Touring on a motorcycle, have stayed here before. 1/2 board option is great as you're a little way out of Salamanca (and it was a national holiday). The dinner meal was excellent and staff v attentive. Hotel has its own onsite parking with some undercover areas that are great for sheltering the bike. Unfortunately too early in the season to use the pool area, but the balcony was welcome. A decent choice at breakfast.

Air conditioning - it had been a warm sunny day, set the room to 20c, had risen to 29c when I gave up turned it off and wedged the balcony door open for the night, thankfully midge free. I'm sure I had the same issue when I stayed a few years ago. Breakfast - check if there are any coach groups staying! Massive queue on opening, and a bit challenging getting food. Abated after 1/2 hour, if you can wait a little you'll have all the choice and no queue.

We have stayed here on two previous occasions which is why we chose it again. The staff are always lovely and very helpful. The bus service into Salamanca which stops at the hotel is very convenient. We didn't use any of the facilities on this occasion, but the room was clean and comfortable as always. The hotel has recently been taken over by another organisation so I hope that it doesn't change as we really like it here.

The false fire alarm at 1.30 am! The response to this seemed a little disorganised and not very thorough even though it was a false alarm.

Very comfortable and clean. Not far to walk into town of Santa Marta de tomes which has lots of bars and café The room had a small balcony unfortunately the weather was not good so we were unable to use it and there's also a great pool but again weather was not kind to us.. There is a bus that calls into the hotel carpark that takes you in into Salamanca. It's a beautiful city and well worth the short journey on the bus. You can also walk into Salamanca via the river which is also a lovely walk it's about 4/5 miles so not so great if it's hot. Easy parking too

We enjoyed our stay. There's nothing we didn't like.

The team is very friendly & helpful - the hotel is clean & comfortable- love the retro decor - pool is fabulous and great to be able to use café & bar in campsite for lunch & drinks

Apart from hotel restaurants, there aren't any options within walking distance. We had a car so there were plenty of options & there is also a bus into Salamanca from the hotel car park.. €1.65 fare for 15 minutes into beautiful city with fantastic array of places to see & eat.

Bathroom was very cramped with a strange layout. But functional. I arrived on a Friday night in December. Check in too over 30 minutes because it was so busy. They could do with extra reception staff. The guy on reception was very apologetic for the delay. It wasn’t his fault. Restaurant menu was quite limited, but I enjoyed what I had

This is the 5th time we’ve stopped here overnight on our way to Andalucia. The staff at check in were exceptional, the rooms spacious and in a quiet location for a restful nights sleep. The breakfast is great, setting us up for our journey. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel, DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We wanted a nice place close to, but not too close, to the center of Salamanca... And our choice of the Regio hotel was perfect. Large and convenient parking lot The hotel itself is really nice with: Efficient welcome and check-in. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom and balcony. Good and generous breakfast with a good selection of items. Huge swimming pool (shared with the campsite nearby). A few restaurant options within walking distance. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended!

The location, it was a bus ride away from Salamanca and the cost of the bus ride was low. The hotel was spotless and we had clean towels every day and new toiletries. The staff were helpful and friendly. We extended our stay! We loved the decor. We loved the pool it was large and there were enough sun loungers. We went to the café on the campsite daily the food was really good and not expensive we loved it! We will go back to the hotel again.

Pool is amazing - a huge positive. Buffet breakfast was very good, particularly now that coach parties are seated elsewhere. Bed was comfortable, and sheets nice a clean. Easy to find from the motorway.

Room 301 had a spare bed and felt smaller than others we have occupied. The air con was noisy and the vents were dirty - they could do with a good clean.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. There is a huge pool area with other facilities available. I loved the decor, the atmosphere. It reminded me of 1970s Spain in a good way. It was not run down, but it retained the essence of the period. The location was perfect for me as my friend lives nearby, but it is not too far away from Salamanca. The room was comfortable.

Nothing serious. There was little space in the bathroom for my toiletries.
