We had two rooms booked, a ground floor apartment for two, which had a handy outdoor area just a few steps to the pool which was so convenient (the pool was small but usually not busy and a great way to cool down). And a top floor apartment for four, which was outstanding, really spacious and the private roof terrace was a great bonus, it was lovely for breakfast before it got too hot. We arrived late at night but it was straightforward to collect the keys from the lock box and get access to the apartments, the instructions from Carmen included photos and were really clear. If I could make a suggestion to put a bottle of water in the fridge for guests arriving after shops are closed, it's a small expense but would have been welcome. Carmen was very helpful throughout the trip and kept us up to date with messages and instructions, thank you Carmen! The location is on the edge of Nerja so a bit quieter than the central part which suited us well while still being only 10-15 minutes walk from the busier part of town. Still plenty of shops and bars nearby. The nearest beach is Playa Playazo five minutes walk from the apartment, this is less crowded than the other beaches but also fewer facilities so may not suit everyone. Very stony in places also. Playa Torrecilla is the next closest, more shops and restaurants here but we didn't get to check out the sand because it was always packed. Overall this is probably the nicest holiday apartment I have ever stayed in, really felt like home away from home, brilliant!

The only small complaint is that there was no air conditioning in the second bedroom. One of our guests preferred to sleep on the living room sofa because it was underneath the air conditioning unit. Also if you were intending to spend your holiday doing water activities such as paddle board / kayak / diving / banana boat etc. then this would be the wrong location - you would want to be near to Burriana Beach on the other side of town. We spent one day there and it was quite a long walk to get there.

The location was great - 2 minutes walk from the beach. The underground parking (at additional cost) was very convenient and useful. The staff was very helpful and extremely quick with their response to our various requests and solved several problems we had (we mistakenly locked ourselves outside our apartment).. We were upgraded at no cost to a larger and 2nd floor apartment when we complained about a sewer smell in our ground floor apartment (apparently a common occurrence there). The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Also, no shortage of hot water.

As mentioned, our ground floor apartment had a sewer smell. The staff apologized and explained that this was a common occurrence when windy and immediately upgraded us to a larger and higher apartment. So beware!

Close to Beach, centre and my brother's apartment. I booked this apartment as it was described as 'Penthouse apartment' - so had the expectation we would be able to have breakfast on rooftop with a great view of the sea or partial. Unfortunately this was not the case at apartment 3B. We looked over the apartment blocks across the streets. If you lean over you may be able to see the see between the buildings. So due to weather not being warm and us being out and about during the day, we really didnt use it. Apartment itself is clean but slightly dated and have thin walls as we could hear outside / corridor/ neighbour noises. Kitchen can do with a couple of things, such as a chopping board and a toaster etc. The location is good. Beach is down the road and Balcon de Europe a mere 15 mins walk. There are supermarkets, bakery and tapas bars around the area. Also a gym for those addicted to exercise!

Hi, we arrived late at night and the lady who looked after us Carmen had arranged a taxi pick up from the airport.Beautiful car and a great driver.we found our way into the apartment which was spotlessly clean and because it was late we just went to bed.The following morning we were disappointed to note that the apartment we had booked on the ground floor was in the shade all day.It had a large patio but sadly no sun. Carmen moved us to an apartment the following day on the second floor and it was absolutely superb, had the sun on the balcony from early morning until about 7pm.It was a two bedroomed apartment and it was just perfect, the beds were comfortable, again it was spotlessly clean.Plenty of utensils, crockery etc, great fridge freezer, cooker, microwave.It was well worth the additional cost. We were on the edges of the town which suited us perfectly as only 5 minutes to the beach, a 15 minute walk into the town which we went to occasionally.There were about 10 restaurants about 5 minutes away, and we tried most of them, all delivered delicious food and very reasonably priced. Carmen arranged for a taxi to take us back to the airport yesterday, again faultless.Thank you Carmen you did an excellent job. The property access it behind a locked gate and a key entrance door.The locks on the apartment doors were dead bolts so felt very safe and secure.Two supermarkets within 5 mins and another about 10 minutes away which was fabulous but it was up a hill.To be perfectly honest it is cheaper to eat out for lunch and dinner rather than stocking up in a supermarket.

The ground floor apartments are in the shade and I didn’t like the fact other guests had to pass by our patio to either go in or out of the property.It was a bit public which I didn’t like.The plunge pool is tiny and again whilst we were there it was in the shade.The property is at the junction of two busy roads but when the windows and doors were closed you couldn’t hear a thing.

Great location with easy access to Torrecilla & Playazo beaches and local restaurants & supermarkets. The small on-site pool was great for the children to have a quick dip and cool off. Apartment itself was clean and spacious and well appointed with washing machine, fridge freezer, full kitchen with all basic equipment you'll likely need (coffee maker, toaster, hob, microwave etc.). Only 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of Nerja and the Balcon de Europa etc. Overall, really happy with our stay there.

Didn't get fresh towels supplied mid-way through the week as promised, but this wasn't too much of a problem for us. It was also a bit tricky organising somewhere to leave bags on our final day, as we had a 10am check-out but a late flight from Malaga, but we managed to find one of the housekeeping staff in the end who helped us to lock our luggage away. These were very minor things and didn't affect our overall experience negatively.

The property is in a great location . It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing we were not happy with was that one of the reasons we booked the property was it stated it had a swimming pool , the photos made it look bigger than it was . We were looking forward to swimming each day however on arrival we were very disappointed as the pool is tiny and not big enough to have a swim . I think it should state that it’s a plunge pool rather than be described as a swimming pool .

Easy access with great keys and locks. Spacious apartment with balcony. There in late February and the heating was very good.. needed at times as I was in the last available (booked late) North facing one. I would choose a south-facing apartment next time if in Spring, but it would be very comfortable in peak summer. I already knew this area and love this location, easy walk to centre of Nerja (10 mins) and very close to beaches and local cafes/restaurants and supermarkets.

Kitchen was very functional but lacked bowls and food storage space. All equipment throughout the apartment worked perfectly. The roof top terrace was not the best I've had access to.

We stay here often, twice a year, the apts are spacious, always clean, and the location is flat with easy access to the restaurants and beach. This trip we had ants snd after reporting it , they sorted it out without an issue. The staff are lovely and very accomodating. This is why we go back over and over.

I would struggle to point out any big issues. In October the sun doesnt shine on the pool sadly and the wifi isnt very good at times if there is lots of people staying. The shower can be slippy, could do with a bath mat !

We stayed in the 2 bed penthouse apartment which was very spacious. It had very quiet air con especially in the bedroom which was much appreciated! It is near the beach and also has a large rooftop area plus an additional area to dry clothes. Very good. The Wi-Fi was also good.

Not much really but beach towels are not provided which is a shame especially as the apartment has two sun beds on the roof terrace.

The location.was excellent and it was clean and comfortable. The staff responded to any questions quickly and they dropped in clean towels every couple of days. The pool was small but the kids loved hanging out there before dinner.

There were a lot of ants in the kitchen but we put food up out of the way.
