Fantastic location, looked liked it was newly refurbished to an excellent standard , well Equipped with a full fridge freezer, great hairdryer, flat screen tv, table and chairs on our terrace , so peaceful in the evening , we arrived earlier than the check in time but that was no problem as we were able to check in earlier and start our holiday

We loved the apartment, very clean, lovely location!

When you check out there is no storage room for luggage, most flights are later in the evening to get the most of the sun, the girl did let us stay an extra hour but we still had to walk around with our luggage in the heat which was a bit of a inconvenience!

The Location was perfect. Slightly off the beaten path but close enough to walk to most everything; grocery, resto, boutiques etc. Very basic unit but well equipped. Right on the beach....We were on the 2nd of 2 floors. Great views and no one above us. Downside, have to walk around property to get to beach. (Not really a downside) If you like being very close but not IN the action, with the sea out your front door, you will really enjoy this place. We took a 2 bedroom for 2 of us as recommended online. Great idea. Slightly more. but 2 bathrooms and extra room for closet ing ws=as well worth it. Very competitively priced. Online photos accurate....

The property was very very generous with their towels...One idea, would be to have a little better starter package. Paper towels were missing and a little more dish soap..But thats being picky. The grocery store was right around the corner. Parking is not perfect but there are options ($) if u have a car.n(at this time of year, we always found a spot within one block)

Bright, modern apartment with air conditioning in all rooms which we really appreciated to come into after being out in 36 degree heat. Sun beds available in a lovely and well kept garden area with palm trees that offer shade if you need it. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage facilities. Great 2 bedroom apartment shared with friends. 15-20 minute leisurely walk to Balcón de Europa with restaurants and bars on the way. Our second visit and will definitely return again.

Didn’t receive or see any instructions about what to do with the keys on checking out, if the reception was closed. We assumed we needed to put them in the letter box and didn’t have any communication about the keys after we left, so hopefully this was the correct thing to fo

Greeted by a very friendly lady at reception. Beautiful apartment with everything needed for a family holiday. Travel cots provided. Situated on ground floor making it easy to access with prams. Next to a restaurant serving lovely food and drinks and overlooking the sea. 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Checkout was very easy. Looking forward to returning again.

Only negative was a cleaning lady entered our apartment without asking when we opened the door and took water from the fridge then walked out. Reported to reception but no feedback given.

Great location, fantastic sea view, clean and spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Spa across the road is very good. Access to beach and promenade couldn't be better.

Our sofa in #26 was a total disaster, needs replacing. It's a tired old sofa bed that doesn't zip together anymore and is uncomfortable to sit on. Nowhere to hang towels, clothes, etc inside the bathroom and living room - need to add lots more hooks and also extra hangers needed in wardrobes. I know it's low season but reception was almost always closed and it was very hard to catch them to get information or to have a chat about anything. Also, construction across the street was loud and annoying at times. The building work looks to be nearly complete now, thankfully, but it started by 8am most days, which didn't bother us as we have a toddler who is up at 6am anyway but would have annoyed me a lot if I was child-free.

The beach is directly in front of the property - no need to cross a street or walk any distance. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained and is spacious with a nice balcony outside with a table and 2 beach chairs. Everything is very modern. Parking ended up being available on the street so we didn't have to pay to park.

There was no dishwasher in the unit which seemed unusual given how large and modern the kitchen is - and the size of the apartment - 3 bedrooms. Also, we were in Unit #26 which is the end unit next to the hotel and the outdoor restaurant. It wasn't terribly private but it wasn't noisy. I was traveling with a relative so privacy wasn't a huge issue for us. But, something to consider if you are traveling with a partner/spouse.

Location was 5 Star for us - that view was just such a WOW factor, we knew we were beachfront but so so close - just made our break extra special. A short walk to the Old Town where there were loads of restaurants and bars to choose from.

We were slightly disappointed that we were not able to use the pool facilities at the adjoining hotel as the sea was particurly rough and not safe to go into so missed the water1

First floor balcony provided more privacy than other ground floor apartments and was equipped with 4 comfortable chairs & table & 2 sun loungers & umbrella. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent.

The poor selection and damaged standard of kitchen utensils. The safe for valuables did not work. The apartments reception office should post on the door the hours it is manned. The lack of information data on operation of aircon unit & washing machine

Love the fact your right in the beach, can hear the sea at night, lovely and peaceful
