First thing as I walked through the door I was met with a very happy member of staff who took my details and got everything sorted, even down to a map of nerja with locations of interest circled for me as it was my first visit there. She also offered information about bars and places to eat. The place itself was very clean from the front door to the rooms. The room was very big 2 single beds pushed together but it wasn't a problem being a solo traveler, very clean and well stocked bathroom with everything you need. The breakfast included was as you would expect a big range of hot and cold food as well as a coffee machine and fruit juices, something for everyone.

Honestly didn't see anything wrong with the place or the staff.

The staff were fabulous from once we arrived to the day we left. The breakfast every morning was lovely and varied, hot and cold. The services at the front desk were great, from help with buses to organising taxis and getting a take away breakfast. They were fantastic. The pool on the rooftop was a welcome relief from the heatwave. The proximity to both the town centre and the beach was a Godsend. Everything was within walking distance. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I loved everything about this hotel.

*WI-FI very patchy. *Personally I found the pillows to soft and had no structure. *Maybe the desk and chair needs a update. *When you stepping out of the shower you are stepping onto tiles which can be wet, There is a handle as well as bathmat but it doesn't stop the tiles getting wet. *There was only one small bin in the bathroom it needs to be bigger if you only have one (yes I know this is just small)

excellent value for money! So close to the centre of the town. The guy who works on reception during the day/evening shift is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is very good considering how cheap the accommodation is.

our room had a window adjacent to the hall as you go up the stairs to the 1st floor. SO annoying because they have no curtain or blind on this so every time someone walked up the stairs the light automatically came on and shined into our room.

Friendly staff..Great variety at breakfast. There was fresh fruit and healthy options. It was only a five minute walk to the sea. The hotel felt very safe for a family.I really enjoyed the balcony with fresh air coming in . I left it open at night.

On the weekend, there was some noise out in the plaza below us. This is not the fault of the hotel..just people having fun!! The mopeds drive like crazy during the night.

Breakfast was really good. Plenty of variety. Hotel very clean. Close to restaurants. Bar and restaurant next to hotel very good for eating.

The staff were very friendly,pleasant & helpful. The location was perfect, so close to centre, restaurants bars and lovely beaches.

Although the pool area was fab,the pool is a little on the small side. It was fine for us, as we were just using it for a dip to cool down,but if you actually wanted to swim it is not suitable, also would not suit families with children. Our room and balcony were very small. Although I did notice when doors open for cleaning some of the other rooms seemed bigger.

Great hotel. Excellent location, only about a 10 min walk from the bus station, 10 min walk to the Balcon de Europe in the centre, 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Staff are lovely, especially Wolfgang on reception, he was very helpful and friendly. We had a top floor room with balcony overlooking a square at the back. Room was good, free wi fi, free safe, tv with lots of english channels which came in handy as the weather was rain for 3 days over easter. Free toiletries. Heating and air con - again the heating was a god send as we were soaked when we went out. Nice size balcony with 2 chairs. Great breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Nice breakfast room. There is an outdoor roof top pool but this wasnt open in March.

Nothing to dislike or complain about. It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but we took our own kettle anyway It would also be nice to have a fridge in the room esp in the summer months.

It is in a brilliant location, very central. It's very clean. Staff were lovely. Beds are very comfortable and room is cleaned well each day.

The hotel floor is completely tiled so it's echoey when people are wheeling cases in/out of each of the floors. This was only noticeable on the last night when there were either a few early check ins /early check outs.

Very good location - 5 minutes to one of the beaches. There was a good selection of , restaurants nearby, also shops & the bus stops for Malaga, Frigiliana and the Airport. Only 5-10 minutes walk from Balcon de Europa - with all it's restaurants & shops. We had 2 bedrooms - both with a lovely view of the mountains. We could view the sunset from the bedroom window. We were happy with the bedroom & bathroom facilities. We also availed of the rooftop swimming pool & terrace. The breakfast was very much enjoyed every morning - lots of choice - hot & cold options. Definitely no reason to be hungry. The staff were friendly & helpful
