Lovely cozy feeling hotel with large spacious light room with a big peaceful balcony overlooking a lime tree. Great room and everything was very clean and the room was large . So convenient for walking into the centre of Olite (1 minute!) which is a lovely town. The hotel was very quiet even though in the centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly and it was a great bonus to have an underground car park attached to the hotel.

Breakfast was great with a good choice and good value but it was a shame it was in such a small dark airless room. We didn’t do breakfast on the 2nd day because of the poor location. If you have a low or a large car be careful of the access to the car park. It is very narrow and very steep. We have an mx5 and it scraped the bottom on the way in and we needed wooden blocks to ensure we didn’t scrape on the way out! It’s also a very very tight turn into the car park!

Located in a quiet part of town . Large clean room - quiet with firm mattress as requested. Shower good . Everything kept very clean. Breakfast was in the ground floor room - self service but monitored by a friendly staff member, constantly refreshing the food and drinks. A cafe/bar was open in the evening, but this was run by a different company - good selection of simple snacks and food - staff friendly

Reception managed by a call centre staffed by people who did not know the hotel or area ( previously tried to do on line registration but failed twice). Had to give passport details over a telephone system in the main lobby- felt insecure. Then had to be guided by the voice to open a deposit box for the card. Only one card per room. Access to the underground car park was difficult as the street was one way and narrow - very difficult to turn a car to get into the car park. No warning re these issues on the instructions for entry from the hotel.

Checkin 24h, but after 9pm there is a remote check in over a wall phone. It was quite stressful - you need to give your data over a speaker of some sort. We were checking in a bit after 9pm and people were dining in the restaurant on the same floor. It was so loud,I could hardly hear the person on the other end.Other than that - location is great! Free parking nearby and the hotel also has parking available for 10€/night.

JULY 2025, IF DRIVING MUST PARK AT THE BEGINING OF THE STREET THOSE ARE FREE PARKIGS, HOTELS HAVE VERY LITTLE PARKING AND A CHARGE FOR 10 EU. NICE HOTEL BIG ROOMS, AND BATH. IT IS INSIDE THE CASTLE WALLS, SO YOU GO OUT OF THE HOTEL AND THE SORROUNDING ARE THE CATLE QUARTERS STORES, SHOPS, CAFES, AND RESTAURANT. VERY NICE AREA

The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The room was bigger than exptected and the bed very comfortable. The shower was very relaxing with side shower heads, allows for a great shower experience. Interior and the house is very authentic, including the balcony inside the room. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. Basic but good and a really great deal for the prize. Location is right next to the market square and close to the Castle/Palace. Everything is in walking distance. Car can be parked for free a little bit outside of the street on public parking spots.

Due to the layout of the narrow street right in front of the balcony/window, people talking on the streets are very noisy. Usually gets better in the evening though. The Counter is not attended after 4pm, which is a bit bothersome when you need something. Staff is reachable through phone though.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building on a very nice quiet Scenic Street in the old town. My room had an enclosed balcony which was wonderfully Scenic from the street. The hotel kept the kitchen open for us for a late lunch at 3:00 p.m. and the food was good. The breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Santa Maria Church and the old royal castle.

It's quite scary to drive up the narrow street to the hotel and to maneuver into their garage, at least for American drivers who are not used to such tight corners. Also, I really appreciate a minibar in a hotel room, which they did not have, but this is a quite minor point. Overall, the hotel was great, and I really liked the town.

Very conveniently located, very clean and in good condition. The courtyard at the back that the balconies overlooked was a cool, quiet place. We had a large suite which was excellent and very spacious. The car park was very secure. Helpful, professional staff.

The rooms in this hotel are absolutely stunning. Spacious, comfortable and very well decorated. Also great service from the staff.

Nothing really. The breakfast is fine but a little more choice in toppings would be great and there is no fresh made eggs. Espresso was fine but the cappucino from the machine had (a lot of) sugar in it. No need for that as people can add that in theirselves when they want to.

Great central location. Lovely spacious room with a small balcony, huge bathroom , comfy beds and great shower Breakfast may look basic but tasted good . Friendly helpful staff. Easy to park for free just along the road

Room was big with great bathroom and a separate room for third person.

No staff were there after 9pm. Someone from IT called me to ask if I could help another guest get into his room... That's not OK!
