The room was small but very comfortable. I could see the cathedral from my bed which was beautiful and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I booked a shiatsu massage but on the day I was informed that the person who gives this one was unavailable. I was happy to go with someone else and get a different massage, however, I felt uncomfortable with this person from the start and it’s the only reason my stay isn’t getting 10/10. I ended up cancelling my massage, and I’m so glad because there’s no was I would’ve been able to relax with this person, who did not seem interested at all in giving anyone a massage or even hearing me finish 1 sentence. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it shocked me nonetheless and it was very different from my previous experiences with masseuse professionals.

Location: The location could not be better! It's just behind the Cathedral in a lovely area. There's plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The room: I had a small room with a balcony. The balcony looked out onto the Cathedral. The room is basic but is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and provided with shower gel / shampoo / soap. Warning: the shower tray design is at a slight slope with little grip. The facilities: There's a spa in the basement with treatment rooms , sauna and a hydro pool. I didn't use the spa. There's also a cafe on the ground floor which was always busy and seemed popular. Overall I would stay here again. The location was the best thing about my stay. .

Negative points: The shower could be dangerous for anyone unsteady on their feet. The woman at check out was quite rude and not interested in her guests . Shame because the girl that checked me in was lovely

The hotel was a nice boutique style in the centre of Leon very well situated for the cathedral and Gaudi museum and close to the Camino. It had a nice cafeteria attached. However the standout feature was the basement spa and massage centre. I was able to book an hour's massage for later that evening which got rid of all my muscle aches and stiffness and set me up for a long walk on the Camino the next day. To have such a service available in a small and relatively inexpensive hotel on the Camino is genius!

It was all fine

Our room was not so big, ane therefore staying there was not necessarily super-good. But, there is an overwhelming value with this hotel. It's their spa. Our stay was at the night when an extraordinary cold air came down in Nov. But, we could have a very warm sleep thanks to the spa and its nice Japanese chief, Hikaru. Thank you so much, Hikaru!

A very narrow underground parking. But, much better than public parking.

The room was great. There were a few minor flaws (I couldn’t get the ac to work, leaky shower head, hair dryer smelled like it was burning) but the room was nice, it was so quiet (a huge plus for me) you would never believe it was right next to the busiest section of town. The restaurant was great and open all the time, again a huge plus for Camino walkers and those who do not siesta or stay up late. It was a welcome, enjoyable relief to a busy traveling schedule. Muy bueno!

Leon is a city that I loved entirely, especially because it is very convenient to visit for a night or two and relax here in this hotel before continuing to travel or after having traveled in other places. You must book an appointment for the use of the Spa beforehand. The room was beautiful, it has everything you need and a little more. I would definitely come back to Leon to stay here again! The staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and very comfortable. The best experience in this region of Spain.

I can say nothing negative. I am very happy with my experience in this hotel!

A beautiful building, very nice staff, and cozy room with a good price.

i don’t think they should charge guests every time they want to use the spa. I would like to use it for shorter periods and I only want to go into the sauna and not into the pool. I think it should be free with your stay at the hotel or $20 and you can go as often as you like. I used it 5 times because I had a torn muscle in my leg. I did not like that I had to pay $15 each time. When they advertise the hotel it looks like the spa is included with your stay. It doesn’t feel generous. They need to change the pay structure. I suggest charging people who are coming only for the spa and providing it for free to people paying for the rooms.

Located so close to the Cathedral and Main Square . The room was a little small - but adequate for a solo traveller. The highlight was the spa. Well appointed with bathrobes and towels. The Spa area was large with a sauna and steam room too. Good value for an hour and a half use . I also used the massage facility which was one of the best massages Ive had in a long time.

Very comfortable and clean room with a beautiful view of the cathedral. I also enjoyed the sauna and massage baths very much and the breakfast was great!

I think they could have included the sauna in the price for guests. Or at least made it a bit cheaper. I think 15euros for 90min is a bit stiff when you are already a guest there.

Absolutely fantastic staff that were incredibly helpful, we were able to park our motorcycles in a secure adjacent garage. Hotel reception lady spoke excellent English and provided us with a detailed map of the best things to see in the city as well as a recommendation for a restaurant for supper. Our room overlooking the cathedral was immaculate, very spacious and was very quiet at night time.

Absolutely nothing, it was a perfect stay and incredibly good value for money.
