It is placed in a great location, next to the beach, with beautifil views. The recepcionists and the staff in the restaurant were so nice, they made our stay so pleasant

However, we had a few little problems with the cleaners. They didn't have our room at 3pm and check in was supposed to be done from 2pm. They had to give us another one, because the cleaner didn't have it ready. And there was one day that we were in the room and we had the "don't disturb" sign hung on the door knob and she took the sign and entered anyway. We told her to go away and she left with the sign, we had to ask for another one in the reception. Other than that, we don't have any complaints..

It had an excellent location on the beachfront and I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The food was good and entertainment was provided every evening.

The work going on at the hotel next door was quite noisy but I was out most of the day so didn’t cause any huge problems. It was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable.

Right opposite the beach. Good sized apartment. Comfortable bed. Kitchen small but only used it for breakfast. Large balcony and a rack for drying clothes. Always plenty of hot water. Good restaurant downstairs which we used a few evenings. Entertainment nightly from 9.30 to 11.30. Staff in restaurant always pleasant and willing to serve. Last day we had breakfast which was good value and sufficient. Near shops and other restaurants.

Lift was very small. Had to take leg rests off the wheelchair every time we used it. Apparently new lifts are to be installed. Mañaña??. Shower did not have too much power although this may have been due to the room being adapted for a disabled person.

I have been visiting Fuengirola since 1984. My late parents lived in Torreblanca and the resort is much loved by my Scottish family and friends. I enjoy coming here as a solo traveller as it simply gives me more freedom. I watched a vlog posted on Youtube where a couple from Liverpool visited La Jabega Apartamentos and it looked very good. I used to go to Hotel PYR but their beds are very uncomfortable. Not here. Great comfort and a restful sleep. A beautiful bathroom and cooking facilities if needed. It includes a microwave which is very helpful. The staff always greet you and have a very pleasant and approachable disposition. The hotel is very attractive with exceptional decor with a very Andalucian feel mixing both Spanish and Moorish influences. They sport a very large bar that affords you to sit indoors or al fresco. Again the staff are most courteous and helpful . I recommend paying inclusively for breakfast because you won't find a better presented breakfast on the paseo. Drinks are large and competitively priced so that you can simply relax in the hands of staff who really want to look after you. Despite the heavy rain at Easter time i had a very pleasant stay. For the price its absolutely first class. You won't be disappointed. Fuengirola Pura Vida. Salud. 😊

The rain.

Excellent location, large comfortable, well equipped studio with a side sea view and huge terrace. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in the complex. It's true that the decor and the furniture is rather outdated but that did not spoil our holiday in any way. We will definitely return to stay in Jabega apartments.

We have no negative comments to make as we really liked our stay in Jabega apartments.

Beds very uncomfortable I had to put two quilts on top of mattress. I have a bad back which is normally ok but because of the thin hard mattress my back was bad

Apartments getting very dated. Building noise and dust from next door but it is understandable.

We love these apartments, the location is fabulous, close to shops, bars, restaurants and across the road from the beach. The Tuesday market is a 10 minute walk away, well worth visiting. Close to train/bus stations. The apartments are kept extremely clean. We only ate breakfast in (bakery around the corner) but there's everything you need in there to eat in, plus a lovely pack is supplied with discloth, scourer and a mini washing up liquid. The balconies are huge. I booked late and there was only a city view left, I love a sea view so was very sceptical - but would book that apartment again in a heartbeat. The room was a bit old fashioned but everything is so well maintained, that it did not bother us. Lifts are small but work well. The restaurant downstairs is really good and well priced with entertainment every night.

The room was nice had everything you need Good view. Clean. Most staff pleasant.

We only went to hotel bar once, only bought 2 rounds of drinks, paid cash. The barman tried to charge us twice for drinks, making a loud announcement of this at the bar that they weren't paid, then checked with the person we said we had already paid , found we had already paid them, then tried to charge us again for the earlier drinks and was quite rude when it was their mistake. The other barman was more pleasant. There are cameras above the bar so they could have checked this. I'd suggest people get a receipt when paying to avoid this. Apart from that, room and hotel was good. We have stayed there a few times but had never used the bar before this.

We have been loads of times over the years. Always friendly staff and good entertainment, especially Mario. Will be booking again.

Our only grumble is how they place the beds. In a L shape. We always move them which is not very good when you arrive late at night for the guests below. The table is very heavy to move too.
