Absolutely stunning hotel in an excellent location with beautiful attention to detail wherever you look. You can certainly feel the love that has gone into renovating the building! Fabien & Betrand’s hospitality was second to none, and the breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia, the perfect spot of tranquility!

I hope I can find the words that explain how special my stay was. The building is beautifully renovated, with great taste and comfort working perfectly together. I loved my room - an extremely comfortable bed with a luxurious bathroom. The room was attended to every day and it was such a treat to go back to the room each day, bed made, bathroom spotless. We used the courtyard everyday, where some quiet time after a full on day in the city was much appreciated. We had many an interesting chat with Bertrand, who, along with Fabien, could not have made us feel more welcome. The location was perfect for us. Whilst it is a 20/30 minute walk to the Valencian landmarks, you feel as if you are experiencing what it is like to truly live in Valencia, and there were many restaurants, shops and a local market within 10 minutes walk. Finally, the breakfast is a complete treat with fresh produce, presented beautifully, as well as offering a good opportunity to talk to other guests and hear about their travels and experiences. I can only say thankyou once again to Fabien and Bertrand, whose hard work meant we had the perfect stay.

The property is outstanding! The amount of care and consideration that went into the four year restoration of the hotel is completely unmatched. The rooms are large and luxurious with a beautiful communal courtyard and leisure area. From the moment you arrive and enter the property, you immediately feel as though you’ve entered an oasis. It’s peaceful, luxurious and cozy. The location is also fantastic, with markets, incredible restaurants and stores close by. The hosts make you feel so welcomed, go above and beyond to provide recommendations and ensure your stay is everything you hoped.

From the moment we stepped into La Novieta, we were enveloped by an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. It’s clear that every detail, from the shimmering marble style floors to the exquisitely curated library, has been carefully considered. The Mediterranean charm, infused with a modernist French elegance, is simply breathtaking. Bertrand, the epitome of a gracious host, greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine desire to ensure our stay was perfect. He even went above and beyond to rectify a booking error I'd made – a testament to his dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of Valencia, offering easy access to the city's vibrant energy and must-see attractions. We found ourselves strolling through the charming streets, soaking in the ambiance and discovering hidden gems. The Library is, filled with architectural treasures, is a welcome addition for any book lover, finding inspiration for my own design projects. La Novieta is truly a unique experience. It's a place where luxury meets comfort and where personalized service elevates the entire experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Bertrand and Fabien, you have created a true gem in Valencia! **Tip:** Don't forget to enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the courtyard, with a nice Cabernet from the store around the corner.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet street which has been beautifully renovated by the hosts, Bertrand and Fabien. The attention to detail is amazing, right down to the beautiful jam spoons! The hotel is lovely and small, just 4 rooms which makes for a nice quiet stay. All the details are there - comfortable beds, power outlets both sides of the bed, black out curtains, ac and ceiling fans - everything thought of. Downstairs there is a stylish seating area and an open courtyard with seating. The location is good - nearby restaurants/cafes and walking distance to the old town (around 15 minutes). Bertrand and Fabien are wonderful hosts (such lovely people) offering advice on where to eat, how to get to places and they produce the most amazing breakfast. Don't miss the breakfast. Fabien's tomato tart is wonderful - he makes the puff pastry himself!! Highly recommend this hotel.

This small hotel really is a gem. everything is beautifully furnished and great attention is paid to detail. Bertrand and Fabien were excellent and very friendly hosts and provided us (in different languages ;-)) with valuable tips about Valencia and the surrounding area. We had a few special requests (including for food) and they catered to them wonderfully. The breakfast was a dream and the tomato tart was fantastic! We were really sad to leave La Novieta and hope to come back soon. Best regards Rahel and Helena

La Novieta is a beautifully renovated town house which is sensitive to traditional Valencian style. It is a stylish, peaceful and relaxing retreat in the heart of Valencia. It also provides every modern amenity - the beds are very comfortable, the showers are strong, the Wi-Fi is excellent. The whole hotel smells wonderful too! What made the stay really special for us was Fabien’s excellent hosting skills. Nothing was too much trouble, he remembered our usual coffee orders and he makes an incredible breakfast too! I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely return!

Bertrand and Fabian have excellent taste: in food, interior design, art, and their recommendations. we havent had an experience like this. The whole stay, but especially the breakfast, was amazing!!!! the hospitality was outstanding. both Bertrand and Fabian do everything to make your stay as delightful as possible, all facilities were available or made available. we very much had an outstanding experience!! we would love to come back and we would def. recommend it !!

This is the most lovingly created boutique hotel . The hosts are welcoming and care is taken to make the stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible - the design is outstanding .. a haven of calm in the great vibey area of Rusafa.. a fabulous place to stay don’t hesitate to book and make sure you have the wonderful breakfast!! It is not a hotel. It is home. Wonderful designed and decorated house and rooms. Location next to Ruzafa district with its Bars, shops, market and restaurants. 15 Mins walking distance to the Mecat Central. A quiet an tranquil spot to explore Valencia. The owners Fabienne and Bertrand are topping the spot by beeing more wonderful. Dont miss the Breakfast, too pretty to eat. But too tasty not to do.
