Parking exit was difficult. Showers were difficult to operate. No hot food offered at the breakfast buffet - overcharged for almost 10 euros. For some cheese and meat? Very little difference between continental offering and higher priced breakfast menu. Small room for price. Bed took up the entire room. Not worth the high charge plus pay for parking plus pay for breakfast. Not a good deal at all.

Good hotel, rooms are quite spacious and at least mine had what looked like a refurbished bathroom (not the room which was slightly tired) which was very cool. A good breakfast and although not widely advertised be aware that it has a gym, which is well equipped compared to other hotel gyms. The hotel gives you a discount for a parking round the corner (€10 per night) which is reasonable compared to other hotels. There's paid on street parking but you need to find a spot. Location is very convenient. All in all a good , well priced choice.

Nothing,would stay again if ever in ourense .as a motorcyclist hard to get hotels with everything,location cleanliness fridge and secure parking this has everything,a gem for motorcyclists.

Really liked this hotel. Good location in the town with a short walk to the historic centre. Nice classic/ old style hotel with big rooms, solid fittings and nice modern bathroom with a big shower. Very nice and reasonably priced hotel bar too. Parking in a garage available at a cost (10 euros a day) which is handy if you can’t find a space on the street or need to park for longer than 2 hours.

Very spacious room, includes a minibar and good air conditioning. Allows you to completely close the blinds with a switch right above your nightstand.

The whole property is too dark and the bathroom could use a renovation.

Great location in a beautiful city. Close to a shopping mall, post office, beautiful old restaurant quarter. Laundromat, Barber, ATM, and great coffee - all in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Double glazed windows and shutters very effectively reduce outside noise. Parking easy to access and very close.

Staff was great, super helpful. Rooms were dead quiet and comfortable, with a very good AC. Rooms also large.

Rooms were modern, but the rest of the hotel looks a little date, though everything works.

I have stayed here many times over the years. It's a lovely old school place with a bit of class. The Segundo has a wonderful staff too, always polite and welcoming. I love the place.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, especially at the front desk. I've stayed here 5-6 times since 2017 and always find it relaxing and enjoyable. It's an old-fashioned gem with a nice lobby, a lovely bar on premises and a great breakfast buffet. The buffet staff is top-notch too. In a great area right off the old-city; there are many drinking and dining choices within a 10 minute walk. I think it's one of Ourense"s best hotels, one that provides exceptional value with great service and a touch of class.

Enjoyed our large room and jacuzzi bath. Good breakfast with friendly staff.

Car park access very narrow. Traffic noise a little annoying at times - 3rd floor overlooking street.
