Loved the location,size of room, cleanliness of hotel,,and room friendly staff very helpful

Size of shower to small which also needed updating shower head and surround tatty, no swimming pool still being refurbished maid service not enough bedding provided some items missing in kitchen kettle and microwave faulty but these quickly replaced

We have stayed here at least 6 or 7 times over the years. The 1 bed apartment' is perfect for our needs specially having the sofa bed in the lounge area.

The showers need to be upgraded. The shower head wouldn't stay up we had to hold it in our hand and power very poor 😪

The staff at reception.. The pool bar staff. The food at pool bar also very good, good value .The pool was really nice plenty of beds , as no1 could hog beds with towels for any long period without being there, towel where removed and put on railing at side , which I thought was a very fair thing to do. . Room had washing machine and dishwasher, well washing machine was God send , great edition. There is supermarket right underneath hotel . Great value .

Now I hate leaving unfair comments . Bear in mind we asked for early check in. , room was not really cleaned properly , found cucumbers in fridge mirrors where not cleaned all smudged . Room really not great in dishes either compared to when we stayed pre covid. The staff changed sheets regularly and towels no issue there ,but they never left spare bags for rubbish you had to get your own , and also leave your own rubbish out which to be fair never bothers me, I don't expect people to take my rubbish out , there is great system just across road for your rubbish . Other places you may go usually replace bin liner and take rubbish away . In my opinion I think the Hotel just needs to upgrade the hotel rooms and lobby a bit . I would still return it's a lovely area and.lovely staff .

It was a big apartment. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows. Close to the train station and beach. Aircon was great.

The stadium lights along with the traffic noise was not pleasant when sitting on the balcony, which we love to do on a night in. Because of the shopping centre and stadium there was constant traffic. We did have sun on the balcony which we would not have had if we had views of the pool, so we didn't ask to be moved. Thankfully the bedroom was dark with the shutters and blackout blinds. Also would have appreciated more than one loo roll when the cleaning staff came every 3 days, we had to buy our own! The oven didn't work either, but we didn't call about it we just ate out more. There is no sun in the majority of the area around the pool during the day and if you're not early you won't get a sunbed in the sun.

This was our second visit and our second apartment was so much better than our first. The very powerful and hot walk-in shower was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Heating was via air con unit. Reception staff always polite and really happy to help. Plenty of sunbeds and the cafe (not hotel owned) was open all through the festive period for drinks and snacks.

Some instructions would be nice for the washer and dishwasher. Perhaps a duvet for the beds in the colder months, rather than a sheet and blanket.

Great pool- not huge but lovely an clean and easy to watch the kids! Rooms were a bit dated but great size! Near everything ! Especially great supermarket below!

Female member of staff at restaurant was VERY rude to us on first day! Shouted at us for sitting at table eating stuff we had bought from supermarket- we weren’t aware it was restaurant and not just outside seating area! There was nowhere to eat near pool/ outside! U weren’t allowed any food by pool! So unless you paid for lunch each day- your only option was to eat inside in your room!

Stayed previously so knew what to expect. The apartments do need some tlc and a bit modernisation but for the price, can't really complain. We had a large balcony that overlooked the pool. The location is ideal and not far of a walk to the seafront and bars and restaurants. The supermarket downstairs was ideal for picking up essentials to keep in the apartment. Pool had plenty of sunbeds but some beds didn't receive sun until late on the afternoon.

Bathroom was very small. No courtesy room available when no late check out possible, this would have helped with our night time flight back home.

Stayed here a few times. Exellent value for money. Great pool and chill out zone. Close to Los boliches and beach. Super market underneath . Great size rooms. Washing machine , dishwasher , large fridge freezer. Staying again in 6 weeks.

Room next to the lift. Lifts are quiet running but for some reason when it got to 4th floor ( room 2403) it kept banging on something and sounded like some one was knocking on the door. A bit irretating. This i presume would be an easy fix for lift engineer to sort out. We didnt mention it as we didnt want to move room and cause a fuss. Hopefully wont be next to lifts next time.

I liked the very big terrace we stayed in the apartment on the 8th floor with sea view it was a really good view. The apartment had everything you need. The pool area was really good lots of sunloungers and nice outdoor pool bar. I would definitely stay there again in the same apartment it was so big.

The cleaners came every three days and didn't clean the terrace or floors just changed beds and fresh towels there was quite a few cockeraches we got the correct insect spray and bug catchers. There could have been some apps like netflix on the tv for those lazy mornings or early evenings.

Very welcomed even so we were early we were welcomed to make use of the pool. Toilets and water was pointed outThey took phone number to let us know when Room was ready. We had choice of preference room at street or poolside.they also had extensive library to borrow books.

Freezer had lots of ice sediment so we took care of it. Some high places were less clean ( roster bathroom and high shelves in kitchen cupboards) It’s a pity everyone has to buy new salt, washing powder, dishwasher powder Etc I would suggest a communal dump place so everyone can pick up but I guess it’s not a camping.
