felt the rooms and landings above lacked character & colour. A much warmer ambience could be created with references to the building’s history and use of the courtyard with a bar for guests would have been very welcome. The exterior of the hotel gives no hint of the character within & needs an update.

It's not the hotels fault but out side on the road is a big piece of metal covering a hole or something and as a car goes past you can hear the metal clanking

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice range of hot and cold choices, and good coffee (we are picky about coffee). It was also handy to be fairly close - an easy walk - to various historic sites, attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I don't really have anything negative to say. The hotel did feel a little bit "out of the way", not much immediately happening around it. But it was still quite central and close enough to many key tourist sites and shops. We were only there one day over a Friday afternoon to Saturday, and it was a great experience overall for our short visit. We definitely could have stayed longer.

The room was quite comfortable with great bathroom . All was spotlessly clean.

The only negative point I have to make is that during our stay it was quite hot actually reached 32 degrees in Cordoba on two days. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not controlled individually and was set centralized to heat only . This was totally unacceptable for a four star hotel in this day and age. We complained at reception and was told that they could not do anything as the system was centralized and set to winter weather . In all it was unbearable to be in the room and made it difficult to relax and sleep during the night. Ironically on our day of departure we found out that the system had been changed . It was of no benefit at that point .

Very central. There are some interesting Roman ruins actually in the building itself. The tourist bus stops right outside, so that is very convenient. The breakfast was great. There are loads of bars nearby.

Very tricky to get a car there because the roads are so very narrow. Don’t even attempt to drive in the historical centre of Cordoba. 

The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was great. The location is close to the city center and old town, around 20 min walking. The hotel has a very nice architecture and it's very interesting. They have an inside resting area and a backyard. A very nice hotel overall.

We were unhappy with the fact that we didn't have water for half of the day. The staff didn't announce it prior, so we didn't expect this. They couldn't do anything about it. They did provide a couple of water bottles to wash, but it was unpleasant.

Room was very comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice.

Unfortunately the bar was not open which was a shame, after a long day and wishing to stay in to have a few drinks instead, found that the bar was not operational. Another issue, but mainly for feedback, had intended to book sister hotel, but incorrectly booked your location. Did not realise mistake that I made until I went to book into the incorrect Eurostar. Wonder should there be a pop up on website, to ask if you have booked the correct hotel?? However as it turned out the booked hotel was more central to my needs.

The room was big enough, it had everything, the bathtub was big, the restroom, and the bed was king size. The staff were so kind and the breakfast was wonderful, the only thing missing was honey, maybe it was there but I didn’t see it. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is a little bit far from the attractions of Cordoba, but overall I enjoyed being there and if I will be back one day to Cordoba, I will choose this hotel without hesitation.

I like the way our door opened on a patio and the place was quiet. You could open the windows. Bed was comfy. It was such a surprise to find there are actual floor windows showing Roman excavations below the hotel.

There was no ramp on the first floor to our section requiring me to lift suitcases up a small staircase. Breakfast was expensive and the staff not so nice but not terrible just brisk.
