The location is amazing, within walking distance to the beach, several supermarkets and restaurants. The flat was confortable, living room spacious and each bathroom had separate water tanks. Staff was helpful and provided a couple of supplies that were broken (iron and bin) very quickly.

The flat was very dirty upon arrival (nappy in the bin, empty bottle inside the sofa bed, dust everywhere including wardrobes, toilet paper basket and cutlery). We had to spend the entire first day cleaning and sanitising it (poo stains in the toilet and brush, hairs in the floor, what we thought might be milky drool in the sofa bed and cushions...). When challenging the hosts, they said they could do nothing about it other than sending a cleaner the next day, which given the €75 cleaning fee was shocking. Also it was obvious we could not use the facilities as they were. The other thing was the parking (€14 per day) which was very narrow and stressful to get in and out – would recommend going somewhere else.

Lovely appartments in a superb location, close to shops, beach and bars. Beautiful cafe across the road called Lorena, where we had breakfast every morning. Appartments were a nice size and the hosts were very prompt in answering queries. Great supermarket behind the building. We will definitely return.

Just a few minor issues. The beds were very hard and 3 of us had back pain towards the end of the week. The dishwasher door was our of sync and was hard to close and the bathroom door couldn't lock.

The location is perfect, close to beach and everything. The units are nicely renovated.

The parking is extremely tiny, tight and good only for super small cars. Otherwise impossible to park there. Also, it would be good if they provided vacuum as it gets very dirty and dusty quickly. Very thin walls, no soundproofing so you can hear neighbours from all sides up until middle of the night ( if unlucky like we were). Also, who moves furniture back and forth in the middle of night every day? That was weird.

Location excellent. 2 minutes to beach. Lots of cafes within 2/3 minutes walk. Supermarkets very close also.

I felt that it was a bit noisy at night for me (bottle bins being emptied and some noisy traffic) though I am noise sensitive anyway. We were here when apartments were not occupied on either side of us. I would definitely return but would bring ear plugs particularly if we returned in high season. No change of sheets or towels for 9 nights stay which I thought was disappointing.

The situation is just perfect, near the beach and all cafés, restaurants and both Los Boliches and Fuengirola center with many stores. The bus- and train stations are near, about 10 minutes walking, so it's easy to move to different places. You get here from Málaga airport by train in 40 min. We liked the apt, there was space and a good kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and washing- and dishwasher. Shiny balcony. Cleaning was good too. All the staff were very nice and helpful and answered my question quickly.

There's no hooks where to put your outdoor jackets etc.

The location was perfect being close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, buses and trains. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and bright with lovely views from the sunny balcony. Two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and modern washing machine and dishwasher. A big plus was TV English channels. Contact with the apartment manager was exceptional.

No safe available. Drains occasionally in the main bathroom were rather odorous. Would have liked additional seating in the lounge area.

The staff is exceptional. We had a few minor troubles in the apartments - quick response, participation -> problem-solving. The beach is close: about 250-300m. The supermarket "Mercadona" is next to our building, which is 'extremely' clean with a wide range of products, fish, seafood, jamon, etc. We were at 6: adults, two kids 11 yo, and two babies 1 yo. And everything was excellent.

I am OK with everything. But, you have to understand, this is not a lux apartment, this is an apartment for rent and there are a lot of people had been here. Yes, the staff prepares it for the newcomers, and the toilet and shower are clean, but the apartments are used enough and you should not expect the level of an expensive hotel. It depends on your expectations and previous experience. I do not bother much about these things - I have many children ;)

Perfect location, near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and quiet, well kepted and safe. Modern furniture and bathroom, bigscreen tv, washing machine and dishwasher. The WiFi was very efficient. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the always go an extra mile for you. Thank You, this was our third stay, and we certainly keep coming back!

This property was in a fantastic location everything you wanted around you supermarket round the corner,beach bottom of road, fantastic restaurants on your doorstep We had the top floor superior apartment everything you could possible want in there if you like English programs then there’s plenty too choose from but the view from the balcony sufficed us 2 bathrooms to choose from and 2 bedrooms but we only need 1 of each Kitchen has everything you need fridge freezer, washing machine plus dishwasher and all the other essentials couldn’t ask for more and fantastic air-con a big plus The location is in the quieter end and I’m glad we were staying in this area as the other end is more noisy and busy at least we could walk into it if we wanted 10 mins if that

The only criticism is that the sofa was uncomfortable other than that no complaints

Area was local, close to beach, near everything you need. Apartment was clean n comfortable. Beds where better than I though good comfi mattress :-)

Kitchen equipment needs up dated, no can opener and u need more cooking utensils, could suggest an Air fryer or a bigger family toaster? Bigger pots n bigger on counter ovan top as the 2 ring took ages to cook a family meal for 5 with 2 small pots. We had neighbours that didn't stick to the quiet hours! We respected with having 5 young children and still grown adults came in drunk at 2am screaming and shouting.
