The location is close to main historical attractions and can be easily reached by car. This hotel has private secure parking. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was very clean and well maintained. It even had a "chess corner" for people who like playing chess. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Having a tea kettle in the room would be a great plus. The majority of hotels in Spain where we stayed provided this small but quite useful appliance

The crisp clean room and hotel layout. The breakfast was complete and buffet style. Good products and ample selection. The beds are glorious and bathrooms sparkle . The rooms are quiet modern and clean. Love the thick carpet all over!

It is a peripheral neighbourhood of appartment blocks. There is street parking possible but being in direct competition with local residents makes it quite a roulette to find an adequate spot. But there is a paid hotel parking which ever more people REFUSE to pay for. Parking is a self-evident integral part of any hotel but commercial americanisms have cut up all different services into " paid options".

Located conveniently for travelers with car. Reception Desk very friendly and helpful. Room size was large and bed was large and comfortable/firm mattress.

Too busy with bus tour groups, thus poor/basic quick breakfast options available (most breads not fresh, coffee options weak); no basic items in room like a clock, air-conditioning controlled by front desk?? (we were on the sun-facing room and it was hot even with window slightly open); a night light in bathroom would be helpful at night.

The private car park was very good with good wide parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding places to visit and eat. The main town centre and cathedral were a 15 minute walk away.

The 'air conditioning' was inadequate. The outside temperature was 34C when we arrived and the room temperature never seemed to drop below 25C even with the fan at maximum and the temperature set as low as possible!

Staff was very helpful in providing detailed directions to the centre of town including what to see and where to go. We especially enjoyed the explanation about the restaurant scenery of Leon and the nicest streets for a bistro visit, we followed the suggestion they gave us at the hotel and were not disappointed. In the evening one can really rest because of the calm prime location of the hotel.

Very clean and convenient location . Comfortable bed and generous sized room. Beautiful bathroom facilities. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent.

Our room was very warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The refrigerator made a rattling sound through the night. Both the temperature and the refrigerator sound kept us awake.

Staff was friendly, the room spacious the beds comfortable. Very nice continental breakfast. It had parking in a garage in the hotel which was really good because we had motorcycles . Although it was away from the centre a taxi only costs 4-6 euros. The city centre is beautiful with lots of atmosphere and great places to eat.

The heating in the room wasnt working but the lady immediately assignes us another room.Very helpful and feiendly.

Mostly everything, the staff were really nice and the hotel is good value for money.

Our room was often too hot, and the a/c was pretty ineffective. This spoilt our sleep, which means I've marked down the hotel.

The hotel is good, with private garage and very good breakfast. The location is also great: 15 minutes walk from the downtown and 20 minutes walk from the largest mall.
