I love everything about this hotel. The location is exceptional - on a quiet street directly behind the Cathedral. This is my third stay. I had a beautiful queen room with dual aspect windows this time and beautiful views of the Cathedral. The restaurant is popular with locals, the food is so good with good prices. It’s always packed. Excellent service. Excellent spa and thermal pools.

I stayed two nights and unfortunately on my second day housekeeping took down the curtains to wash them, unbeknownst to me. Then they had an issue with their dryer and they had to rehang the drapes while they were still soaking wet so they dripped water all over the floor and I had to use my towels to mop up the rivers of water. At night it was extremely humid in the room, the sheets were damp and my clothes in the closet were damp with humidity the next morning. Just poor timing and of course the dryer was beyond their control. Housekeeping is excellent but I think it would have been a better choice to do that deep cleaning of drapes when the room is empty, not when a guest is staying there. Even so, I will definitely be going back. This is the best hotel in Leon, in my opinion.

The hotel is very well situated. Touching distance to the cathedral. Staff welcomed us politely and we got to our room easily. Room is enough in the city, mostly clean and functional. Bed and pillows very comfy and AC very good. Normal city noise, was super quiet from 12 to 6:30 then deliveries started at the near by emergency room. Slept with balcony door open until 6:45 which was acceptable.

Walls need a lick of paint and maybe shower tray replaced as they are difficult for people with poor mobility to stand on. Poor sound insulation between rooms but people respected quiet hours.

The location is perfect - right in the centre of the old town with the Cathedral mere steps away. It is very quiet as the roads have been closed off for most traffic. Having a cafe/bar downstairs is very convenient and breakfast was included in the price. The staff were amazing especially Christian who appeared to be running everything from reception to clearing plates and serving food at a crazy pace ! Sonya was very helpful and kind as were all the staff I encountered.

No fridge in the room. Air conditioning was very cold.

The room was small but very comfortable. I could see the cathedral from my bed which was beautiful and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I booked a shiatsu massage but on the day I was informed that the person who gives this one was unavailable. I was happy to go with someone else and get a different massage, however, I felt uncomfortable with this person from the start and it’s the only reason my stay isn’t getting 10/10. I ended up cancelling my massage, and I’m so glad because there’s no was I would’ve been able to relax with this person, who did not seem interested at all in giving anyone a massage or even hearing me finish 1 sentence. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it shocked me nonetheless and it was very different from my previous experiences with masseuse professionals.

Location: The location could not be better! It's just behind the Cathedral in a lovely area. There's plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The room: I had a small room with a balcony. The balcony looked out onto the Cathedral. The room is basic but is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and provided with shower gel / shampoo / soap. Warning: the shower tray design is at a slight slope with little grip. The facilities: There's a spa in the basement with treatment rooms , sauna and a hydro pool. I didn't use the spa. There's also a cafe on the ground floor which was always busy and seemed popular. Overall I would stay here again. The location was the best thing about my stay. .

Negative points: The shower could be dangerous for anyone unsteady on their feet. The woman at check out was quite rude and not interested in her guests . Shame because the girl that checked me in was lovely

The hotel was a nice boutique style in the centre of Leon very well situated for the cathedral and Gaudi museum and close to the Camino. It had a nice cafeteria attached. However the standout feature was the basement spa and massage centre. I was able to book an hour's massage for later that evening which got rid of all my muscle aches and stiffness and set me up for a long walk on the Camino the next day. To have such a service available in a small and relatively inexpensive hotel on the Camino is genius!

It was all fine

Our room was not so big, ane therefore staying there was not necessarily super-good. But, there is an overwhelming value with this hotel. It's their spa. Our stay was at the night when an extraordinary cold air came down in Nov. But, we could have a very warm sleep thanks to the spa and its nice Japanese chief, Hikaru. Thank you so much, Hikaru!

A very narrow underground parking. But, much better than public parking.

The room was great. There were a few minor flaws (I couldn’t get the ac to work, leaky shower head, hair dryer smelled like it was burning) but the room was nice, it was so quiet (a huge plus for me) you would never believe it was right next to the busiest section of town. The restaurant was great and open all the time, again a huge plus for Camino walkers and those who do not siesta or stay up late. It was a welcome, enjoyable relief to a busy traveling schedule. Muy bueno!

I loved the grest view of the Cathedral and very centrsl. Breakfast was good. tge hotel was very clean and they were accommodating.

The single bed was very narrow and the base seemed to narrow for the mattress. Every time you turned the mattress moved so that and was a few inches off the base when I got up.

Located in the centre of the city by the cathedral. Friendly helpful staff. Room was quite small but comfortable for our needs. We were right above the cafe but that did not disturb. Had breakfast in the cafe which was good quality and inexpensive. It provided a great base for our rest day on the Camino
