The hotel is very nice. The reception is welcoming and breakfast was very good and especially the people of the restaurant were very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were big enough and it was very close to the beach and above the vibrant shopping center (but still ther rooms were quiet). Every room also has a nice porch. Our room faced the shopping center other rooms face the pool. Both are good.

The room was not clean enough and noticable dust was in several places. Also, they did not aranged on a daily basis so for example there were days that the trush can was full and no toilet paper since it was not refilled

It’s been over 25 years since we stayed at this hotel & obviously it’s changed . It’s a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in L’Estartit . Our room was on the 3rd floor small but with a decent balcony & great bathroom . Excellent quality bedding & furnishings , lovely big Tv . We had such a lovely stay . The pool area is fantastic & breakfast was top quality . The staff in my opinion were superb from reception , to breakfast room , to cleaning . What a great team . We would have stayed for another week if we could it was so relaxing & comfortable . We love the decor , well done to all involved in the design & management of this hotel .

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing! The hotel location is perfect in the center of town, on the main walking street, and just minutes away from both the port and the beach.

The light in the room in the area just outside the bathroom is controlled by a motion sensor and there was no way to keep it permanently off without turning off the power for the entire room. This was a bit annoying as it turns on when going to the bathroom at night, and when you're back in bed you have to wait for it to turn off.

Everything was perfect, location, staff extremely nice and friendly, breakfast was great, room fab, and despite being on level 1,so surprised to have the market on the Thursday when we opened the windows, as had heard no noise....the view of the church square was excellent, ,swimming pool area despite being near the shopping street felt very secluded ,definatly a hotel to come back to!!!

Only one thing, we found it very hard to find the hotel, didnt see any signs for it, had a photo on google maps, as we dont have GPS, and we spent almost 1 hour going round the streets, trying to see how to park at the plaza de Iglesia, which after driving 1hr 30 to get there and in heat of 37° to find it and asking 4 people....ended up asking in a restaurant, who told us to park in front of the bank ..... So yep sorry that is the only thing

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the rooms are very modern. The soundproofing of the rooms is excellent for light sleepers, though our room was by the elevators and you could hear them. The AC did make some gurgling noises now and then but I belive that is normal whenever it is cooling down more the air.

I believe the cleaning staff had not vacuumed the floors as we had eaten some cookies the prior evening and the crumbs were still on the floor. There were also still crumbs on the table, however everything else does seem to have been whiped down. As we did leave the room a bit late this might have been our fault as well though, so all in all it was ok.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and so clean. We were travelling as a group for a birthday getaway and I had contacted the hotel (very last minute) to ask if they could possibly put up a few decorations/balloons however when we arrived we were met at reception with 2 bottles of Cava on Ice and a delicious fruit platter (which was much needed after early morning travelling) and we were allocated lovely rooms beside each other overlooking the square with its beautiful church where we could hear the bells ringing at tmidday and were even treated to the sounds of a choir rehearsal one evening. The staff were most pleasant and helpful with any of the questions we had - especially Georgina who was on reception during the night- she even helped with a special request for one of the local bars ;-) We had been a little apprehensive regarding our stay as the website only stated there was a food truck on site however there was a full bar and we had the most delicious tapas there! There is an option to hire a towel from reception for €10 which you receive back when you return. All in all was a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

Slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but not enough to warrant complaining about - just open the windows.

Really comfortable bed and spacious enough room. The space outside is lovely to spend time in resting after some diving. And the staff are all very nice and helpful

The only downside was the bright green light of the exit sign in our room that disturbed our sleep a bit. Not sure if there is one of those in every room or just one in ours after a previous layout before the hotel was updated.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the town and 5 min walk from the harbour. The rooms are clean, with a beautiful bathroom and I had a view on the pool and patio area, with a terrace and chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpfull also with parking and finding restaurants. Special thx to Pau and David for helping me out and being so kind.

Nothing at all

The hotel has undergone a big refurbishment. The breakfast was excellent and a good choice The room was brand new and very clean and comfortable. New terraces and dining room. The location is very central and the staff very excellent especially gema and David

No USB charging sockets in the bedroom No tea making facilities in the room or even hiring them. I felt 7 euro for 2 coke cola was too pricey so didn't buy any drinks on their terrace. Also a bottle of water per day should have been provided for guests.

The pool was great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating! Great location near port and shops!

The extra bed in the triple room was a converted couch, which is not long enough for a child who is bigger than 150 cm (your feet rest on the arm rest), but this was a minor issue
