Super friendly and genuinely helpful staff.phoned cabs for us, opened the kitchen if we wanted, and gave the kids free sweets to share Nice big triple room for three children next to a generous double room. Breakfast was very good, in a lovely big fresh room, with machine and filter coffee and fresh orange juice.

We were on foot coming from the train station, so it's a 25 min walk generally uphill out of town. We got a taxi into town to eat, for less than 10 euro. Not a major issue, but perhaps a little isolated for some, particularly if not travelling by car.

The staff is excellent. They made my family feel very welcomed and they were kind and friendly with our kid. I'd definitely recommend it for a family that wants to explore Galicia without stress. The facilities were cleaned and the room is comfortable, there's a cafeteria serving food in the hotel so that's very handy. Generally we didn't have any problems with the amenities.

A bit pricey for what it offers. We thought for the price we paid for, the breakfast could be included as well as the parking. Also, the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, which wasn't a problem as we rented a car. I certainly wouldn't recommend it if you don't have your private vehicle. And don't expect much for the view, a bit grim.

Go to the hospital where my friend had an actual medical emergency so it made things very convenient. Was actually very clean modern place

The front desk person was overly zealous. I asked him if it was possible to stay another night in the same or similar room …which I thought would take 30 seconds ….but 15 minutes later he was still checking the computer for various options despite the fact that I asked him to stop since it wasn’t worth the wait and my friend needed to get to bed since he was still symptomatic. He was TOO helpful!

Jose Lestao - Chef, very pleasant and a good chef when we don't know what to eat. Always with a good suggestion and asking if the client is satisfied. Reception: Ana, Fernando, Raquel, nice and kind Team. Very good meet and greet when arriving and always asking if any help is needed. Cleaning Staff: Room very well cleaned, tidy and smelling fresh.

Hotel Valencia was good value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel’s underground parking was convenient and not expensive. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is not within easy walking distance of the center of Ferrol. Although our bathroom had a bidet, there were no bidet towels.

Friendly and helpful staff. The chef, Jose took good care of me with good food, amazing flavours, the tiramisu he made was extremely good. A kind person. Buffet breakfast was good value for money. To all the staff, you are amazing. Thank you for your kindness.

We liked the room, the breakfast was good, the lady who checked us in was great.

The view wasn’t great, my room card failed and there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor.

Great spot for an overnight, with clean, comfortable room and very helpful staff.

We stayed on a Sunday night and (understandably) the cafeteria was closed in the evening. We had a great breakfast there the next morning!

Thank you for great service. We had comfortable and very clean room, free parking for car, friendly staff. We were at night but reception made fast check in and we went to rest. Very delicious coffee in the restaurant:)

The location was great, the staff were amazing, the food was fabulous. We highly recommend this hotel. Perfect for Camino travellers.
