The location was great for my 2 days in Haro, the centre is just a short walk away and the parking is easy and convenient. The lady at the reception was very nice and the room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the room was generally very clean, there were some parts of the bathroom that were not cleaned thoroughly. Nothing dramatic, just changes my grade into a 9, otherwise it would have been a 10.

Good communication pre-check in. Easy to drive to/find using satnav. Comfortable clean room, basic but ok for the price. Good secure parking. Did not have breakfast so unsure but at less than €8, would probably have been good value

Check in by remote reception after 3pm. Bit vague about accessing garage- wife had to go inside garage to open doors as pin pad didn't seem to function? (Difficult if sole driver!). Complicated wifi password, gave up!

Nice location, clean rooms, soft beds, recommended for visiting Haro breakfast is small variety but tasty.

- during check-in at 1600 no one in reception and check-in online, the code from the room was not working, and after 20 minutes of running back and for just received answer that the lock battery was expired. luckily had a card in the room later. - the blinking light on the fire detector sensor is so stupid....just change the type

The location, the big size of the family room

The noise, thin walls. There is so much space why don’t make a corner for simple coffee or tea. For the price it would be standard. No possibility to have beverages. You need to go to the nearest super at 8 min walk or cafeteria at the other side where they serve affordable simple breakfast. Give it a small modern make over, coffee and tea corner, hairdryer, small fridge and it is a 10!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location and secure covered car parking on site for €6/night! The receptionist, Adriana, even arranged for us to get an early breakfast on our last day as we had to leave early to catch a boat. We will definitely stay there again

The bedroom doors had keypads used to open them, and we could hear people opening doors early on one morning.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and very good value for money.The staff went out of their way to help us and advise us where to go .I would stay there again with pleasure and I will tell my friends how good it was. Clean and safe. Easy parking and short walk to the square. Staff was very helpful with a last minute wine tour reservation.

The temperature in the room was challenging to manage. We were too warm, but the heat was on. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked meager.

Motorcycle tour of Spain and France - we stopped here in Haro and the hotel was just perfect. Clean, comfortable with secure bike parking and a good breakfast buffet. Nice quiet room.

Haro was the disappointment - the hotel was lovely, but next time I'll stay in Logrono... there was more nightlife!

The room was clean , we reach to room in one of most hottest summer peak and the air conditioning of room was working so good and keep temperature constant and chill for perfect sleep

The room doesn’t have fridge

The location was convenient, there was a bus station near by and it only took 10 minutes by walk to the central plaza. The staff were super helpful. The room itself was clean with an effective AC system which allowed a very comfortable stay.
