Location, beach club, decor , clean.

Breakfast, porridge you made yourself with oats & warm milk, but couldn’t cook them!! 😧 compared to other hotels not a great choice & as the buffet is in such a small area , gets very crowded 🤔it would be great if they had a non smoking area around pool & rooms so you don’t get smoke wafting over sunbed or balcony 😩

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed .Great from start till the end. Super quick check in/ out. Right next to the sea. Amazing quick and kind staff speaking good English. Room with amazing view and spotless clean . We were treated with bottle of wine and treats . Comfortable big bed. Free access to beach bar and pool area with super comfortable chairs and beautiful trees and overall ambiance. BREAKFAST was phenomenal with live making eggs and omelets. We wish we could stay more. Just be mindful hairdryer is a bit small and stopped working one day but they brought us a big one which worked perfectly. We had access to the VIP lounge with free access for food and drinks which was super convenient and relaxing . Should have been 5* !!

Location is right on the Paseo, and few minutes walk to the boardwalk. Very easy to enjoy Marbella! The rooftop bar is a MUST SEE!!! Amazing sea views and live music. So romantic and relaxing. Gorgeous decor, breakfast view stunning, very zen vibe for relaxing at an adults only hotel. Small, boutique hotel felt cozy and quiet. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful- especially Diego. He helped me resolve an issue with professionalism and calm. The hotel also sent us a bottle of cava to the room which was a very nice touch!

Rooms are quite small we had the “I was here” room. For the price of the hotel, I would’ve expected a little bit more space. Also, on the beach everyday there is a very loud DJ playing music. I love music and vibe however when trying to relax/doze off it can be a challenge. Also the beach is not private so lots of locals come and setup their umbrellas and families right in front of the beach lounge chairs.

I had a solo trip to this hotel for a much needed rest and relaxation (I had friends staying nearby). The hotel exceeded my expectations - the staff were all lovely and helpful. The facilities excellent - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the private beach lovely. Dinner on the beach was a real highlight. Location was perfect too. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel was expensive and over my usual budget and so I would look to book not in such high season next time. But it was a very enjoyable stay and so worth it on this occassion.

Location couldn’t be better or more central. Breakfast set up was perfect, consistently great each morning. No shortage of beds at the pool & the table side service buttons were super efficient. Rooftop was gorgeous, a really great vibe. Staff throughout the hotel were fabulous, so accommodating. Overall a genuinely quiet and relaxing atmosphere everywhere.

Pool water was very cold. Elevator wait time was quite long also but understandably can’t be helped. Dinner in the restaurant was not great, for the two of us to dine - a starter, main, no dessert, a water and a cocktail came to about €120. Far cheaper & better meal alternatives along the water. I personally think approximately €400 a night is quite pricey considering it’s 4 star.

Everything was excellent

Small things, like the shower close to the pool was making noise, they didnt fix it even i let them know, small reparation on the pool edge the water evacuation grill was broken, the maintenance guy came to fix it, but the reparation didnt last 1 day. Things that i cant blame the hotel, like a crowd of british hoolingans was very noisy by the pool, also our arabs neighbor were fighting were speaking verey very load listen the music at tge max at 6 am

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is excellent with an enormous choice of hot, cold, cereals, bakery, eggs, pastries ..... The location is great, moments from the old town and a lovely seafront spot with a lovely promenade. The beds by the pool are really luxurious (but a little close together)

Although they advertise air conditioning, this doesn't function until April. We were there 3rd week in March and the first room we were given was 24 degrees. We were then offered another room that was 25 degrees. In fact all the rooms were way too hot. We had to keep the balcony door open whenever we were in the room. I actually quite liked sleeping to the sound of the waves. Had we known there was no air conditioning, I'm not sure we would have booked the hotel. However they did upgrade us and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine.

Breakfast is excellent: quality food and a wide range of hot and cold options, sweet and healthy... Fresh juice every day. The building is nicely decorated with art objects. The room is comfortable, with a good bed, decent bathroom, fresh towels every day, coffee and water provided every day. The staff is skilled and very friendly. We particularly appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Inma, out waitress at the restaurant in the evenings.

Only 1 thing. We had the dinners included, which was great. But we couldn't get smaller portions, even if we were sure we wouldn't be able to eat everything (the portions are big). We were told that the rest could be thrown away without a problem but making smaller portions was not an option. This is a waste of food I cannot support.

The staff are very friendly and offer a great level of service without being too intrusive. The breakfast selection sets off your day with something for everyone. The food at the pool and beach is of a high quality. The hotel is located close enough to everything you would need with the board walk on the doorstep and old town Marbella only a stones throw away.

The main evening restaurant lacks atmosphere and the space does not feel cosy enough, unlike other areas of the hotel. They haven't got this right, yet.

Breakfast was superb - huge choice on offer. We were half board and that entitles you to a starter, main and dessert from an a la carte menu at dinner. Food throughout the week was excellent. Great choice( be sure to check out the specials near the back of the menu, we missed them the first 2 nights) Enough choice to have a different meal each night. Restaurant is on the beach too - fabulous setting!! Decor in hotel and rooms is mainly white and minimalist - very stylish! Amáre lounge area is beautiful. They have patio heaters out too when it’s cloudy or a little cooler. If beach restaurant is closed meals are in the Lounge area. Beautiful setting - lighting and general ambiance first class. Have to mention the staff! So friendly and helpful throughout the hotel! Sun loungers are huge with padded seats - best we’ve had in a hotel. Location is spot-on. Right at the edge of Marbella old town and also on the beach. Very modern, cool vibe about the hotel in general. Rooms - bed is huge and so comfy. Shower was amazing - as good as we’ve had in a hotel. Lovely lounging chair which is so comfortable for reading. (We actually intend to buy one of these now!) Nespresso coffee machine and small kettle too. Water left out every day too. Small supermarket just outside the hotel if you need anything. Also we arrived at 1 pm and our room was ready which was a bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends!

Very little tbh. A little more storage space in the rooms would be good.
