Review: We would like to thank the staff of La Jabega for a pleasant stay! What we enjoyed the most was the hotel’s excellent location. Our room was cleaned every day, and all the necessary conditions for a comfortable holiday were provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room was on the second floor with a city view. It was a little noisy because of the café opposite, but with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, the noise was hardly noticeable. Next time, we would love to book a room with a sea view. Everything else was wonderful, and we will be happy to come back here again!

The staff good but short of staff in bar. Booking in was pleasant and speedy. Location extremely good. For me personally aged 84, not having a walk-in shower was very detrimental to my enjoyment. I was a lone traveller,but wouldn't recommend for a family, not enough hangers for a family nor was there enough drawer space, ok for a couple but no more. I personally ate out all the time, but didn't like the microwave, kettle and toaster on a trolley, as I am not good at getting around, a danger in my opinion

It is placed in a great location, next to the beach, with beautifil views. The recepcionists and the staff in the restaurant were so nice, they made our stay so pleasant

However, we had a few little problems with the cleaners. They didn't have our room at 3pm and check in was supposed to be done from 2pm. They had to give us another one, because the cleaner didn't have it ready. And there was one day that we were in the room and we had the "don't disturb" sign hung on the door knob and she took the sign and entered anyway. We told her to go away and she left with the sign, we had to ask for another one in the reception. Other than that, we don't have any complaints..

Right opposite the beach. Good sized apartment. Comfortable bed. Kitchen small but only used it for breakfast. Large balcony and a rack for drying clothes. Always plenty of hot water. Good restaurant downstairs which we used a few evenings. Entertainment nightly from 9.30 to 11.30. Staff in restaurant always pleasant and willing to serve. Last day we had breakfast which was good value and sufficient. Near shops and other restaurants.

Lift was very small. Had to take leg rests off the wheelchair every time we used it. Apparently new lifts are to be installed. Mañaña??. Shower did not have too much power although this may have been due to the room being adapted for a disabled person.

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Apartment clean and has everything you need for self catering. Food in cafe very good. Have stayed previously.

Would have preferred to get on a higher floor due to being solo traveller. Also would prefer to be on the front will full sea view as being a solo traveller I spend alot of time on the balcony. I would have paid extra if required for the front sea view .

I have been visiting Fuengirola since 1984. My late parents lived in Torreblanca and the resort is much loved by my Scottish family and friends. I enjoy coming here as a solo traveller as it simply gives me more freedom. I watched a vlog posted on Youtube where a couple from Liverpool visited La Jabega Apartamentos and it looked very good. I used to go to Hotel PYR but their beds are very uncomfortable. Not here. Great comfort and a restful sleep. A beautiful bathroom and cooking facilities if needed. It includes a microwave which is very helpful. The staff always greet you and have a very pleasant and approachable disposition. The hotel is very attractive with exceptional decor with a very Andalucian feel mixing both Spanish and Moorish influences. They sport a very large bar that affords you to sit indoors or al fresco. Again the staff are most courteous and helpful . I recommend paying inclusively for breakfast because you won't find a better presented breakfast on the paseo. Drinks are large and competitively priced so that you can simply relax in the hands of staff who really want to look after you. Despite the heavy rain at Easter time i had a very pleasant stay. For the price its absolutely first class. You won't be disappointed. Fuengirola Pura Vida. Salud. 😊

It had an excellent location on the beachfront and I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The food was good and entertainment was provided every evening.

The work going on at the hotel next door was quite noisy but I was out most of the day so didn’t cause any huge problems. It was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, large comfortable, well equipped studio with a side sea view and huge terrace. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in the complex. It's true that the decor and the furniture is rather outdated but that did not spoil our holiday in any way. We will definitely return to stay in Jabega apartments.

We have no negative comments to make as we really liked our stay in Jabega apartments.

We booked 'garden view' room, but received one with partial sea view which was great. The location of the hotel.is superb, just over the street to the beach.

There are 3 small lifts (3 persons each) which are synchronised, so if one lift is full already you have to wait untill it's on the second floor to even call another one, otherwise the first one will return. The chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable.

We have stayed here many many times over the years. They have been very good to us upgrading us to one bedroom apartments when we only booked a studio. The location is excellent and we definitely will be back.

Not much to dislike really. We know because we have been here many times what we are going to get it may be a little outdated furniture wise but it suits our needs.
