The location is great for hikers on the GR92. It is directly on the route, there is a grocery store across the street. It was still too cold to want to swim but the outdoor pool and jacuzzi looked nice. Room was clean, wonderful hot shower and beautiful view of the town and the valley ahead.

I find I prefer a place with a reception rather than all virtual. The check-in process was problematic because my email wasn't working properly and we were told the reservation would be canceled if we couldn't complete the process via email. The woman at customer service was patient and we did find a way through, but it took more of my walking time than I'd have preferred.

It's a second time we stayed at this hotel while hiking GR-92 route. 3 years ago we had an outdated room without airco and had to pick up the key at another hotel, but this time we had a nice renovated room with airco and new bathroom. Online check in was very convenient, also we really liked no key access (just enter the code you have received). Downstairs there is a microwave for guests use.

No kettle.

The price was good

They did not sent the keys email to get into the property and didn’t contact me that the reason was because was missing the 1,27€ city tax. Also, there we people partying on the room next to was and is was so nosy. Also there was no security staff, so no one could ask to be less noisy

Great location, super comfortable and clean room. Nice balcony as an unexpected perk. I only stayed 1 night and was more than good for that. Will recommend!

Had a great experience all in all, only detail was having some troubles finding the entrance to the hotel. It is a bit hidden on one exit of the roundabout.

It was clean and the bathroom exceeded our expectations. The remote checkin was a little extra but worked seemlessly once we got there. Located with quick access to the main streets of town.

The lobby area left a little to be desired but not really a factor for us.

Great location, secure, and comfortable. Love the balcony too. Footsteps to a great bakery, supermarket and old town. Good value.

Register system was wonky. Kept getting error messages and it didn’t work. Was finally able to register through What’s App.

It was very clean and comfortable! The bathroom was a good size and had nice toiletries. The deck was great and even had a table and chairs that we used for dinner. The virtual check-in worked perfectly and was easy, even after a long day of hiking!

Good for the price. Room, pool, terrace, parking.. there is a restaurant cafe next door, what else do you need?

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Location and the bathroom

We were not able to swim at the pool even at the opening times. We were there at 10AM but we had to wait 30’ for the staff to clean the pool

Not very friendly regarding the tech items like access codes but once it was understood everything went fine
