The beach side pool and restaurant are brilliant to spend the day chilling out. Location, setting and atmosphere is excellent.

The second building needs some refurbishment and updating. The rooms are dated and the furnishings could do with being replaced. They need to put an iron and ironing board into the luggage room for guests to use. The 24hour wait for laundry service isn’t good enough for a hotel of this stature. The receptionist made up a story about health and safety regulations being the reason for not having an iron available to borrow but I checked with several other hotels in the area and they do offer this service.

Location and real value for money booked the riu down the road but they cancelled our booking 4 days before our stay so this was last minute booking stayed in the riu last year so new were this hotel was .we loved the snack bar right on the beach we had a mountain view lovely .the hotel is on both sides of road but there is a tunnel under road so it feels like one building next time we come to nerja we will be staying here

Location excellent Pool area on the roof beautiful & the view was stunning Everything was clean, room cleaned daily. Breakfast outstanding We weren't expecting somewhere so nice for what we paid Bit of a walk to town but bars by hotel, and plenty places to stop on way. Beach by hotel lot quieter than the beaches in town.

The location beside the sea was fantastic and only a short walk into town. Fantastically clean. Beds very comfortable. Great shower.

Rooms basic and lack imagination and storage. Bedside lockers would have been useful and maybe a couple of shelves to add interest.

Everything was perfect

No iron!! Would be nice to have one for the clothes after being in suitcase for hours.

This is our second time to stay here. The breakfast is great, so much choice! The chef can make you your own omelette which is the best part! Rooms were recently renovated, shower is great as it is so powerful and always hot water. Beds extremely comfy with great pillows. A.C is very good and doesn't seem to dry out my throat which others often do! Each room has a safe and a fridge. T.V is a good size. You can rent pool towels for 10e deposit and get it back at check out, towels can be changed as needed. Cleaners are fantastic, beds made every day with fresh towels. Rooms left spotless. Location and views amazing!

Disappointing that the second pool (rooftop pool) wasn't finished and open for use but I'm sure it'll be great when it is finished.

It is in a fabulous location. Accommodation staff excellent pleasant and always had a friendly hello every day. Would highly recommend this hotel

The Perla Marina is going through a refurb when we stayed and the rooms etc. are newly refurbished and really tastefully done. The location was great, very quiet area, right on the beach. As it was being refurbed the pool etc. in our building was closed so we had to use the pool at the main hotel which is quite small for two buildings but I'm sure once finished this won't be an issue

As mentioned the pool, bar etc. in our building were not open which made space at the main pool a premium. The room could have done with a mirror over the console table rather than on the wall at the entrance. The bathroom could have done with a little more storage as well as some lighting over the shower as without it the bathroom was a litle dark

Great location and spotless clean hotel . Room was a bit small with not much storage for clothes etc . Clothes rail with shelf underneath not suitable for long dresses etc . One drawer for swim wear etc. suitcase had to be stored under bed. Bed was very comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Lovely cleaning staff . Balcony with table and two chairs . No pull out line for hanging washing. No iron available but the provide a laundry service for a fee. Bathroom is big with one shelf for toiletries under sink. Shower is great . Staff overall were very friendly with the exception of some of the male bar staff who were very rude in my opinion. They also charge 1.50for takeaway ICE😱

Went for a rest and some quality time. Have been visiting Nerja for around 15 years. So decided to treat my self on this trip and stay in Hotel. Room spotless fresh towels and bed made and room cleaned every day. Pool was also spotless

Felt there should of been a safety bar in shower. I asked Reception to borrow an iron as all my clothes were creased from travelling . Was told there was charge . Think there should be iron available. I ended up wearing all my clothes creased for the 6 days. Food was not part of my package but most mornings had tea and croissant in the Bar area. I asked for scrambled egg one morning and was told I would have to order full breakfast as scrambled on uts own not available. I am vegetarian so the big breakfast I could not eat. Might be an idea to add this if people require it
