Location was excellent

The blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work but I had my own. The furniture was too big for the room, the floor squeaked, the guest above walked like an elephant after midnight hours and I had to get up early in the morning to travel. I thought Spain had hours of silence between 22:00 and 8:00 as posted in many places, there should be a sign and Guests in upper floors need to be aware of the heavy walking or talking loudly in late hours. No respect for others and not made aware at the front desk. I have a small pet that is quiet and clean and was read the riot act when I arrived, but he was better behaved then some of the guests.

Check in was a breeze. The recep was very helpful with my questions. My reservation didnt include breakfast so she offered it to me when I checked in. The hotel is wonderful! I stayed on the top floor, which was quiet, and the floor hall was so lovely. There's an elevator and stairwell. Location was excellent!!! It's so near many restaurants and cafes, and the Cathedral, and just about everything. Very central. My room was comfy. A bit outdated, but comfortable. Breakfast was okay. It got me thru the day. The breakfast lady was so nice. I would stay here again.

We were cycling the Camino and arrived with 2 very dirty electric bikes. We were offered the chance to put them in our rooms but unfortunately couldn't fit either in the lift so we used the bike storage. Even though reception isn't really manned then a member of staff gave us access to the bikes at 7.30am. very helpful. The building is full of character and the room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom.

In a perfect world we would have retrieved the bikes for a 7am start

VERY GOOD STAY IN THE CENTER OF LEON. LOTS OF NIGHTLIFE CLOSEBY! The building is historical and beautiful.

You have to be aware that it is a haunted house!!!! So you may be visited by some spirits in the night (which I like personally) but you have to be cool with it. Also be aware that there is no AC!

Great location. Beautiful old building, tastefully decorated to reflect the period. Super single room at a great price for a room in the city’s old part. Close to shops, bars etc. a properly gem. Staff were very friendly and professional, rooms well appointed, a lift was a bonus. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were lovely too. Very pleased and will definitely return.

It is located in the heart of downtown Leon, very very convenient, to go to the attractions in town. Full of restaurants and shops around. Although it was in a off-peak season, some restaurants maybe closed. The room I stayed at the 3rd floor even has a sky light . Although the building is old, it is equipped with an elevator.

We could take our dog with us. I requested a cot and it was installed already before arrival. The hotel had an elevator which was also lovely, especially when having a pram. The rooms were clean, very beautifully decorated and big.

The street is quite noisy, with people being out at all hours but we were in the centre in the most busy street so I wouldn't even call this a negative.

great location, center of old town.

Hotel situated in the Lovely old town. We stayed two nights however the customers who stayed this hotel, came back very late ( 1 am -4 am) and they spoke laud voice in the hall way, so easily can hear their conversation and disturbing our sleep. Even they had great time for drinking or so, it is still hotel, not their own home. I reported this issue, the hotel stuff respond was nothing they can do. I need to quiet during sleeping hours, I would not come back this hotel.

Beautiful, atmospheric building, like stepping into the past - in a good way! The staff were always helpful and polite. We were vey satisfied with the comfort of the room. The location was brilliant, quiet enough but so close to Leon's best bits!

The breakfasts were enjoyable as they had quality ingredients and the breakfast room itself was great. However, the range of food was slightly limited and, crucially I think, it was the same on all four mornings.

The location was excellent for exploring the older areas of the city, including the cathedral area. Easy access to restaurants, cafes and bars. Close to a wide variety of shops and stores.

It would have been nice to have a few hot food items included with breakfast.
