Amazing outdoors with landscaped gardens, a large lovely heated pool . Plenty of loungers and a great pool bar . 1 min walk from a large sandy beach .Not your usual airport hotel, can't hear any planes at all even though it's conveniently close to the airport. The room was pristine, comfy bed and great large bathroom. Delicious breakfast with lots of options and fresh pastries. Quick check in and check out.

There was no parking space available ( it was 24€) so we were told to park elsewhere with little help. The receptionist didn't know what app was needed to park and it was tricky to work it out . Our friends who were given a room on the ground floor were kept up until 4am by the loud music coming from the club just next to the hotel. There was also a wedding and a conference at the hotel so the restaurant and bar team were very stretched and seemed overworked. They did really try their best .

We were warmly welcomed by Ismael (spelling might be wrong). He was so kind and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our rooms were large updated and beautiful with ocean views. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and back to the beach. I know it’s an airport hotel but we didn’t notice the Jets flying over the hotel. Any airport noise is very slight. We did eat lunch at the outside café, which was delicious and the server was great. We didn’t have dinner there so I can’t speak of that. Also, there is a walking and biking trail right outside the grounds of the hotel and I noticed that there were bikes that you could use at the hotel. We were told that the bike trail went on for several miles. Also, the beach was very wide and flat. Some graffiti could be seen. My one recommendation would be to park in the parking garage rather than on the street because we got our car broken into and all of our souvenirs and gifts were in the trunk. So someone was watching us and realized we must’ve left something in the trunk so they broke the window and got all of our stuff. Most of the things were inexpensive little souvenirs that we were able to replace when we got to the airport but still it was disappointing. So park in the parking garage pay the $25.

We really enjoyed the pool and the garden. Loved how it had a gate to the beach, and you could go outside whenever you wanted. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was neat as well. It was everything we expected and more!

If you don't rent a car the hotel is only reachable by bus which doesn't come very often and only accepts cash. Taxi fees were pretty expensive. This is the only problem we had throughout our stay, apart from this the hotel itself was great.

great location and facilities

Everything about the hotel is great - we have stayed here before and loved it. However, our main complaint (and to me this was a big one) was the awful telephone hold style music (that is if I can call it music) being played so loudly that it completely spoiled sitting in the covered area on the comfortable couches. For a top class hotel, one would think that given the excellent selection today of play lists they could find something better than the repetitive sounds coming from the overhead speakers. We asked if they could turn it down a little but nothing seemed to happen. This would definitely impact any future stay we might have in this area.

Property is very luxurious and comfortable, the king size beds are huge, the rooms are spacious, the shower is incredible. All in all a very good experience, and well worth it for some R&R! The breakfast is great with loads of options!

The service at the restaurant was very slow, and the food was not fantastic. We ate there on the first day but did not eat again at the restaurant besides dinner. No streaming of Netflix despite the TV having Netflix as an option. Should be mentioned at check in.

I had a sea view, Bed was large and comfy, nice walk down to the pool where they had towels rolled up for people to collect on the sun loungers. Then just behind the pool was a gate to the sandy beach and warm sea water

I liked everything! Pool was excellent, Staff where friendly, Breakfast was lovely, Just all round atmosphere around the place was comfortable and enjoyable

Such a classy hotel, but very poor quality hotel bicycles. Everything was perfect, except the poorly maintained, sad looking bicycles out front. The hotel is far away from „downtown“ and so they need to invest in quality bicycles (and someone to service them regularly) if the boardwalk is to be enjoyed.

Very beautiful hotel, super close to the airport. Room was nice and big, with coffee machine in the room so for an early flight it was perfect. Excellent dinner! The hotel has an amazing pool area and it is located 5 steps away from the beach. Everybody was super helpful! It was a great experience!

Everything was perfect!

Staff was extremely nice, wonderful location and very sheik feel. Really enjoyed staying there the night before our flight. The airport is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, so very convenient and relaxing way to end the trip

The shower got water all over the bathroom floor, was a little strange
