The location is ideal for local restaurants and within walking distance of the beaches. Parking though 15 euros a night is a bonus in the holiday period. The pool area, managed by the lifeguard, is a good size with plenty of sunbeds.The hotel staff are very helpful and amiable. As a 3 star hotel, it is comfortable and represents good value.

It is not a large hotel, so the variety of food on the breakfast and evening buffet is limited though adequate. However, this is not a major issue because of the proximity of so many decent restaurants and tapas bars.

This hotel was a hidden gem. We had a large, very comfortable sea view room with a very large balcony, and purchased the breakfast as well, and it was honestly one of the best values I have ever received in a hotel. The room was large, recently remodeled, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and every morning and evening we went for walks along the sea wall to enjoy the location. All of the staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has an optional buffet dinner, and the smell (particularly of fish) from the dinner came up the stairwell and was omnipresent during the evenings. If possible, it would be nice to close the door to the stairwell in the evenings to prevent that from happening.

I liked everything, very friendly staff, perfect breakfasts and dinners for this price. First line, but 10 minutes walk to the beach. Uncrowded pool.

Overall very clean, daily cleaning. But I didn't really like the towels. They are clean, but gray and not new. There is a little mold in the corner of the shower. And the balcony was really lacking a dryer for towels and swimsuits. These comments are easy to fix and then everything will be perfect.

Great seafront property located midway on the paseo maritimo. Large and comfortable room and balcony with outstanding views of the Mediterranean and the city. Great location only few minutes walk from the old town. Well designed bathroom with ample space. Practical wardrobe space. Nice buffet breakfast with ample selection. Large, secured parking space at Euro 12 per day.

The air conditioning in the room was inefficient and did not cool sufficiently. The 2 small elevators looked in need of upgrading. The front desk employees, although friendly, did not have much knowledge of the area.

£12 per night to park was very expensive and not really flagged up prior to arrival. Buffet was ok but the food was cold .Dining room had no atmosphere or character no candles,pictures or subdued lighting .Bar had lovely lamps but also very bright lights which were not needed. Could do with upgrading lifts .

The location of the hotel is a major draw. We have visited the hotel a few times and have always found it clean and comfortable. The pool area and cafe facilities are very good. The staff a very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Overall the hotel met our needs to a high degree. The minor issue we had was with the breakfast. The range and quality of what was on offer was very good but, the hot food could have been served a bit hotter.

The staff were great! And the beds were comfortable and showers were very nice. It's a good location for going to lots of different places. The staff are definitely the best part. Very hardworking and approachable.

The pool closed at 6 pm (this vould have been as it was low season). The aircon is either heat or cool for the whole hotel, so we were unable to put the cool on, and our room was sitting at 26 degrees most nights. We didn't get our sheets changed even though we were there for 7 nights.

We thought parking was included but had to pay extra. Drinks took a while after ordering and there could be a coffee machine downstairs as we had paid for breakfast on the 2nd day but had to leave early for a snorkeling trip so à coffee would have been great

Very spacious room with comfortable beds, a nice modern bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. The pool is a great size and there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Fantastic location on the seafront, a short walk from both the old town and Riells. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, even though it was more about quantity than quality.

Personally I would have been happy with less variety but higher quality produce at breakfast (plasticky cheese, generic sticky pastries, watery machine coffee...) It was fine to fill up on, but after the first day I skipped it and went out for breakfast instead.
