Clean appartement, which includes everything you need. Location is great, 150 meters from the beach. Friendly staff. The pool is fine, with enough beds next to it.

Free parking possibilities around the appartements are limited. The beach parking (at approx 200 meters from the location) has enough space, but after a couple of (windy) days, the car then needs a sincere cleaning due to all the sand. Parking within the dedicated parking lot of appartements is relatively expensive (15 euro per day)

Great communication from the hotel before we arrived about how to access the room as we were arriving late, the keys etc were where they should have been and getting to the room was very easy. Check in the following morning was quick and easy and the reception staff were really pleasant to deal with throughout the stay.

Pool was a little cold and there was a lot of dirt in the bottom but the beach was just around the corner and we went there every day.

We came later in the evening. I have called a number left on the door outside the reception. Immediately someone gave us a code to pick up our apartment key and the code from the front door reception code to come in. We loved the place. The apartment was very comfortable. Wonderful bed and air conditioning. The swimming pool was very clean and we could walk to the beach. Our dog could be left alone at the apartment when needed the staff were very polite and sweet with our dog too. I highly recommend it.

The bathroom could be bigger. It was very small.

Had an issue in over in vilanova so booked this late and was still able to book in at around 10pm with no problems just had to call a number at reception and got the keys via a lock box but relatively easy to do.Clean pleasant rooms,quiet location.Really Close to the beach

Tv channels all in French,no English subtitles available which would have been handy for those in-between pool and beach times to entertain the kids for 5 mins as it had films showing.

Super location right next to the town and beaches. Great for the dogs too.

Very expensive at €12 per night per dog. We have two so an additional €24 per night. Totally understand it's pur choice to bring the dogs bit as a pet friendly hotel, this is a very expensive option.

The room was large and comfortable, kitchen quite basic but with everything that is needed for a short stay, and the bed very very comfortable!

Some appliances of the room were quite old and/or needed maintenance; for example, the hanger in the bathroom fell on the floor as soon as I tried to hang my towel; the reading light of the bedroom was not working; and the bed linen had some stains. Also, I would recommend sending the instructions for access by email/message instead of asking to call after booking.

New, fresh, modern, cozy, had a Nespresso coffee machines and a nice balcony

Bad customer service. We originally booked a arge apartment but at the check in we got 2 small rooms instead and the person at the reception desk did not speak any English. Seems like they really don’t care about what you booked exactly and just put you in whatever room is available. That was super annoying. I complained but I Also don’t think they cared. They didn’t even bother to explain why we couldn’t get the room we originally paid for

Love Pierre Vacancies. Second time staying in L’Estartit. Was not aware it was a “chain” hotel and will definitely check out other locations. Great kitchens!

Laundry facilities on site would have been perfect! Parking could be an issue?

We just stayed for one night during a roadtrip. It was most certainly great value for the money and the location was very nice. The apartment was great and we had everything we needed.

Before we checked out we started the dishwasher but we had to take the keycard to return it which stopped the electricity. That was a little unfortunate/ not well set up.

clean modern nice apartment, bed are super comfortable, AC, terrace, 2 pools, super!

nothing all is great! only « superficial » feedback would be to add an individual AC in the bedrooms for groups to have more intimacy and be able to have fresh air and close the bedroom door.
