We had a fabulous time from start to finish. The food was particularly exceptional. probably the best food selection we have ever seen at any 5 star resort with things like aged steak, oysters and even lobster on the menu on some of the days. The pool area (non prestige) is also nice with a drinks truck and also central bar. Food and drink galore. Exceptional sea views and easy beach access. The hotel is hard to fault.

As we say, the hotel is hard to fault, but there could be a little bit of a better vibe in the pool and other communal areas during the daytime. There is no music so it feels very silent at times. This is good for people trying to sleep and relax but at least some gentle music could be on in the background. The do not disturb signs fly off the door handle due to the wind so you need to think of a better solution to keep them in place.

It is a beautiful resort. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and good food freshly cooked in front of us.

Winter pool temperature is 25C that is ok for a swim but it would be nice if one of the smaller pools was heated up more. Pools are almost empty because of the cold water. In my favourite tenerife resort they have the smallest pool heated up and also a warm outdoor jacuzzi. Allergen labelling for food is very inconsistent, almost useless. I avoid gluten and I often had to take a guess. Luckily i am not allergic.

The hotel staff was excellent! Everybody was super friendly and helpful! Specially Lita! What a lovely person we had the pleasure to meet in the reception!

The audience of the hotel if mostly Germans, which makes the vibe of the place totally weird. It was very uncomfortable having everybody staring at us all the time every time we enter some place (like the restaurant or pool area). I was wondering what the hell was wrong with us to have them following us with their eyes all the time lol.

Great hotel and amazing location in the south coast of the Island. Great food and amazing shows during the evening, as well as activities such as salsa classes, aquagym etc.

The hotel could be more proactive in advising guests on activities around the island and recommended places to visit.

If you want a vacation with wonderful food and great service (Thanks Lita!), this is a great hotel to go to in south Fuerteventura . We ate both breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and for all of us (my wife and daughters) the food was varied and delicious. The hotel also has activities during the day, lovely pools and beach access.

The hotel is in the south and most of the attractions in the are in the north part of the island

View was outstanding. We loved the fact that the pool area was so spacious. We loved the fact that there were cushions on the sunloungers. We loved the space around the hotel, so many seats and loungers I cant imagine that it would ever feel crowded. We liked it so much, I am bringing my parents here in March. We also loved that when we said that we were not happy with our room, the staff were incredibly accommodating and we were not made to feel like we were complaining. The lady we spoke to (Irish lady) was very professional and open in explaining how she could help us and we were able to select an alternative room from the same catagory when it became available. She even showed us on a plan which rooms were in our catagory (standard). This is the most professional way we have been dealt with when requesting and alternative room and seemed like a very fair way of doing things. On previous holidays this has runied the first day as it felt like an argument but the team at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and it made us walk away happy.

Some staff were slow with taking orders for drinks. They would do other tasks and ignore you which I found strange in a 5 star hotel. Some of the surfaces around the pool were slippery when wet.

Personnel is very pleasant, location - beach is perfect, nice concerts in hotel at the evening, food is delicious and different on particular days, like sushi day, pizza day, seafood. Room is very spacious and comfortable, personnel is very attentive to the needs. Sometimes surprize with gift. In Morro Jable town there are nice restaurants, but there are almost nothing at the hotel place, so you need to walk to the city or the enjoy nice food at hotel restaurant, glad it was really good and possible to try something local.

Since I took half board meal (breakfast and dinner) it would be lovely to have free coffee & snacks at room, instead of paid. Since it's five star hotel. However no complains, just a suggestion.

Amazing service

Room service a bit irregular, refilling of the minibar was missed some days (no milk and no water some days). Also they didn't check the shampoo and shower gel levels so we run out of these (we could not easily see the levels ourselves and they were kind of fixed to the dispenser) obviously we ran out in the middle of having a shower and it took them half an hour to bring new ones). Just a small incident during dinner with a cook that appeared not to care for the forms of talking to customers, it was reported at the spot. Honestly those were only minor issues, just to state the very minor negative aspects of our two weeks in the hotel. Overall amazingly positive!

We stayed at the Iberostar Selection Ferteventura Palace resort at the turn of January and February 2023. From the welcome, throughout the stay, to check-out and a special farewell, we felt like real guests here; friendly managers, receptionists (special bows to Nadja and Julia, who always helped us), pool service and all other staff, friendly animators, made sure that our stay was unforgettable; It is a facility that deserves its category - 5 stars; the rooms are very spacious, clean, with dominant white and in our case, a fantastic view of the ocean and a phenomenal sunrise. The food is very varied, to our taste, the all inclusive option, in the full sense of the word, without any reservations. Animations, discreet, unobtrusive, Both beaches - Jandia, "wild" in its own way, very wide, allowing endless walks, and Gaviotas with its rock formations, allowed for captivating photo sessions. We recommend staying at this facility to all lovers of the beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura.

The welcome on reception was lovely. Very friendly staff in the restaurant and Veronica in the pool bar was so friendly, helpful and always had a smile and welcome for us. Our room was spacious and very clean. Special thanks for whoever cleaned and turned down our room, always looked lovely. Great selection of wines and spirits during dinner.

This is our second time at the hotel. This time we found the pool area really busy, slightly on top of each other. And the main bar for pre dinner drinks was understaffed. We normally arrived at the bar for around 6.45pm, after the main rush. However, there didn't seem as many staff as last year, and after waiting over 10 mins each evening, my husband walked to the bar to order, which one staff member took a dislike to and was slightly rood in his manner. Not what we have ever witnessed before or want to again.
