The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious.
We arrived late afternoon and we were disappointed that the bar was closed for a coffee. However just a 4 minute walk and there were bars and restaurants.

It's a good price-value choice to stay for a night or two. Clean rooms, all basic amenities available, efficient personnel. Not too far from Warner Bros, and has many restaurants/shops in driving distance.
The family room is very tight for 4 people. I guess it's fine for 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't like to stay in it for longer. So if you book a family room - double-check first that you are ok with it size.

Couldn’t fault the room or the facilities, ticked all our boxes. Walk-in shower, lifts, secure parking. A very enjoyable stay. Only one thing let it down, no restaurant open Friday, Saturday or Sundays.
Difficult to find from the description on the website. Not mentioned on the website the restaurant was only open Monday to Thursday.

Location as we were going to warner brothers park
The rooms could be updated and maybe a bottle of water included in the fridge. The breakfast although quite adequate could have more selection

the terrace to sit out was lovely. staff were friendly and helpful. very reasonably priced bar.
the dinner menu very limited, pay extra to use spa when hotel was already quite a lot we thought.

Outside Madrid so ideal point to rest when you travel further into Spain. Great parking in the basement of the hotel and charging my electric car was easy. Receptionist spoke flawless English.
No dinner available during our stay. But there were two cheap restaurants in walking distance.
