We were given the type of room we asked for - with twin beds, on a high floor, and overlooking the interior patio not the street - which was great, we really appreciate that they arranged that for us. Very comfortable beds, quiet room, excellent location for train station and city centre .

The staff at breakfast were struggling a bit - delay with topping up fruit, and milk - plus the so-called "black tea" tasted rather strange. The price of the room was about twice what we normally pay - presumably because of high demand during Spain's "Semana Santa".

I stayed only 1 night during my Camino. I came early in the morning, knowing the check in is in afternoon, just wanted to leave the backpack. Receptionist was super friendly and nice, giving me even bigger room and immediately. This was really friendly and customer oriented! Didnt have breakfast as I was leaving early. The hotel is 5 min from the bus station which is amazing, and right next over bridge to the centre. I would definitely stay again!

The location was less than 400 meters to the bus station, which was the main reason we chose it. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful and good and the beds, sheets and blankets seemed new and were very comfortable.

It is a hotel that has seen better days, in very dire need of a coat of paint and overall update as well as new reception furniture which were very dingy looking. But it’s value for the price and did the trick for two nights.

The location was brilliant very close to the railway station. It was a very short walk across the river into the city centre. The room was larger than some of our previously higher rated hotels.

We were fine but people who couldn’t walk a few kilometres might find the walk to the cathedral and back a bit challenging. They should be aware before booking. Walkers will love it.

As title said. The decor is modern. Room is clean and spacious enough for 1 person. Staff is very nice and helpful. It's not too far from the city center as well, in good days without rain, walk maybe takes 15,20 minutes to the city center. It is also close to the river park, closer than from old city center places.

We have stayed here numerous times, the location is excellent, easy access on foot to train station/old town/river. Comfortable room, good beds. We asked for and were given a room on a high floor. Very good breakfast; very reasonable price for the room.

Every year in the past we have asked for, and been given, a quiet room, not overlooking the busy road that fronts the hotel. This year it was disappointing, despite the same request, to be given a room overlooking the road (the hotel was not full at the time).

Breakfast was good enough but I wasn’t told that it is not included. I paid additionally €10 per day for breakfast. Location is excellent! Right across the train station and 12 mins from the Cathedral 👍👍👍

Ideally located close to station and city centre but still managed to be quiet. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and GF options. Very comfortable and unpretentious, which suited us as we had been on a walking trip

We have booked the hotel late at the evening 10 minutes prior arrival. Booked twin bedded room and had a great sleep. Beds were very comfortable.

Online check out recommend , because otherwise you can spend long time waiting for check out in the morning. Parking was not availale in hotel garage, but we have found a place for free in street by the river. But have to leave until 9 AM on blue line parking.

The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good

The location was a little meh but it was understandable because its close to the bus station which was convenient for us
