Very modern and quite upmarket apartment, with great keypad system to get in and a lift to the upper floors. Very clean and was serviced and cleaned whilst we stayed. Comfy bed, spacious, two TVs with all the channels. Washing machine and good coffee machine. Very central location, very close to Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, all the restaurants, tapas and bars (which open very late at night). Although there is no one to check you in, the online guidance and emails and follow ups were all excellent and made the whole experience very non stressful. This included recommendation of a suitable nearby public car park to use (20 Euro/day). City is buzzing in the evening, great place to visit.

Booking.com views and pictures implied a full terrace but really there isn't one, just a small step/balcony outside each window. As noted by another reviewer as the air con works through cooling the floor it takes a while to get cool and if you need to open the windows it's very noisy outside until past 3.00AM (note however that the soundproofing in the windows is amazing and you can't hear a thing otherwise!!). Although there is a washer the apartment isn't massively well equipped (e.g. there wasn't an airer or iron).

a super modern, sleek and comfortable apartment with luxury touches! loved the Hermes amenities in bathroom, great shower and lovely towels & bathrobe.. best we’ve ever had!! close to cathedral and super easy to access all areas of old town León. fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, the vertuo kind which is superior. A great apartment for anyone wanting to bring home food to cook! will absolutely book again next time I visit!

Ovetall it was faultless… however, I couldn’t find a kettle or toaster… but was able to heat water quickly on induction stove top. I assumed it was an oven ( could have been a microwave) but instructions on how to use might have been useful.

Our hosts were fantastic and very friendly. The design and quality was just above and beyond my expectation. Super clean and well equipped. Despite it is located in the heart of the city it was still quiet and peaceful.

only discovered process to get virtual keys upon arrival, and spent 15 min in the street, out of hotel, to get them. Personnel on the phone was very helpful, but still something to streamline. be even more clear upfront, so hotel ensures clients get this done before arrival.

Entrance was hard to find. Street was very, very loud outside the window throughout the night. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great location. Super comfortable apartment.

Had trouble with online check-in and entry. No detergent for washing machine. Couldn't work the coffee machine. Photos show balcony with loungers and view of cathedral, but this is not the case.

Brand new, modern apartment and very friendly hosts. Can only recommend and I know where I will be staying if we come back to León.
