Great value for money, excellent attentive staff and reasonable sized room for a 3* hotel. We were in Room 301 (or ask for 302), third floor overlooking the square with a Juliette balcony (that you can’t sit on) but you can sit at the window and people watch quite happily. Room is well equipped with small fridge - slightly cooler than a drinks fridge (yeah), Safe, good closet area, decent sized bathroom with an excellent shower and nice flooring (rather than carpets!). We did have to ask for a kettle which they were happy to provide. Breakfast not included and doesn’t need to be as there are restaurants outside the door… Hotel Secure Parking 5mins away - booked through the hotel prior. €15 per day.

Location on the main square of Haro was superb. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Our rooms were excellent and as there was a festival in the square the staff had thoughtfully offered us rooms at the back of the hotel and provided earplugs! We really liked Haro with its lovely square and narrow streets around it with a great choice of bars and eating places. We weren't staying long enough to visit any bodegas but there are clearly opportunities to do this. We liked the Vivanco wine museum in nearby Briones.

The garage whilst secure was a walk away from the hotel.

Central location and easily accessible. Our room 401 had doors that opened up to the square which was beautiful in the morning with the sunshine coming in, drinking a coffee from Cafe Sol down in the square. Room was large and had basics of what we needed, it was great having netflix on the TV so we could sign in to watch something if we wanted to. it was only a short walk to some top vineyards and great tapas in the streets.

Unsure if there was an iron/ironing board available from reception. would be useful to provide what 3 words locations for the 15 min parking and hotel etc in case you get lost.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location on the main square in the old part of Haro can't be beat. The staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English. My room was ready when I asked for it, slightly before check-in time and they held my bag until then while I explored the town. Delivered it to my room so I didn't have to think about it.

Hard to say anything I didn't like about this modern hotel that looks old from the outside. My room faced the back street so no view. Rooms on the front side would face the square so if you want a better view, ask for a room on the front side. I really didn't spend much time in my room, so the view wasn't all that important to me.

The welcome was very warm, and the room perfect. Parking was very easy and secure. Our room overlooked the delightful town square, with lively cafés and bars. The room had triple double glazing to keep out any noise, if you wished., we prefer to listen to the atmosphere created in by the locals in the early evening. Overall, we cannot recommend Plaza enough and we will be back to enjoy some of the local Bodegas. Also, ideal stopover on the way to Bilbao (1 hour) or Santander (2 hours) ferries.

Centrally located in the Plaza square with lift large room and bathroom and very comfortable large bed , excellent dinner and Bodega recommendations!Easy safe parking close by .

We weren’t notified about how the Haro festival celebrations might affect our stay until we arrived on the 28 th June for 3 nights , the room that we were given were at the back of the building facing away from the square where LOUD and I mean extremely loud rock music ( walks vibrating ) was played overnight until 6 am , we were supplied with ear plugs but it was NOT pleasant, not hotels fault however prior notification would have been appreciated No kettle or coffee machine

Brilliant location, can't be more central. The staff is amazing - a warm welcome and useful advice on the town, bodegas etc + a free map ☺️ The hotel is extremely clean and cosy, rooms are very comfy. The bed was comfy too, had a really good nights sleep. Bathrom is very bright and had a good shower. Liked the separate wardrobe area and big mirrow - good touch! Really happy we booked to stay here for 2 nights!!

The property is right on the main square of the town and if you have a room facing this direction you have beautiful views of the square and the mountains beyond. Everything is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. We were here during the blackout and the staff loaned us €50 as we’d run out of cash and the card machines and cash points weren’t working.

Great location close to bars and restaurants. Friendly and efficient. Good secure parking (200m but well signed) Good communication. We were upgraded to a very spacious room on the 3rd floor with a lovely view over the square.

Difficult to find the hotel as the only access is in the square. There is short term parking on the road but it simply says for hotels and doesn't name this one. Luckily, the weather was good so it wasn't a problem to park and walk but in the rain or in peak season, make sure you check out the exact location in advance!

Haro as such is a very small town but with a lot of different wineries. Unfortunately, most are open only in the morning / early afternoon so we could not really enjoy it. Part of the town is a little shabby so we appreciated the private closed parking place. The hotel does not offer breakfast but recommend a coffee directly at the square which was ok for one morning.
