The rooms were pretty big and the faciliyies were ok. The pools were quite small, but very few people visited them, so there was always some space.

Location had both pluses and minuses. On the one hand, there are quite a few shops and shopping malls in the area. There were an all-you-can-eat restaurant and a mcdonalds, as well as a couple of supermarkets in the area. On the other hand, the shopping was pretty much the only positive side. The hotel is located in the suburb, and reaching Valencia can take some time. The public transport is regular, but the stop was 20 min walk away. So at least 40 mins in total. The only other alternative was Uber, as the taxi dispatches didn't speak English. Also, there wasn't any beach nearby.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. The apartment was spacious ( two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen). Everything was clean (except the kitchen!) Breakfast was served in the hotel across the street - it was ok (enough different food and beverages).

The kitchen wasn't very clean 😕 There were food leftovers on plates, pots and cutlery. Also in the fridge. Bread crumbs in drawers. Cooking residue on counters. Also there weren't any sponge for washing the dishes and the one kitchen towel smelled really bad.

Thé room was spacious and the very large bed was super comfortable. The apartment was well equipped. Very clean and stylish.

The evening meal was awful. We had the fillet go fish, it was full of bones and poorly cooked. The potatoes were greasy. The breakfast was ok but the service was poor. There were many tables not cleared of dirty pots and the re were no clean tables set up when we arrived. The female staff was too busy chatting to do her job efficiently. Such a shame the dinning room was so poor as the the room was exceptional !

The apartment is very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. The facilities are very good and the location is convenient for families, being very close to markets and different stores. The breakfast was good. The two bedroom apart has very good size for a family and the beds are very confortable.

The apartments on the back of the hotel does not have a very nice view and the noise from the air conditioning from the mall is very disturbing during the day. In the night they stop arround 11.00 P.M, so if you have an earlier sleep schedule, better to adjust it. The cleaning is not ok. On the balcony is a lot of dust. The corners of the room needs a very proper cleaning. The kitchen need some deep clean. The smell when others are cooking can be unpleasent and most probably this is due to common evacuation columns in the kitchen which maybe are not functioning well. We lack the cleaning products in the kitchen. It is not convenient to buy these by yourself and after leaving the room to let them over there. Breakfast is good, but can be better.

The room and bathroom was very clean and larger than expected. The bed sturdy but comfortable, THe airconditionng working very well. The receptionists always very accomodating and friendly. Although the train station of Alfafar is 25 minutes walking from the hotel, we often made that walk, as the train goes directly into Valencia Nord station. Taxis take you for about 13 euro into down town Valencia. extra Towels were always available to use at the pool or at the beach. Late check in was available at the Albufera hotel accross the street. There are some good restaurants in the area, that is a bit industrial/commercial zone. A large Lidl supermarket is around the corner for groceries to provide meals 'at home'.

we used the kitchen regularly for small breakfast, coffee and tea breaks. It was not stocked with any food items that might have been left by other people before. Also if you needed extra utensils, that could be picked up at the reception desk. breaking or losing kitchen items would be 'fined' with extreme high prices. You have to clean the kitchen yourself before you leave, however there is not really any cleaning products provided to do so.

Everything was perfect . The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean , kitchen well equipped. The hotel is situated in a very quiet location, not far from the city centre with easy access to the train station and bus station , also the taxi is a good option due to the low price. There are a lot of shops at 5-10 min walking distance . The breakfast was very good with lot of options and the coffee was excellent. Definitely our first option for our next visit in Valencia . Highly recommend.

The Hotel is quite new and the rooms are very beautiful! The apartment was very nice and the bed and sofa were very comfy to sleep on! We loved our stay there! Breakfast was very diverse and food was fresh! Staff was also very friendly. Hotel has all facilities including a gym and a pool! Perfect stay for Valencia. I definitely recommend this place!

Staff forgot to throw away the trash from the previous guests, but they solved the issuevery fast! All was good

Everything went good as we expected,since we came late in hotel (about 00.15h) just needed to check in hotel across the street.We've booked a loft,which one was very good,clean,with comfortable beds. Breakfast was also good,with kind of more choice,coffee very delicious I may say.Every communication with staff was on professional level,what we asked they gave us.

Location,little bit far away from attractions (but we knew it) and connection could be better,but thats have nothing to do with hotel. Taxis are not strenght side of this town especially traveling with children.Public transport is little bit far away,buses are long rides so we choose taxi.

Clean and nice room with big balcony. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking (no coffe machine, but there was vending machine on ground floor for coffee and cold beverages). Parking in front of building and also in garage, we had plenty spots to choose from. Quick access to the city by car.

A lot of pillows, but didn’t seem to have second blanket for sofa bed.

If you have a car this is a very comfortable, spacious and convenient location for a visit to Valencia and L’Albufera. It is possible to get free street parking fairly close to the station which is one stop into Valencia Nord. There is a selection of restaurants within an easy walk and the free underground parking is very useful. There is also a choice of supermarkets nearby if you are self catering.

For an Aparthotel in an area of Spain that is facing a drought and water shortages I was amazed that there were no plugs provided for the bathroom basin or the kitchen sink. It is therefore expected that you shave and wash your dishes in running water. What a waste! The microwave was old and the interior had chipped paint. The turntable also did not function. The mixer tap over the kitchen sink was very loose and wobbly. Both these issues were reported to reception and I hope resolved before the next check in to this apartment. Surely a toaster is a basic item in a self catering kitchen. I fail to see why this has to be especially requested and a deposit paid.
