Very smart hotel in excellent position to explore Leon, which is a wonderful town with a stunningly beautiful cathedral. Clean and tidy room, powerful air con. Good bars and breakfast places close by. Short, pleasant walk to the centre.

It is a smart room, with everything controlled by a digital pad on the walls. Works fine when you get used to the symbols. The bathroom is smart, but poorly designed. There is nowhere easy for soap to go without it dripping on the floor, and almost impossible to use the wet room shower without flooding the floor. These are minor points set against a good hotel experience, but just a slightly frustrating design.

Good location just on the edge of the main area of the city ( 10 minute walk to the cathedral at most) . Secure charged underground parking via lift - car that is. Leon is busy for driving through and probably easy to get caught with all the low speed changes and cameras so beware. Nice hotel with lots of black and subdued lighting. Comfy room. Good shower and AC. Would certainly return. Car charging points in hotel car park.

I’ve said it before, is too hard for receptionists to look up when you walk through or back into the hotel and lightly engage or acknowledge you exist? This hotel’s receptionists were particularly unengaged. Also, why do they have to stare for so long at their screens when you are standing there booking in. You have invariably already paid and reserved on line and yet they appear to have a problem finding the room you have reserved. This is a common theme with all hotels it appears. All rooms are subdued lighting with lots of black marble. This follows through to the public areas quite a bit. If you are on the older side of mature you may find it a little dark. Missed footings could be an issue if sight isn’t 20/20. Just be aware.

The modern boutique-style hotel was very beautifully decorated. The bar area was lovely and comfortable. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed was comfy. The window blinds were electronically operated, as well as the air conditioning and lights, and was easy enough to use. The room was spacious, and the water was warm in the rain and blast shower. The gym was good; also, you have to pay extra for the swimming pool and sauna. We didn't eat here. The car lift to the lower floor for car parking was a different experience.

It is situated on the edge of the restaurant area and was a bit noisy at night with people leaving the area and staff replenishing drinks, kegs, etc.; however, it was a weekend night, so it was probably to be expected. No fixed weight machines in the gym

Really friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist was really nice and helpful on arrival. Fully stocked fridge in room. Nice toiletries and plenty of towels. Complimentary Nespresso coffee is available via machine. The room is ultra modern with touch pads for everything and was very comfortable if a little dark.

Difficult road system in Leon. Ended up driving past hotel 3 times, which takes you into a pedestrian area jammed with people. Would have helped if the name of the hotel was on outside of the building instead of tucked behind the entrance doorway. Led to a very stressful 45 minutes.

Most modern, well kept hotel we have staid in on the Camino Portuguese and Camino Francis thus far. And we stayed at multiple four star hotels. This had the most spacious dining area for breakfast- love the high ceilings! Also loved the breakfast choices. All staff especially those at the reception desk were excellent.

The man at the bar/cafeteria directed me downstairs when I asked where to get hot water but the restaurant was closed and when I asked reception they pointed me back to the bar/cafeteria. Luckily the reception helper went with me and had to argue with the man before he gave me hot water for my instant ramen that I bought since it was a cold and rainy day.

breakfast and location excellent. On site parking great, we needed that as my husband has walking difficulties and we needed to be central but also have parking. very hi tec and modern, no light switches, just touch pads which for an elderly couple was a bit of a challenge! Walk in shower was excellent. Found the room a little dark, all dark wood panelled walls, was like being in a log cabin, and with only a small window onto a light well, but we were out most of the time.

Hotel is in very convenient location, modern, very clean, breakfast was super. But I would like to highlight the great stuff hotel has. We experienced the Spanish blackout there and couldn't leave as our car was blocked in the garage, they were super nice, took care about us, provided amazing hospitality and made our stay from disaster to very pleasant day. Thanks to all for such great treatment and kindness. I strongly recommend this hotel, they are truly focused on customers and their experience there.

Great hotel, which is very smart. It is a short (few hundred metres) walk from the hotel into the historic centre of the city. Easy to find when driving and has good underground garage parking via a car lift. The car park has 7kW EV charge points operated by Electromaps. To use them you need the Electromaps App and to register and add a Debit card for payment. We stayed in a suite which was super spacious and very comfortable.

I chose MyPalace León literally on the night of my arrival ;), it was easy to find and "just" inside the old city wall. Bunches of coffee shops/bars, restaurants and shopping steps away. I found the people of León to be warm, friendly, good service and helpful in allowing me to practice my crappy Spanish ;). Whilst in León, I discovered it's one of the prime jumping off points to do the Camino de Santiago so... after a brief visit to Gijón and Oviedo (loved Oviedo!),and some practice bike rides, I came back to León, stayed at MyPalace a second time, picked up a rental bike (yes, I chose an e-bike because eeees are good for climbing (so long as you don't run out of eeees, then the bike becomes a literal tank) !), asked the staff to forward my bag to Santiago de Compostela and off I went!

Nothing not to like, wonderful rooms and wonderful stays. Repeating what I said above, I left León briefly and returned and it was an easy decision to stay at MyPalace again, even though there were other choices that looked fab.

The bed was big and comfortable. The cleanses and the friendly staff.

Domotic is a big selling point and probably increasing price but a bit useless on daily situations. A bit of a down that you can't chill watching Netflix - or other platforms that aren't general Spanish TV-after a day busking in the city. Another little down is that the empty cups or water bottles they provide you aren't removed, once used, after two days.
