We liked location, beach very close. The hotel lobby luxerious. Pool area nice and cool. Helpful staff. Amazing breakfast and the dinner too, although we didnt have them so often. If you get sea view room, the view is amazing. Sea is glimmering and in the night moon rises above the sea. I wouldn’t recommend any other room than sea view.

They say on booking.com that there would be _option_ for different kinds of beds, twin or together, after all it is merely a wiss. I booked 4 moths early and we wouldn’t even consider a room or hotel with twin beds for us. Immediately 4months early to our visit I requested for the ”option” to have beds together, I think the term was queen bed. Still, when we got to the hotel they didn’t have such a room for us. They then offered us an upgrade which of course we had to pay for. In the end I wouldn’t come back to this hotel as we can’t have twin beds and this ”option” they say here is merely a wish. Also in the original room which they gave us, the shower wasn’t working. Other things: -Rooms feel small -Pool itself was a bit small

Location was excellent. Right on the beach front, small supermarket downstairs, restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast was amazing! So many options you're spoilt for choice. Room was standard - view was great.

Our toilet kept flushing by itself a lot, we asked twice to get this sorted but it was never fixed. Had to buy earplugs to sleep because the flush was so loud and constant. Our shower also leaked several times filling the hallway with a lot of water. The beds were not very comfortable either - quite hard.

Very good location and the breakfast is exceptional. The reception is very kind.

There is no soap for handwash, I haven’t been in a hotel in my life without a soap, this is basic. You have to step into the shower to get some showergel and fetch it bach to wash your hands. Glass for toothbrush is also missing. All in all the bathroom is not well equiped at all, which is very annoying.

Great location over the road from the sea and port, where there are plenty of places to eat. Unusual for Spain, a full range of different language TV channels. A big plus. Asked for a room on a lower floor and they accommodated this. Used the spa and had a pleasant facial. It does cost 15 euros to use the spa. Very polite, friendly staff. Room well cleaned and floor mopped every day. Lovely spacious balcony and sea view. Already re-booked for next year. Fuengirola has lovely bars and friendly people. Been here many times.

Entertainment on one night only but plenty of other hotels nearby with entertainment so didn't worry us. Actually, nothing I didn't like. We didn't eat there as we like to have the vegetarian breakfast at the Caribbean Mermaid Cafe at the port overlooking the boats but overheard people saying it was very good.

We had a great stay here during the first week of April. I booked two deluxe sea view rooms and we were given rooms next to each other. Breakfast was good, with a large variety, has everything from mixed vegetables to sweets & a chocolate fountain. The Spa pool is wonderful & is charged extra but we were alone in the pools so it was worth it. But what really makes this hotel so great are the staff. Everyone was friendly & helpful. After we checked out & arrived at the airport my daughter realised she had left her passport in her room. So I called the hotel ( who had already found the passport at this point) who arranged for the taxi driver of other guests also travelling to the airport to bring us the passport. This is thanks to the housekeeping staff who acted swiftly & the wonderful reception staff. Loction is perfect too. Right by the beach & many fabulous restaurants. Within walking distance of the train station to the airport/Malaga.

Nice place to stay on Costa del Sol. Great place to reach out beach, Malaga and surroundings. Its great that there are plenty of opportunities for parking. There are also plenty of opportunities for kids.

Everything upgraded us at no extra charge many thanks had lovely time.

I didn’t like the fact that off having to pay 15 euros per person to use swimming pool I think if your a resident you shouldn’t have to pay that amount I would have give it 10 out of 10 for facilities.

The view from the hotel is really hard to beat! We really enjoyed our stay over Christnas holidays. The whole area where hotel is located was amazing. You will get all necessesary facilities in the room and hotel. Building is quite tall, like 12 floors but with 3 elevators you wont wait any long to get where you want. We were travelling as always with our dog, and whole stay was without any issues on this side. As a result we booked this place to spend our summer holidays this year there too!

Perfect location for the beach, seafront, bars and restaurants 🌟 Very clean. Big rooms and bathroom. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Beautiful reception and bar areas on ground floor.

Lifts were very slow. Swimming pool quite small and double sun beds available to “rent” - we didn’t see anyone on them whilst we were there - would be better replaced with normal loungers. The bars didn’t seem to be in use in the day - not sure about the evenings- lacked a bit of atmosphere and would be nice to have special offers for guests to have a drink in the lovely reception area; we met as a group there each evening which would’ve been nice to have a drink there together before we went out.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, ATM machines, groceries stores, coffee shops, excellent offer of breakfast and dinner in the hotel if you take both options. The staff in the hotel restaurant and at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Room service is good when you let them know what you're looking for or when you don't need it.

Cold/hot water from the shower, some rooms have a shower that barely drips with water, one of the room service staff needs to knock a little more or announce themselves before entering the room?!, for a four-star hotel and service it might be a little better to work on the details
