Really friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist was really nice and helpful on arrival. Fully stocked fridge in room. Nice toiletries and plenty of towels. Complimentary Nespresso coffee is available via machine. The room is ultra modern with touch pads for everything and was very comfortable if a little dark.

Difficult road system in Leon. Ended up driving past hotel 3 times, which takes you into a pedestrian area jammed with people. Would have helped if the name of the hotel was on outside of the building instead of tucked behind the entrance doorway. Led to a very stressful 45 minutes.

Most modern, well kept hotel we have staid in on the Camino Portuguese and Camino Francis thus far. And we stayed at multiple four star hotels. This had the most spacious dining area for breakfast- love the high ceilings! Also loved the breakfast choices. All staff especially those at the reception desk were excellent.

The man at the bar/cafeteria directed me downstairs when I asked where to get hot water but the restaurant was closed and when I asked reception they pointed me back to the bar/cafeteria. Luckily the reception helper went with me and had to argue with the man before he gave me hot water for my instant ramen that I bought since it was a cold and rainy day.

Hotel is in very convenient location, modern, very clean, breakfast was super. But I would like to highlight the great stuff hotel has. We experienced the Spanish blackout there and couldn't leave as our car was blocked in the garage, they were super nice, took care about us, provided amazing hospitality and made our stay from disaster to very pleasant day. Thanks to all for such great treatment and kindness. I strongly recommend this hotel, they are truly focused on customers and their experience there.

I chose MyPalace León literally on the night of my arrival ;), it was easy to find and "just" inside the old city wall. Bunches of coffee shops/bars, restaurants and shopping steps away. I found the people of León to be warm, friendly, good service and helpful in allowing me to practice my crappy Spanish ;). Whilst in León, I discovered it's one of the prime jumping off points to do the Camino de Santiago so... after a brief visit to Gijón and Oviedo (loved Oviedo!),and some practice bike rides, I came back to León, stayed at MyPalace a second time, picked up a rental bike (yes, I chose an e-bike because eeees are good for climbing (so long as you don't run out of eeees, then the bike becomes a literal tank) !), asked the staff to forward my bag to Santiago de Compostela and off I went!

Nothing not to like, wonderful rooms and wonderful stays. Repeating what I said above, I left León briefly and returned and it was an easy decision to stay at MyPalace again, even though there were other choices that looked fab.

The room is tastefully decorated with wood flooring and wood panelled walls, and everything looks great. It's quiet, has a generous bathroom and is well thought out. The mood lighting as you walk out of the lift - lights getting gently brighter as you approach was a nice touch.

The tiniest of criticisms is that there was one touch panel for all the different lights, curtains, blinds etc. with about 10 buttons. When it's dark you can't see what is what so you might switch on the wardrobe light or open the curtain or hit the main lights - it's pot luck - but cause for amusement not annoyance.

Wow where do I start??? MyPalace León is in the heart of the old historic town, less than a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and 20 minute walk from León Railway Station. A newly built hotel which blends in unobtrusively into the landscape MyPalace hits you with that instant luxurious finish as soon as you walk in with a beautifully laid out reception, living flame heating and bar area. With a warm friendly welcome we knew this was going to be an exceptional stay before we entered our room. Our room on the fourth floor was exquisite in every detail from the eco-friendly touch screen lighting and hearing, to the sense of space and comfort the bedroom radiated. The bathroom with his and hers sinks plus spacious rainfall shower was elegant in design. Well rested in peaceful surroundings on to breakfast which was indeed a feast. Fresh fruit, cooked breakfast cold meats, cheeses and pastries as well as cereal and assortment of milks and juices - so much choice that we felt really spoiled. Thank you all for making our stay a very special one - León will hold some wonderful memories for sure🇪🇸❤️

Breakfast Room in the cellar - not at all attractive You think you sit in an air raid shelter Breakfast should be served on the groundfloor instead. Breakfast was also expensive Next day we preferred to have breakfast outside in town. Parking via the elevator is a little adventure for bigger cars.

Love, love, love this place!! I wish I could live here! Beautiful modern rooms with stunning bathrooms, decent breakfast, gym and a spa room with a sauna and small pool. Spa room is an extra cost of 17 euros not included in the initial price. Location is very convenient to the main attractions of the old town like the cathedral, close to amazing restaurants and also close to corte ingles if you need to do any shopping

We like the interior decoration of the lobby and the modern facilities in the room. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower buttons are simple to operate,

The hotel is located at the front of a pedestrian street (exist from a round about), so Google Map keeps taking our car to a different exit. We circled around 4-5 times before figuring out how to get to the hotel. Don’t use google map instructions, but instead enlarge the area on the map to see exactly where the hotel is located. The car lift is an interesting experience, so is the experience with the digital room lighting & AC display panels with confusing icons. It takes time to get used to them instead of traditional switches. There is a guide to explain the icons on the desk if you are confused.

Very modern, comfortable and stylish. Big room and very large bathroom with very high quality fittings and finish. All very swish electronic controls and lighting which just took a few moments to work out. Useful having a garage facility although this was my first experience of a car lift! Good location 5 minutes from the historic centre. Loved Leon.

Nothing, we would definitely visit Leon again and stop here.
