Good value for money, once you get your bearings it is good for walking into the centre. About 15/20 minutes. We used the map from the hotel and walked the main road once then cut through diagonally up to the centre finding lots of nice squares. Highly recommend Carmela fish restaurant we found en route back from the centre on Marques de Gerona. There is a bigger one on the other side of the centre. This is on the side streets near the centre as we headed back to the hotel. Taxis are reasonable 10 euro to The Alhambra. Breakfast v good too.

Disappointed to find no water or tea/coffee in the room but facilities there. Once over the surprise there is a supermarket v nearby.

It was okay for a 4 star hotel. Room was spacious and breakfast buffet had various options. There was kettle and mugs in the room (no coffee or tea though…) Tap water was really tasty and safe to drink. Bus stop to centrum and supermarket Dia was 50 meters away. Parking was close enough, 3-4 mins walk for 17.00€ (with 2.30€ discount). It has a discount for only daily parking; if you want to go in&out, you have to pay to the machines in the parking area.

Most of the Staff could speak English poorly. Breakfast ends at 10.00am which we found a bit early. We stayed on 1st floor and all the noise in the lobby & staircase can be heard in our room and woke up many times (after midnight). We informed the receptionist about it and requested to warn the guests to be quieter, unfortunately had NO result…

Lovely hotel. Off the main route in, and there it was. A small pull in to allow you to unload the car, etc, then 200 meters to the carpark. It was a bit of a walk to the cultural sites but not a major issue. Would highly recommend

The room was very large and clean, and I would definitely love to stay there again. I had requested a room with a view, but unfortunately, I didn’t get one. However, there wasn’t much to see around the hotel anyway, so I’d recommend heading out to explore the city center instead.

The location is a bit farther from the city center, with a 20-minute walk to the Catedral. If you're traveling alone and feel a bit intimidated, note that it’s not quite in the heart of the city, and you’ll need to walk through some alleys at night (which was fine for me, but something to consider). However, the Granada bus system is better than expected, so you can easily take a bus for your tour if you prefer not to walk.

Room was good. We had come from a self-catering in Malaga so fortunately we had tea making item with us including a travel kettle so were able to make a drink in the room as there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there was a small fridge. The bathroom was good although plug didn't stay in when using the wash basin, but the shower was great very powerful. Try and get a room at the back on the first floor they have patio doors to private patio's there is nothing in them to sit on, but nice to have space outside.

There is no parking they will tell you where to park but it's not free on check out you give then your information and they will sell you a ticket for the car park. We asked for an early check in, check in is 2pm we asked if we could arrive at 1pm they said yes but only drop bags off. We dropped bags off and were told to come back at 3pm when the room would be ready! Also, the T.V in the room needed updating in this day and age a small, non-smart T.V is no good like most we watch a lot of streaming and no smart T.V. so take your fire stick if you have one.

This is a well situated hotel within walking distance from the historic centre and Cathedral. There are good transport connections with the metro and bus stop right outside the hotel. The metro takes you to both the train and bus stations. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby. My comfortable room was recently refurbished and I was given the walk in shower I had requested. Breakfast was very varied and hearty, and the wifi signal was excellent in all areas.

Very little. Be aware that it is on a main road which can be noisy before midnight, but much quieter after that. The lobby has 3 steps to enter or to connect with the dining areas, so a handrail would be useful for those of us with mobility problems to prevent falls.

Very friendly staff, speaks decent English and online check-in went smoothly. The room was good. Price was decent. Location is easy to walk to from both centrum (that's where the airport bus stops) and some supermarkets. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but you get lots of choice - eggs, omelet, cereal, churros, ham and bacon, fruit, tea/coffee/cold water/juice.

The airco was struggling. We were there end of April, with around 22-26 outside, and setting it to coldest and highest power barely made any difference during the night.

The hotel is very good, you can't have any complaints about anything. It's easy to get to, it's practically in the center. All the attractions of Granada are within a short walk - it's a great location for a few days of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Comfortable and huge beds. There is no own parking, but you can use a large underground parking 5 minutes from the hotel. I didn't use the meals.

The room was really clean and the bed sheets were so soft and cozy. Shower was really nice. We actually didn't know that there was a bus stop immediately outside the hotel, which made transportation so much more affordable as we didn't have to take a taxi everywhere, also the city center is really close and we enjoyed walking nearby so much. Personnel was really friendly and the restaurant have really good breakfast options. We liked it a lot!

The only little thing is that we could hear everything the neighbors were doing, at one point it became a little uncomfortable but wasn't that big of a deal.
