Easy to get too and handily near the main motorway with free parking. The hotel is modern and well maintained with a large lobby and restaurant/bar area. Drinks and food are inexpensive and nice quality. The room was a good size, clean and the bed large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very warm as the aircon can only be set to warm or cold by the hotel as a whole. It being an unseasonably warm autumn has resulted in over warm rooms. It meant having the window open but that made it noisy because of the nearby motorway. Reception staff apologised when I queried this and did explain but in a modern hotel it's not what is expected.

Everything except the breakfast and internet connection tops. The hotel was clean and Comfortable and easy to find.

The internet connection from the room was unstable. I went downstairs and worked from the lobby, where the connection was adequate. The breakfast did not include as many choices as other hotels of similar price on our trip. One morning the coffee machine in the breakfast area was broken.

First of all I woud like to thank the two ladies Ana, end Alba at the reception desk for their kindness, and attentiveness as well as the information we received. Two wonderful lady's who do there jobs perfectly! 🥰 Hotel is beautiful and clean! Super comfortable and clean room. We both loved everything about it. By public transport is also easy to get to the city center in the short of time! Free Wi-Fi, airconditioning in al rooms, big terrace and snack machine! I recommend for everyone!!!

Good size room, comfortable beds. Breakfast included. Restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Location good: close to highway. Easy access to city by car. Plenty of parking.

We were there mid week. Other restaurants with in walking distance were closed. No choice except eat at hotel. Dinner opens at 8:30 pm. Too late for us, but we were able to order off lunch menu.

dinners(suppers) included in the price I paid were excellent.

car parking - parking lots for electric cars occupy too much of a space considering most the time practically all were vacant. Parking is not ideal if you have to get around those palms. Palm trees are a positive trait, it´s good they are there, but parking lots by the hotel building are quite narrow for big SUV´s and their drivers rather selfish, not paying attention to neighboring lots.

We went for the Valencia World Cup, so the location was very good for our purpose. It was clean and comfortable, helpful staff, pretty good food.

My only difficulty was that the staff did not speak English, but this is generally the case in Spain

The hotel was very clean. Friendly staff. Parking on site, WiFi available and there were good facilities like fridge and extra keys cards which was very useful.

Breakfast could have been included in this price as the hotel was a lil further away from cafes

Location just off motorway but quite with free parking and electric car charging bays. With breakfast included in price this has to be be one of the best value for money hotels we have stayed in on our way through France and Spain. Rooms are on par with UK Premier Inn and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cannot fault the Hotel but would NOT recommend eating at the Irish Pub 10 minutes walk down the road. The welcome was friendly but we gave up waiting after 1hr for our food to arrive. It could have been that it was a busy Friday night and there were more orders for drink then food but this pub is only Irish by name and not by nature.

Just about everything. The food selection was good, tasted delicious and a fair price. Room, staff, facilities and comfort all good. Breakfast tasty and checkout without delays

It was a little noisy for us old pensioners:). Positioned in a Hightech Park, with University nearby and good links to Valencia city centre and nightlife, there was obviously lots going on in the evening for the youngsters. But all ok, and didn't spoil our visit.

Ideal location. Just off motorway and close to Valencia. Ample on site parking. Very friendly, helpful staff who accommodated my disability needs. Value for money restaurant in hotel. Extremely comfortable beds. Spacious room.

Room cold on arrival, although heated up quickly. No dedicated disabled rooms. I could not use bath/shower. Would prefer a duvet to sheet/blanket (although this seems common in Spanish hotels)
