This apartment-hotel is quiet, clean and in a nice area. We loved the pretty courtyard and the roof top balcony. It is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and about 25 mins to the main area so it's good for people who are happy to walk or take a cab. I stayed in this place with my daughter and my friend and it was great that one room had 2 single beds so we each had our own bed. The staff were great and very patient with questions. It is just around the corner from the beautiful Palacio de Viana!

It would be nice if there was no smoking in the courtyard.

It was a comfortable and spacious , well-equipped room. The traditional plant-filled courtyard was a peaceful relaxing space. Location was great for visiting the city centre. Evening drinks on the roof terrace was a particular bonus. Lovely views.

The Posada is in a busy narrow one-way street. Parking outside is impossible. We suggest the following: If you are arriving by car, set your SatNav destination as Bar Santa Marina. With the church on your right you will see the bar ahead of you. Turn left onto C. Major de Santa Marina. The first parking space on the left Immediately on the corner is a dedicated unloading bay for the Posada. (The signs are currently obscured by foliage.) The Posada is about 20m along Moriscos. Secure parking is about 80m up C.Major de Santa Marina. In C. Cepes. The road sign is on the “wrong” wall. Turn in just after Taberna El Salmorejo.

Charming accommodation with traditional Spanish forecourt and garden scattered with antique pieces, which was an ideal place to relax. Surprisingly, the studio was very modern and functional and located in a quiter area of town with a few local restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when making a last-minute booking for private parking, which I would strongly recommend as the public carparks fill quickly, especially on weekends.

This was a second visit following a previous 2 day stay. It was so good we booked again as we passed through Cordoba. This visit equally as good as our first visit.

Ambience, the authenticity of the property. Facilities great kitchen, washing facilities. Spacious apartment, Overlooked the courtyard. Presentation excellent. The owner was great and very attentive and hospital. Thank you we highly recommend a visit to this property.

The Suites La Posada De Pillar has an old world Cordoba charm. We loved the inner patio. The room was fine and as advertised. A couple of things require a little attention. It was great to have reception staff available all day and into the early evening. They were welcoming and could not have been more helpful. I am especially appreciative of the assistance they provided me when I needed to make an urgent dental appointment. I could not have done it without their help.

The courtyard and balcony are beautifully designed in traditional Cordoban tradition. The rooms are well equipped and we loved having clean towels, a mini kitchen and washing machine. Parking space was great to have although hard for us to squeeze into as we’re not used to these tiny spaces, but the hotel communicated everything in detail so we had no issues finding it.

A little further from the main attractions (Mezquita) but the advantage is a quiet neighborhood with real charm.

It was an absolute pleasant stay. The courtyard made it feel cozy and warm. We lucked out, there was a big festival of sorts happening right outside, at the outdoor bar across the street and aslo a beautiful wedding ceremony at the beautiful church earlier in the eve. It was the perfect submersion into the culture, watching hundreds of teens having good clean fun and dancing to the Flamenco band playing new and old music. Great fun!

Beautiful room in the patio.. Beautiful views from all floors. Close to the bus stop from the train station but also in the old town The room had everything we needed and they had prepared everything for our arrival- we arrived in the late evening (a very convenient contactless checkin) so it was very nice that the ac was on and our keys were on the table,with a small bread basket and cold water as well as info and maps of cordoba.

Gorgeous patio and very spacious. Probably one of the most beautiful patios I’ve stayed at. The staff was always extremely helpful and the church outside was gorgeous. Very beautiful and quiet vibe.

For those with mobility problems it might be a tricky walk to the city center (about 15-20 minutes), but it was nice for us (and quiet). We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work properly but just opened the windows.

The location is excellent, the service is very nice, everything is available in the room, the house is beautiful and traditional, there is an elevator, a garage is available, quiet and romantic atmosphere, and the house is sunny. I recommend it.
