It was the second time here for us. Very clean and great location. Communication is fast and friendly.

The only minus as sceptic scandinavian was having to send my credit card information and pictures of passports by email since we booked from booking.com. If there would be some solution for this, I would feel more confortable.

very clean apartment and fresh renovated/built ,nice design ,comfortable beds, equipped kitchen , good air conditioning. The property is located near to city center, near to beach , supermarket, pharmacy and many other shops are close to it. There is not any reception in the property but the personal are on phone and you can communicate very easy with them via phone, WhatsApp and mail. I recommend this apartment 👍

parking is not close to the building, around 250 meters away but I think that it is not problem and I can tell that I liked everything in this property!

Excellent all round

Tricky getting code to access as booked same day, an hour before arrival. Had to ask a neighbour to phone the manager for us, as phones and messages were not being returned! However it didn’t affect our stay. It’s a superb spot.

Excellent location. Very stylish. Comfortable bed, clean linen. Well equipped kitchen with full oven. Excellent shower. No noise from other guests.

No microwave or washing up materials. Cleaner did not wash up dishes or clean wash basin. Nowhere to hang hand towel by basin. Very small bath towel. Very mean hospitality tray: 3 sachets of cheap coffee, 1 tea bag, no milk or sugar or biscuits. Coffee machine in foyer at extra charge, again no milk or sugar. Even though we asked for milk and sugar, the cleaner did not supply them. Sheet only provided. In bad weather it gets cold and there should be some blankets/duvets offered. Only fresh air was by opening patio door onto public access. There was noise of a generator somewhere. Las Muscleres room was listed as accessible but access from main street door in by two steps with no handrail. Did not like complete anonymity. Not good value for price paid in September.

the self checkin was amazing and very well provided! The room is very spacious and the facilities are amazing (i.e. big shower, broad airco system options, big kitchen, nice lighting). the room was cleaned every morning and the sustainable idea to reuse towels is great! furthermore, the location was just perfect in the old city center

the beds were apart so they could easily move away from each other which was not nice if you want to cuddle your partner. furthermore we were missing things to hang your towel so it could dry. and maybe an extra warm blanket in a closet would be nice if it gets cold during the night.

The second bed was quite uncomfortable. No staff at all onsite which means the only interactions you have are for check-in/out. Feels very transactional

Well appointed, self-contained apartment in a great location in the old part of L'Escala. Apartment consisted of double bedroom, good size bathroom with large walk-in shower, kitchenette, dining area and seating area. Very comfortable. We were able to cook ourselves a meal on our first night which was nice after a long journey. L' Escala is a pretty town with lots of great restaurants and bars, all of which were not far from our apartment. The walk to Empuries is manageable and pedestrianised and the visit to the Greek and Roman ruins very interesting.

Nothing to dislike. Loved every bit of our stay.

We liked the helpful contact with Nuria, who sorted alternative parking for us, (due to an error with the prior booking via booking.com) The studio was very clean, comfortable and quiet and in a perfect location for our couple of nights in LEscala.

Not used to having no human face to face contact at check-in so key-code entrance everywhere was a new and strange experience - not really a dislike though as it all worked. The air conditioning was not the easiest to adjust. A few simple instructions would have helped.

It was exceptionally clean. Ideally located. Very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of facilities.
