This is a great place with a beautiful architecture/decor to fully relax for a few days. Junior suite are very comfortable, you don’t miss anything. Spa was included with a lot of options. The gym offers also a lot. We had a wonderful time.

To be fully perfect the hotel need to work on their food offering: make sure they have the right service in place with trained people. Like other comments we saw, we experienced also very long delays to be served in their 2 restaurants and in the breakfast. And this is not due to a lot of guest, the hotel was half booked when we were there (E.g you get your coffee in the morning after you done eating / or you drop your desert envy because it is already 11pm and nobody is coming) Food quality is ok but not worth this level of hospitality. They try to make it sophisticated but it goes in the wrong direction. (E.g a basic half-avocado as a starter at 19€, is not what we expect)

Hidden gem. If you like peace and quiet, this place is for you. I especially loved the wide breakfast choice, number and quality of restaurants on site, and the chill vibe. We also got a free room upgrade for which we are very thankful!

I would definitely improve cleanliness: there was a plastic bottle on the balcony left when we arrived. Other than that, all perfect.

Cleaning ladies do an excellent job at this hotel - everything was immaculate during our stay. Food quality is excellent. Big parking on site.

They should have more vegetables at the breakfast buffet (ie Cucumbers, Salad, etc.) as well as some Spanish dessert options instead of French/International pâtisserie. They charge a 100€ deposit per night that's just excessive... That kind of hotel should include some spa activities in the room rates (use of indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, etc.)

I had an incredible time staying at La Zambra. Parking was very easy (and free) with a valet service for most of the day. Check in was easy and they offered us a room upgrade. The resort is full of natural light, the restaurants have a great view. My room was wonderful and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, and even arranged some small touches as it was my birthday. Communicating was easy over whatsapp for booking massages etc. The free yoga class in the morning was fantastic and the breakfast buffet had more than enough choices. All in all I loved staying at La Zambra and I was so happy I chose this resort.

Stunning property, the whole resort has a very calming vibe. Stunning views. Breakfast was good if a little chaotic at times but the quality was great. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Picador restaurant was very nice with a great wine list.

There was never enough water given in the rooms. Considering the price point this was disappointing. We had to call reception several times as they hadn’t left water after cleaning the room. The quality of the food in both restaurants by the pool for lunch and dinner was extremely average. Would have liked to have seen more Spanish options on the menu.

Everything looks absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is so peaceful, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in that region of Spain!

Some areas in the room showed a bit of wear and tear, which is a shame considering how nice everything else is. The umbrellas by the pool also need to be secured properly, today there was a gust of wind and one flew into me. Fortunately, I’m an adult and it only hit my arm, but it could have seriously injured a child, especially with the large pile of wood nearby. Lastly, on our first day, there were no pool beds available when we arrived. They were either already taken or reserved with towels. We weren’t the only guests noticing this issue during the days we stayed, and after paying for a hotel like this, I think there should be enough loungers for everyone (or most). Some people had no choice but to sit on bar chairs or on the grass.

It was a wonderful stay, we liked the resort alot. Spacious rooms ,very nice gardens, very nice smell of the room each time we enter it. Special thanks to Jorge at the reception, he was so polite and professional and always welcoming .He helped us to book things outside the resort,i.e he got us tickets to alhambra in a reasonable price. Also Sultan from the vallet was professional and polite,and always gave us cold water whenever we left the resort .

I think that the morning buffet needs to be improved with more fresh items. I was shocked to find rotten tomatto and orange served in the morning buffet. It was changed immediatelly after we informed the waiters.

Beautiful hotel - lovely well kept grounds. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good location for us.

We stayed last month and highly rated it so we came back again. I found the service a little inconsistent this time. We didn’t always get the turndown service and water at night time. One evening they knocked 9.30pm for this when we were already relaxing in our room. Breakfast time, the service was very inconsistent and frustrating, couldn’t always catch the attention of the staff to ask for tea and coffee or items off the breakfast menu, we had to get up and chase the staff which we found annoying. We used the spa facilities this time and we truly feel there should not be a charge for this.. it’s an indoor pool with sauna and steam, the spa really is quite basic and should not be charged 30€ per person.

Breakfast was great, loads of choice from continental to al a carte options. Kids loved the cakes, fruit and pancakes as well as the Spanish hot chocolate! We played tennis and paddle, which was great fun, though I'd say it was a bit disappointing that these were not free to use. Airport and a number of towns are less than 30 minutes to explore, so it was a really easy effortless stay.

The outdoor pools are lovely, but totally freezing in April! The spa pool had family time to book into for the afternoons, but this was also so cold I could not get in!

We stayed at La Zambar for 3 nights and there are no words to describe our amazing staying there.It started before we arrived when I reached the hotel by email and requested their help with my planning to ask my girlfriend to marry me. Manuel, from LA Zambar stuff, helped me and made sure that the proposal will be unforgettable. And so it was. EVERYTHING was AMAZING - the room, food, pool, and of course the view! saying that we were just speechless about the stuff and service.
