as advertised, friendly helpful staff, good food, very good value for money, would recommend and go back,

further from the beach than I would ideally like but they offer a free bus services back and forth on the hour so all is good.

Noisy cleaners in the morning, just outside our front door. Nowhere to get filtered drinking water - we had no choice but to drink the tap water after arriving late.

The resort is nice overall. It's great if you have a family because the pools are really nice and the staff is very friendly towards families. I found certain aspects of the facilities to be very worn out. For example, the fitness center equipment is very old and several pieces of equipment are broken. They really should invest in a new set of equipment. All it takes is one review like this to be seen by someone who really cares about a decent fitness center and they will lose dozens, if not hundreds, of bookings. Bite the bullet, and spend the money on new gear. It will pay off in spades for you.

Pools are quite nice. Plenty of stylish and comfortable loungers. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, costs only €5. Well worth it! Beautiful views from my room, great big space. Everything is spotless. Area is eerily quiet - complete silence all around.

Rooms look a bit dated. Pillows suck. Extra charge to use fridge. No elevators in the room buildings. Hotel is located close to some hiking trails, but the gates that lead that way are locked. Only way out is through reception and all the way around. Far from restaurants, shops and beach. About a 20min walk. Coming back is all up-hill. Shuttle bus doesn't run frequently enough. Indoor hot tub and indoor pool were not operating.

The boys Jose and Manuel are too good. Great sense of humor. Best directions around the area. Recommended us to casa dos Poetas, lovely descend Andalusia food. Assiste with time sheet. Things to do in the area and a lot of information for the GR221 If you go to GR221 and want a nice chill before or after I would suggest you this place l. The prices are amazing and everybody is super nice with monster breakfast filled with mimosa and they’re own facilities

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the room was clean and big. the breakfast and dinner were excellent in taste and great variety. very professional and smiling staff. we liked everything.

Spacious room with nice terrace. The hotel consists of few buildings and each one has separate swimming pool which makes the experience much calmer and more private. The receptionist Manuel was very welcoming and helpful.

definitely room for improvement of the options for breakfast and dinner. We booked room with a sea view, however we’re given room on the first floor without sea view.

The location is perfect for a relaxed holiday. Wouldn’t have chosen any other. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the rooms a very comfortable and soundproofed.
