We liked location, beach very close. The hotel lobby luxerious. Pool area nice and cool. Helpful staff. Amazing breakfast and the dinner too, although we didnt have them so often. If you get sea view room, the view is amazing. Sea is glimmering and in the night moon rises above the sea. I wouldn’t recommend any other room than sea view.

They say on booking.com that there would be _option_ for different kinds of beds, twin or together, after all it is merely a wiss. I booked 4 moths early and we wouldn’t even consider a room or hotel with twin beds for us. Immediately 4months early to our visit I requested for the ”option” to have beds together, I think the term was queen bed. Still, when we got to the hotel they didn’t have such a room for us. They then offered us an upgrade which of course we had to pay for. In the end I wouldn’t come back to this hotel as we can’t have twin beds and this ”option” they say here is merely a wish. Also in the original room which they gave us, the shower wasn’t working. Other things: -Rooms feel small -Pool itself was a bit small

Location was excellent. Right on the beach front, small supermarket downstairs, restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast was amazing! So many options you're spoilt for choice. Room was standard - view was great.

Our toilet kept flushing by itself a lot, we asked twice to get this sorted but it was never fixed. Had to buy earplugs to sleep because the flush was so loud and constant. Our shower also leaked several times filling the hallway with a lot of water. The beds were not very comfortable either - quite hard.

Very good location and the breakfast is exceptional. The reception is very kind.

There is no soap for handwash, I haven’t been in a hotel in my life without a soap, this is basic. You have to step into the shower to get some showergel and fetch it bach to wash your hands. Glass for toothbrush is also missing. All in all the bathroom is not well equiped at all, which is very annoying.

Great location over the road from the sea and port, where there are plenty of places to eat. Unusual for Spain, a full range of different language TV channels. A big plus. Asked for a room on a lower floor and they accommodated this. Used the spa and had a pleasant facial. It does cost 15 euros to use the spa. Very polite, friendly staff. Room well cleaned and floor mopped every day. Lovely spacious balcony and sea view. Already re-booked for next year. Fuengirola has lovely bars and friendly people. Been here many times.

Entertainment on one night only but plenty of other hotels nearby with entertainment so didn't worry us. Actually, nothing I didn't like. We didn't eat there as we like to have the vegetarian breakfast at the Caribbean Mermaid Cafe at the port overlooking the boats but overheard people saying it was very good.

Fab hotel in great location. Very central. Very helpful lady (dark hair with silver reading glasses, sorry didn't get your name!) on front desk helped us sort rooms, find interesting places to visit and recommended great restaurants. Guilia, Nicolas & Loly in the restaurant were super looking after me remembering and making sure I always had a gluten free breakfast. Great service. Would definitely stay here again.

Only fault I'd say was there were lovely comfy sunloungers available but only for a 25 euro charge. We arrived after 4 and there was hardly any one else at pool, but were told that we had to either pay or move from lounger as we didn't realise you had to pay. Seems a bit steep when it's off season, near end of day and only 3 other people at the pool. The comfy beds remained empty for the rest of the week. Maybe they'd be used if price was more reasonable.

We had a great stay here during the first week of April. I booked two deluxe sea view rooms and we were given rooms next to each other. Breakfast was good, with a large variety, has everything from mixed vegetables to sweets & a chocolate fountain. The Spa pool is wonderful & is charged extra but we were alone in the pools so it was worth it. But what really makes this hotel so great are the staff. Everyone was friendly & helpful. After we checked out & arrived at the airport my daughter realised she had left her passport in her room. So I called the hotel ( who had already found the passport at this point) who arranged for the taxi driver of other guests also travelling to the airport to bring us the passport. This is thanks to the housekeeping staff who acted swiftly & the wonderful reception staff. Loction is perfect too. Right by the beach & many fabulous restaurants. Within walking distance of the train station to the airport/Malaga.

Good location of the hotel, nice view, right on the beach, underground garage next to the hotel, breakfast and dinner varied enough that everyone can find something for themselves. You can rent beach towels for free (with a deposit of 10 eur) and return them in the evening, and so have clean ones on the beach every day. The staff is very friendly and ready to do all the additional services we asked for.

The maids who clean the rooms knock on the door before 9:00, waking up guests who sleep later. Twice the maid entered our room while we were still sleeping (around 9:30). The air conditioning is quite noisy and makes strange sounds. Three times we had a power outage for five minutes. The hotel charges 25 euros for parking, and there is a public garage next to the hotel for 20 euros per day.

Room was spacious and great view out the front. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers. Nice having a bar at the pool. Coffee machine in room (Lor pod thing) and maid left plenty of pods each day. All the bar staff were lovely and so friendly.

Pool bar was pretty expensive and you weren't allowed to bring your own drinks which is crazy considering you have a fridge in your room. Whilst there are 3 lifts, they were a bit small so sometimes you'd have to call a lift multiple times as they would arrive at your floor already full and not all the lifts seemed to be active during certain hours. Beds were not the comfiest but not terrible either.

Location is great. Breakfast was well organised.cleanliness was outstanding. Staff were helpfull and friendly. Balcony was lovely in the evening, which we took full advantage of in the evenings.

Lifts were only able to hold 3-4 people, and you had a long wait when it was busy, for example around breakfast time. Shelving maybe required in bathrooms especially shower area, as you had nowhere to put toiletries. Our controller for the air conditioning was sometimes, powered off, and you had to “fiddle” with the buttons for it to operate, but worked

for me what made the hotel for the friendliness of staff from reception to cleaners. Rooms were spotless and clean towels everyday. Aircon was excellent. Views from our room were amazing Pool and bar were very clean though the water in the pool was not the cleanest. Breakfast room was lovely and choice of food was amazing. Location was excellent and a 10 minute walk for the very efficient Train service which takes you into the airport. Overall a wonderful 4 night stay
