The location is very good, but for people who like undeveloped wild beaches. The hotel and location meet 4* standards, but it is very far from the entertainment resort. The restaurant is first class, but don't expect a lot of food. The breakfast is very ok, and enough to start a day. A guarantee was taken from me for the camera, for which I was very upset, but it was returned to my account after a few days.

Considering that I was in the off-season, and the weather was quite cold, I couldn't say much.

The pool area is nice, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacios with ac, the staff is friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is nice.

The beach in front of the hotel is covered by big stones, not really useful, the sandy beach is 1,5 km away to both directions. You can not rent sun beds and parasol on the beaches, you need to buy parasols, there are a few beach stores where you can rent beach seats. Denia city, groceries and good restaurants (like La Piemontesa) are far so a car is recommended. We had one cockroach and a lot of ants in our duplex apartment, the cleaning was not perfect. There was a kitchen but no plates and cutlery. The shower holder is so high that a normal height person can barely reach, there is no shelf in the shower. The breakfast is a bit limited you can choose from 5-6 menus. No fruit or yoghurt. The food in the restaurant was not so good.

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at Soul Beach Hotel. What truly made our experience memorable was the warm and welcoming staff—their kindness and attentiveness added a personal touch that went far beyond expectations. We also appreciated the complimentary bicycles, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area with ease and a sense of freedom. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel's lush garden surrounds a beautiful swimming pool—perfect for relaxing afternoons. Another standout feature is the location: right by the sea and just a short ride from the charming town of Dénia, making it both peaceful and well-connected. All in all, we’d wholeheartedly recommend Soul Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly getaway.

Very friendly and supportive staff that goes the extra mile, very good restaurant as part of the hotel. Room is comfortable, with all needed items in place. Well-located rooftop bar with nice drinks. Breakfast is chosen from a menu and is very delicious

The location is a bit far away from the city center of Denia, so travelling by car or bike is needed. The neighborhood is kind of quiet, not a lot to do, so if you are seeking for entertainment you need to travel. Be aware of the fact that the rooftop bar is not always open and can have limited servicing time

Fantastic happy staff. Breakfasts very tasty and great choice a lot of thought had gone into menu Evening meal was also a great menu and fantastic food and ambience We stayed during the blackout in Spain in April and the hotel dealt with it very well..drinks evening meal and staff with a 'business as usual' approach in fact cheerful and like old friends pretty impressive!

Booking.com described rooms to inc balcony when in fact the rooms do not have balconies. We did enquire as we were a little disappointed that there wasnt anywhere to sit directly from our room HOWEVER this led to us using the hotel roof bar and seeing the beautiful sunset in our opinion a positive gain from a negative must state that this was to the hotel's credit and NOT Booking.com! Booking.com also sold hotel as a beach hotel which in actual fact was ROCKS. Lovely coastal views but no beach as such..we did find a beach 10-15 mins away( Playa Marinaris)

We had a 3 night half board stay at the Soul Beach while touring Spain on our Goldwing motorbike. We were welcomed warmly by the manageress. The room was small but adequate, and we had a ground floor room with a balcony, which was a great bit of outside space. On my first night there, I was ill, with a high temperature and flu like symptoms, and bedridden for a while. When my husband went for breakfast alone he told the manageress where I was. She was very concerned that I was ill and came to see me to offer her help by going to the pharmacy, etc. She even had peeled and ready to eat oranges sent to the room. What a lovely person! All staff were brilliant and the on-site restaurant was very handy for us. Food in general is very nice with a cooked breakfast available. The staff aim to please, just ask! The swimming pool area has recliners and is very comfortable for sunbathing. We had some rain while we were there, but got out for a walk to the local bars and had a lovely paella at lunchtime on the first day at the restaurant further down the beach which appears very popular. There's also a good little supermarket on the main road about a 10 minute (maximum) walk. Before we arrived I was a bit unsure about the location but, if you like walking, take some decent trainers for walking down the beach path, which is quite stony for a short distance when you turn left at the sea to go to the bar and restaurant down the coast. We didn't turn right, so I've no idea what's there, but definitely the sea will be! Otherwise, you can drive or walk on the road and cut down to the restaurant, where the road meets the beach track. In any doubt, ask! Carry on walking on the beach and there's a sandy beach too! The rooftop bar wasn't open while we were there due to the rainy weather, but the sunset I captured from there was fantastic. In short, we wouldn't hesitate to return to Soul Beach Hotel, given the opportunity!

Walls are a bit thin between the rooms, but, in general, we had a good peaceful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Soul Beach. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide array of choices. When we had dinner there we ate in the 1st floor cocktail bar which had a fantastic view of the sun sets .We were able to choose from the restaurant menu which was also excellent. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It’s. Shame the pool wasn’t a bit bigger and a few more sun beds would be good but space was restricted

Our stay in the Soul Beach Hotel was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service. Vincent, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and explained everything to us in detail. The staff at the hotel were all amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The chef at the restaurant cooked the best paella we have ever had, making our dinner experience truly unforgettable. We were also pleased to find out that our breakfast was included in our stay, with a variety of delicious options to choose from all the staff was so pleasant. . The general manager, Esmeralda, went out of her way to ensure that our first experience in Denia was incredible. We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel - the services, smiles, and assistance provided by the staff made our stay truly special. We are so grateful for the amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience in Denia. The bar fridge in our room needs attention.

The facilities are superb, very comfy king-size bed, everywhere was super clean, but without doubt what makes this place a little paradise are the reception staff, the kindest, most helpful people I've ever met. Amazing bunch made our holiday perfect. Alejandro in the restaurant is a true star, so enthusiastic & happy, he'd make the sunshine on a rainy day. A little gem.

Going home, saying goodbye to Vincent & knowing we won't be back for a full year.

Staff were excellent, breakfast choice very good, but OJ should be in fridge, not on counter..

Being charged for parking, after already paying to stay there, €10.00 per day is a bit cheeky, there should be a discount, if staying more than 2 days, like €3.50 after 2nd day.. not impressed..
