Staff very helpful and kind, all clean and useful. Near to city centre.

The staff was very nice and our room was just fine for its price. We got even more than we expected because of others bad feedbacks. For us the hostels quality was a very nice surprise! The kitchen is well equipped, WiFi works well, we could adjust the music in the kitchen. Easy access with walk and public transport as well.

Could be a bit more surface to keep out clothes, and despite the window opened to the street, the air wasn't coming in much.

It was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff were extra nice and friendly. Thanks to the lovely guy on the 13th of February we could secure last minute tickets to the Alhambra and find free parking.

l liked the room and the facilities. lt is good for staying one night or maybe two when sharing bathroom.

No elevator and also nobody offers to help with carrying the suitcases but the staff was nice enough to change the room from 2. to first 1.

Comfortable bed. Good sized room. WiFi, power sockets. Clean well functioning showers and toilets. Communal areas also clean with good kitchen. Great tapas bar opposite.

Check-in more complicated than other accommodation we used.

Everything great, except for only having 1 socket.

Should have had more than 1 socket in the rooms or extenders
