Las Islas feels more like a secret members-only retreat than a hotel. Nestled in lush gardens with a beautiful saltwater pool and shaded eating areas. The family run business with their staff have poured their heart and soul into it and makes you feel right at home. A wonderful hidden gem that offers tranquility in a private oasis with excellent food and service. It’s 15 minute walk to the beach or 10 minutes to the efficient train station service where you can quickly explore towns along the coast up to Malaga on day trips. You can walk back but it’s a little steep and tiring in the heat but taxis are also reasonable but not Uber.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Las Islas – Thank You! We spent a wonderful week at Las Islas and we can truly say it was one of the best vacations we’ve had in recent years. The owners – a lovely couple – are incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely devoted to taking care of their guests. Their motto seems to be “no stress,” and they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels relaxed, special, and at home. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting old friends rather than checking into a hotel. The hospitality, the attention to detail, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere they create is simply exceptional. Our room was perfect – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The garden is absolutely stunning, filled with lush, well-kept plants that show the heart and soul the owners pour into this place. Their wonderful daughter is also part of the magic – the whole family works together to create an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights was the food – all home-cooked by the owners themselves. Every meal was delicious and prepared with care. After a day of exploring, we always looked forward to relaxing evenings in good company, enjoying amazing food and local wine in a warm, friendly atmosphere. We are incredibly grateful for the care and love they put into everything. Thanks to them, we were able to truly unwind, recharge, and feel completely at ease. We liked everything about our stay, it was simply perfect. We have never experienced such a warm welcome anywhere. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with drinks and shown to our room as if we were old friends. The room was beautiful, with a stunning balcony view that felt like looking out onto a tropical rainforest. The whole place has a spa-like atmosphere, with relaxing music playing in the restaurant and around the pool all day. Breakfast was freshly made to order using only the best ingredients and homemade touches, absolutely delicious. The pool area was another highlight, peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of comfortable beds, fresh towels, and complimentary water provided. The hosts were on hand all day, always attentive and making sure every guest felt looked after. We felt both warmly welcomed and completely cared for. One quote on the wall summed up the experience perfectly: “You do not visit Las Islas to escape life, but so that life does not escape you.” This could not be more true.

Everything about Las Islas is perfect. The owner Omar has created a truly magical place that feels filled with love and soul, and a million miles away from anonymous chain resorts. There were endless thoughtful details, all the staff were wonderful, the place is extremely beautiful... Everything is perfect. The gardens are stunning and planted with mosquito-repelling plants (so clever!), the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the food is INCREDIBLE. The pool is magical and perfectly peaceful. I felt safe, happy, and well-cared for. I cried when I had to leave, and I sincerely hope to return as soon as possible! (Tip: try the white sangria 🧡)

I loved everything.

The hotel is located in the hill, in the total silence and away from the caos of turists in the main street in Fuengirola. Still, the beach is 10 minutes away walking down the hill. ( absolutely manageble) The hotel is a piece of paradise, everything is curated in details, from the breakfast/ restaurant area to the pool to the amazing gardens that surranded the place. Rooms are good size, with all the confort and with a balcony that overlook the garden. Omar and his family are amazing host, they make you feel welcome in The Moment you step inside the hotel. The staff from the cleaner to the gardeners to the service at the restaurant are been amazing, always nice, Smiling and willing to give you the best experience ever. Breakfast is rich, but the true gem is the restaurant, absolutely to try. Me and my partner we were checking out and while we were waiting for a taxi ( Málaga airport is 30 minutes away) we were already checking when we can come back again here. Absolutely Recommended!!!!!!!!!

We've just returned from our short (three night) stay at the Boutique Hotel Las Islas, and already we want to return. I have never experienced such a warm welcome at a hotel before, we all felt relaxed straight away with the calming atmosphere, and the tranquil environment. Omar was the kindest, very hard-working host, and nothing was too much trouble for him. The whole team were very friendly and again, so hardworking. The hotel itself is set up slightly away from the beach, but not a long walk away. The views from the restaurants are stunning, and the gardens are very pretty. The rooms were decorated nicely, they were clean and tidy, with good air con, and a balcony. We were lucky enough to have a great view over the gardens, which was lovely to sit out on in the evenings with a cold glass of something. Breakfast was delicious, fresh juice, coffee (or tea), fruits, pastries and anything you want cooked fresh from the menu. We dined at the hotel for most of our stay, and the Lebanese food was very fresh, tasty and well presented. Served alongside some really great wines, both Spanish and from Lebanon. The poolside was peaceful and relaxing, with complimentary cold water and fresh towels provided. My partner and I both stay at hotels frequently, and this one neither of us could fault. We thoroughly enjoyed our break away, and this hotel and the fab hosts/staff made it for us. We will be returning!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Boutique Hotel Las Islas and are already thinking about booking again for next year! From the moment we arrived, everything felt personal and thoughtfully done. We were warmly welcomed by the owner himself, offered a refreshing drink, and invited to sit at a beautiful table overlooking the Mediterranean Sea while the staff took care of check-in — such a special touch that immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. The attention to detail across the hotel, from the rooms to the garden area, was exceptional. The atmosphere was peaceful and charming, making it easy to relax and unwind. What really stood out was the genuine hospitality and presence of the owner throughout our stay — it’s rare to feel so cared for and welcomed. Breakfasts were a real treat, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. And the Lebanese restaurant on-site was absolutely outstanding — the flavours, presentation, and service were all top notch. We can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. This is the first time we have stayed here and we are definitely coming back. Everything about Las Islas is perfect. A tranquil place! Comfortable sun beds. Fabulous restaurant and the food was delicious. The breakfast I must say was one of the best. The staff were extremely friendly and always went that extra mile. The beach is a ten minute walk down the hill but a fairly steep 30 minute walk back up along the road or €7 taxi ride especially in 35o One word to describe Las Islas ….Paradise!

What an amazing find.. Everything was spot on .. Omar gives the best greeting and immediately you feel at home .. room was spotless .. pool area was so relaxing and tranquil .. complimentary water and minibar in room is a welcome treat .. breakfast choice is superb and the evening meal food outstanding .. we only had a brief 2 night getaway stay but didn’t want to leave .. Omar and his team cannot do enough for you .. we will be back

We chose this hotel for a quiet vacation. First of all, we were greeted by a very pleasant hotel staff who were extremely kind, attentive, calm and interested in our well-being throughout our stay. The hotel itself is full of extraordinary peace, you feel like you are living in a spa center. Great pool, extremely beautiful green surroundings, restaurant and rooms. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast needs a separate description, starting with strong quality coffee and extremely delicious orange juice, we were treated to the most delicious Spanish dishes - fruits, cheeses, hams, breakfast dishes and desserts. I would love to come here again.
