Nice clean hotel with very good amenities, in particular the pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and the balcony was lovely for chilling in the afternoon

If you there for the nightlife and watersport activities, this hotel may be a little far away as it’s about a 30 minute walk to the bars and clubs

Valentine was a credit to the hotel. Bubbly, friendly, helpful and always attentive and smiling. Desk staff are also very helpful. The hotel has so many facilities and is spotless. The pool area is always spacious and no fighting over sunbeds. Breakfast had so many choices. The hotel is close to everything. Comfy beds. We requested a kettle and it was provided. Lots of seating areas and a great choice of reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Having a fridge in the room was great as it was so hot we needed lots of cold drinks. Air con very effective.

It took a few days for the TV to be fixed as it had no signal. We wanted to watch TV in the evenings as my daughter has a spinal injury so she needed to lie down and rest. Noise can be a problem if you have trouble sleeping as close to a main road and rooms aren't soundproofed against noisy neighbours. We were ok as we could sleep anywhere. Beds only have 1 socket beside them. Having to pay for the safe. Tea and coffee-making facilities would be nice in the room. The wardrobe in room 209 was not deep enough so difficult to hang up clothes as only 2 clothes hangers could fit on the left-hand side. More hangers would be good as 2 are not enough.

Lovely hotel not far setback from the beach. Clean and tidy Spacious bed and room with nice ensuite also had an outside balcony with table and chairs. The staff were very pleasant and friendly the receptionist lady adna was very helpful..The pool area was pretty with nice comfortable sunloungers and cafe seating area! Good variety of different foods for breakfast. We only stayed 1 night b&b but would recommend this hotel and it was only 10mins walk away from the train station. Ideal location really.

I had a toasted club sandwich by the pool around 3pm but sorry to say it wasn't good.. The bread was dry and stale obviously been sitting around all day!

A well situated hotel for accessing all Torreblanca has to offer. Large rooms equipped with a fridge and air conditioning were much appreciated in the warm Spanish sun!

The hotel is situated on a busy main road so can be noisy overnight but wasn't a problem for us.

It’s a clean friendly hotel, rooms are nice very nice and spacious. Staff are very helpful can’t do enough for you. Swimming pool very nice with plenty of space to sunbath with beds.

Only downside is the main road outside very noisy.

The hotel is beautiful and clean with really big spacious bedrooms. The air con worked well compared to other places I’ve stayed. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area but a good 20/30 minute walk and your right in the hustle and bustle of the centre. Also we requested a room on a higher floor and our room was on the top floor so thank you for helping with our request.

We were half board and the food wasn’t great for a 4 star hotel. It only cost an extra £10 per day each to upgrade to the half board so really can’t complain as we didn’t go hungry but the food was basic and not a lot of choices.

Modern & exceptionally clean throughout. Friendly staff - who work very hard & move from one area to the next as the need arises. We noticed Emma especially who was friendly & literally could turn her hand to any job needed with a smile. Reception staff were helpful also. I arrived with a bad chest infection which cleared within a couple of days of moving to this hotel. If you needed anything, all you have to do was ask. Great location also - handy to everything. The pool area was well maintained & no scramble or queue for sun beds. The ‘happy hour’ from 5-6pm daily was great we also had a couple of good nights at the entertainment- Gema the singer, the flamenco dancers & the karaoke.

We ate twice in the buffet in the evening- the price point of €20 was a bit high for the offering. It might be more encouraging for guests to eat if the price was lowered slightly or a drink included in the price.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff

Cleaners left balcony door open which anyone could jump over balcony and get in. Smoking area in morning is just outside on the steps, I feel the closed off seating area by pool could be used instead of the hotel just having smokers out the front before 10am

The breakfast buffet was good, eggs, omelette to personalise, beans, some. Spanish foods, lovely pastry selection and sweet sauces. For dinner it was good on most days we went half Board and no drinks were included. We told them we are vegetarian and tried best to accommodate. The hotel is near the beach and can simply walk down the strip. Rows and rows of shops and what u would expect at a coastal location. If we wanted to go anywhere we relied on taxi walking to bioparc was far and only main attraction is the beach across the road.

Would have preferred a kettle area in the room. Anything you like you can ask at reception and they were all too willing to help.

A lovely relaxed hotel, in a perfect location. Just one road away from the beach, which is wonderful in it’s self and is ran by a lovely man named Manolo :) The hotel staff are very polite & helpful, the breakfast is nice. Everywhere is very clean. We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed it.

Being next to a main road makes it quite noisy, even with the balcony door locked. I don’t feel the hotel isn’t very soundproofed. I used ear plugs nightly as I am a light sleeper. This does not take away from the hotel or it’s staff though.
