Food was great, room was spacious and had good facilities, staff were friendly. was staying at another hotel the previous day which was not meeting our expectations at all, booked this last minute to get out of the hell hole we were in and were so surprised to see how nice this place was. Glad we made the change just regret not booking here in the first place.

Air con in the room didn't work.

Nice hotel, big hall, big room. Price more than correct and kind staff who thinks of deleting the tax (written for 2 adults + 1 kid whereas it was 1 adult + 2 kids)

The noise made by the guests in front of the elevator. Everyone speak loudly and the noise arrive easily in the bedroom. Certainly the people are not aware of it… Maybe a billboard asking to the people to stay quiet in front of the elevator would be nice… The acces to the Spa (only after 11am).

Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. It was early season and so we did not use the pool facilities, but the indoor one looked very nice. Check-in and Check-out went very smoothly and we did not have any problems.

When leaving there was quite a bit of congestion in the lifts.
