excellent value for money! So close to the centre of the town. The guy who works on reception during the day/evening shift is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is very good considering how cheap the accommodation is.

our room had a window adjacent to the hall as you go up the stairs to the 1st floor. SO annoying because they have no curtain or blind on this so every time someone walked up the stairs the light automatically came on and shined into our room.

*The location is brilliant *The staff are very friendly - they also took notice of a request I had while booking *The size of the room you are getting for the price *Breakfast is worth it with a decent variety *For those that it matters a good variety of English/Irish TV channels for those who need it *Walk in shower - and brilliant water pressure *Air conditioning.

*WI-FI very patchy. *Personally I found the pillows to soft and had no structure. *Maybe the desk and chair needs a update. *When you stepping out of the shower you are stepping onto tiles which can be wet, There is a handle as well as bathmat but it doesn't stop the tiles getting wet. *There was only one small bin in the bathroom it needs to be bigger if you only have one (yes I know this is just small)

Breakfast was really good. Plenty of variety. Hotel very clean. Close to restaurants. Bar and restaurant next to hotel very good for eating.

Great hotel. Excellent location, only about a 10 min walk from the bus station, 10 min walk to the Balcon de Europe in the centre, 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Staff are lovely, especially Wolfgang on reception, he was very helpful and friendly. We had a top floor room with balcony overlooking a square at the back. Room was good, free wi fi, free safe, tv with lots of english channels which came in handy as the weather was rain for 3 days over easter. Free toiletries. Heating and air con - again the heating was a god send as we were soaked when we went out. Nice size balcony with 2 chairs. Great breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Nice breakfast room. There is an outdoor roof top pool but this wasnt open in March.

Nothing to dislike or complain about. It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but we took our own kettle anyway It would also be nice to have a fridge in the room esp in the summer months.

The staff were very friendly,pleasant & helpful. The location was perfect, so close to centre, restaurants bars and lovely beaches.

Although the pool area was fab,the pool is a little on the small side. It was fine for us, as we were just using it for a dip to cool down,but if you actually wanted to swim it is not suitable, also would not suit families with children. Our room and balcony were very small. Although I did notice when doors open for cleaning some of the other rooms seemed bigger.

Very good location - 5 minutes to one of the beaches. There was a good selection of , restaurants nearby, also shops & the bus stops for Malaga, Frigiliana and the Airport. Only 5-10 minutes walk from Balcon de Europa - with all it's restaurants & shops. We had 2 bedrooms - both with a lovely view of the mountains. We could view the sunset from the bedroom window. We were happy with the bedroom & bathroom facilities. We also availed of the rooftop swimming pool & terrace. The breakfast was very much enjoyed every morning - lots of choice - hot & cold options. Definitely no reason to be hungry. The staff were friendly & helpful

It is in a brilliant location, very central. It's very clean. Staff were lovely. Beds are very comfortable and room is cleaned well each day.

The hotel floor is completely tiled so it's echoey when people are wheeling cases in/out of each of the floors. This was only noticeable on the last night when there were either a few early check ins /early check outs.

The room was a very good size although a strange shape. great shower and bathroom, fabulous balcony with loungers as well as table and chairs. comfortable bed and pillows is always a bonus. We found just round the corner a very safe and secure car park (important to us) our first time at this hotel but we will definitely be back again. the very good breakfast is the best in a hotel that we have had for a long time with the hot and cold food being replenished regular. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night.

The only thing wrong was a drain smell in the room some of the time, we live in Spain and understand Spanish drains so it didn't spoil our stay.

Staff very friendly. Great location, easy 10 minute walk to centre of town. Bus stop across the road. Breakfast good but same every day. Pool area recently refurbished and good sun trap. Room and bathroom clean and bright and comfortable beds and pillows. Nice small hotel with no queuing for breakfast or hassle getting sun loungers on roof top terrace.

No mini fridge in room. Also no kettle/cups in room but found out when checking out that you could hire them. No shower/hairdryer facilities to use after checking out if u have been at pool. Only pool shower which is cold and on sun terrace and toilet to change in.

I found the front desk staff Vergina and Wolf Gang very friendly and helpful and spoke good English I did not find the night porter friendly at all The house cleaning lady that cleaned my room 205 was excellent and greeted you with a lovely smile plus every day for the 6 days my room was cleaned and left spotless
