Clean and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool but what I'd highlight about our stay was the staff. We'd booked a junior suite with garden and pool view. When we got to the room there were no pool views. We told the receptionist and apparently the information on booking is misleading since they've got different junior suites and the photos show them all, and the same happens with the room features. Having cleared the confusion but seeing our disappointment, the receptionist Manuel Gil came to our room (we had not even unpacked) and offered us a room with pool view. He was very kind and helpful and had clearly a willingness to help and make of our stay an excellent one. The staff at the restaurant were also very kind and professional. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious.

The swimming pool opening hours. Being so hot, I'd suggest 8.00-21.00. It'd have been nice to be able to swim in the morning before breakfast but unfortunately the pool didn't open until 11.30, which is far too late. Although this is not on the hotel, some customers did use the pool outside the opening hours. I believe the hotel should take some action or change the opening hours as suggested.

Staff are exceptional and the food served in the pool bar and restaurant is outstanding. Location was ideal for us but may not suit everyone- make sure you do your research. Like that the pool is manned and any vacant ‘reserved’ beds have towels removed to prevent hogging. This hotel is outstanding value for money- it was our second time here.

The pool had some algae in patches around the ladder areas and there isn’t enough sun loungers- there are chairs instead but if would be good if these were replaced with loungers.

This is a really lovely hotel and feels great from the moment you walk in with its Jerez styled entrance. The staff were really friendly and our rooms were modern with nice balconies. We enjoyed some pool time and there was a lovely shaded area which was great as it was very hot there. We did use taxis to get into town as its about 2km but they were around 5€ which was worth it in the heat. The hotel also has free parking which was great as we had a car as we were on a road trip. We didn't have meals there but I understand the onsite restaurant is very good.

Everything about this hotel is great. Don’t hesitate to book this one The pool is fantastic, plenty of sunbeds and shade. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, a great selection.

Not sure if the spar is part of the hotel, but I was disappointed in the massage I had there. Extra charge for the spa also. Such a shame because the facilities looked good. Only negative is the Spa. Its about 30 minutes to walk into the main town, and its very hot there (in June) Couldn’t get taxi’s back about 2300 hours in the evening!!!!

A large, comfortable, quite grand, hotel. Very well situated. Easy to find, on the north side of Jerez, an excellent location when arriving in Jerez by car from Seville direction. 30 mins stroll into old town centre and a taxi back was only 5 euros. The hotel has a lovely bar/restaurant area, with very friendly staff. The food we ordered was absolutely superb quality and exceeded expectations.

Sleep spoil by very inconsiderate guests in room above, who were up and clomping up and down in outdoor shoes at 5.30 in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel but very noisy, made worse by wooden floors

We loved the friendliness of most staff was very clean outdoor pool was lovely breakfast had a great selection and lovely eating area restaurant and bar next door was friendly And helpful. We saw you could rent bikes although we weren't staying long enough but thought it was a great service.

I think the restaurant next door could open our to the pool area (maybe it does in peak summer). We were not to happy with service provided by the spa reception as it came across quite sarcastic and condescending when explaining the rules. Spa facilities were good could do with a spruce up and the sauna & steam room could do with updating but we're still functional and usable.

The hotel isn't the newest, but it's kept spotlessly clean and tidy. Onsite free parking. Very comfortable room, although you need to use the room card (or a spare if you have one!) to keep the a/c running when you are out. It's worth doing that in the summer months! Good bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast which is good value for money at 12 Euros. Swimming pool area is lovely. A great pool, which is plenty long enough to exercise or just to have fun in. There is also plenty of space for the sunbeds, including quite a lot of shady options if you prefer. We're delighted, and will happily return!

It's a little far out from the centre of town, so taxis/busses or a hire car would be helpful. I don't know if the hotel runs a courtesy bus? Having said that, the location is very pleasant, safe and peaceful.

Free parking, great selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast. Friendly staff, spa nice and clean and not expensive. Fridge and kettle inside each room.

Cleaning staff insist on knocking on the door for cleaning even with the do not disturb sign on the door. And on the day of check out an hour before we were due to check out, they were asking to clean. Lockers in the spa were not free, and it wasn't mentioned until you were inside, not sure where they expected me to pull a euro coin from.

The welcome from the receptionist was cheerful and genuine. Parking onsite outside of the hotel was great and with easy access should we have decided to go out in the car during our stay. Comfortable and huge bed Great shower Patio furniture Tea and coffee making facilities in room Speedy response to iron and ironing board request Great swimming pool - full size and with adequate sun beds and shaded areas Good food and refreshments available at reasonable and affordable prices Loved the equestrian theme throughout the hotel 🏨🛏️

Perhaps a little too far out of Jerez main town but that could have been due to the 40 degrees plus heat during our stay and the walk not being that enjoyable as a a result

We didn't have the breakfast as we had a very early start. We appricated the kettle and hot drinks in the room. Lovely balcony. Room and bathroom was spacious with lots of extras. Comfy pillows. Lovely large pool. Pool menu was OK for a snack. The restaurant was good with a good selection of dishes. Lovely gesture the free glass of Jerez sherry. Staff were incredibly lovely throughout the hotel facilities.

The mattresses we a little sunken in the middle. The toilet did mot flush properly. The bathroom needed more lighting especially around the magnifying mirror. It was very difficult to see to put on contact lenses and makeup etc. Also in the pool area, only one toilet was working in the women's. It was pretty disgusting as the other toilet was heavily blocked throughout our stay. The spa sauna and steam room were very small, only room for two people. The women's changing room only had one shower and one toilet and sink. When we went there was no one there but had there been others it would have been very difficult as there is no space to wait for the shower.
