We were warmly welcomed by Ismael (spelling might be wrong). He was so kind and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our rooms were large updated and beautiful with ocean views. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and back to the beach. I know it’s an airport hotel but we didn’t notice the Jets flying over the hotel. Any airport noise is very slight. We did eat lunch at the outside café, which was delicious and the server was great. We didn’t have dinner there so I can’t speak of that. Also, there is a walking and biking trail right outside the grounds of the hotel and I noticed that there were bikes that you could use at the hotel. We were told that the bike trail went on for several miles. Also, the beach was very wide and flat. Some graffiti could be seen. My one recommendation would be to park in the parking garage rather than on the street because we got our car broken into and all of our souvenirs and gifts were in the trunk. So someone was watching us and realized we must’ve left something in the trunk so they broke the window and got all of our stuff. Most of the things were inexpensive little souvenirs that we were able to replace when we got to the airport but still it was disappointing. So park in the parking garage pay the $25.

great location and facilities

Everything about the hotel is great - we have stayed here before and loved it. However, our main complaint (and to me this was a big one) was the awful telephone hold style music (that is if I can call it music) being played so loudly that it completely spoiled sitting in the covered area on the comfortable couches. For a top class hotel, one would think that given the excellent selection today of play lists they could find something better than the repetitive sounds coming from the overhead speakers. We asked if they could turn it down a little but nothing seemed to happen. This would definitely impact any future stay we might have in this area.

Property is very luxurious and comfortable, the king size beds are huge, the rooms are spacious, the shower is incredible. All in all a very good experience, and well worth it for some R&R! The breakfast is great with loads of options!

The service at the restaurant was very slow, and the food was not fantastic. We ate there on the first day but did not eat again at the restaurant besides dinner. No streaming of Netflix despite the TV having Netflix as an option. Should be mentioned at check in.

Fantastic place to spend an afternoon and overnight before flying out. The little beach town, the location right on the beach, the pool and the hotel - top marks from all of us. Rather than an airport hotel, it is resort-like. Very very helpful staff too - for example, we arrived hours early hoping to drop our bags off and they offered the rooms, which were available and ready.

Nothing

Fantastic facilities (large pool, outdoor dining area, pool bar) and direct access to one of the best beaches in Europe. We visited three times already and will come again.

The outdoor facilities could be used for guest entertainment with music and dancing. There is more potential.

Access to the beach and places to eat.

The room we booked didn't come with breakfast and it was too expensive for both of us for 5 nights. We were not able to buy breakfast for only a few days we had to buy it as a package.

It was clean and presentable. Liked the seaview, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good only porridge was missing, the pool water was of excellent quality, nicely decorated, the music was nice, not too loud.

The garden was a little dry looking and not looked after, beach towels had to be asked once, people were allowed to smoke in the common eating area in the morning.

No gym in building even though hotel came up with me requesting gym in filter. Turned out gym was down the road from the hotel with an extra charge of €20 pp.

Lovely place! right by the beach, lovely pool area, nice clean rooms and nice staff. Perfect location close to the airport. Great breakfast.

Restaurant lunch/dinner choices very poor, no glutenfree opitons and only a handful of overpriced dishes in general to choose from. No "real food". Far away from Barcelona.
