The set up Of the room was great. There is privacy glass in the windows that prevent people from looking inside. And it keeps the room cool. The staff was super helpful with everything. The breakfast was perfect to start the day with. The history behind this hotel is also great. It was pleasant to stay here. The staff made me feel welcoming. The perfect hotel doesn’t excist because everyone has their own wishlist. The beds are comfortable, availability of different pillows, the duvet was perfect, the bathroom Was amazing. Loved the glass ceiling. So you can see the clouds drifting by! Amazables

These volcanic islands have a wild charm about them, and the climate is a real attraction, but a comfy hotel as a base is a real bonus. I chose right-this one is lovely, really welcoming hosts and very attractive building layout. A small choice of evening meals, home cooked was great for me. Hire car worked well to explore the island, not sure how you'd manage without your own transport-NB it IS rural.

Nothing - all good. But check out availability of restaurant - we were caught out one night, luckily had cheese, crackers and beer on us so all good. And to be fair we had had an email before we got back to say that the kitchen would be closed that night which I hadn't seen. It is very rural and might not be to everyone's taste from that point of view but we loved it-

100% recommend staying here if you want to stay somewhere quiet and rural. Our room was spacious, and really well decorated- very modern with traditional style (also has a hot tub bath!) the whole hotel is really nice too. The owner is a legend, super kind and attentive and helped us when we were stuck as our taxi didn’t arrive. Thank you again!

We liked everything about the hotel! Would definitely recommend having your own car though as taxis and buses are scarce there.

Quite location in a rural area

Didn’t supply an evening meal - but quite a few restaurants with 20 minutes

Its very quiet during the night and the pool is an extra for the days where you feel lazy and just want to hang out around the resort

The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. They were planned with a keen eye for detail and passion. They are spotless.

I felt very welcomed. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for your affection and attention. Large room, super equipped and comfortable.

The peace and tranquility of the location. The personal service and attention from Santiago and Victoria was first class.
